The 20 minute walk to town was worth the serenity. We were warm in bed with lots of blankets and an electric mattress pad, even with winter temps below 0C. We enjoyed making breakfast just as we liked with good ingredients. All the other guests were friendly and we could interact or not as we liked. Once, the driveway was flooded as the irrigation channel overflowed. Otherwise, a good budget option in San Pedro if you have a car."
