The staff always willing to help make our stay better. We had an early day tour and they offered to arrange a to-go snack/breakfast. They helped facilitate laundry service. We had some issues with the hot water and they responded immediately to get it taken care of. The hotel is located just off of the main square of San Blas so there are a ton of food options and also very close to the Jesus statue and bell tower overlooking the city.
