Private and Exclusive Accommodation
You will stay in one of our two houses, with full and private access to all its facilities. Our priority is that you feel at home and enjoy an exclusive stay, without sharing the space. Only the middle sector is shared, which is used as parking, where you will have up to 4 spaces to occupy.

Travel Facilities
Car rental: If you come from outside the Metropolitan Region or the country, we can arrange the rental of a car, such as a 2017 Jeep Renegade. We offer the convenience of receiving you and delivering the vehicle at the airport or at another place to be agreed.

Transportation service: If you need transfers, we have contacts to coordinate vans that can take you to events or provide transportation service to and from the airport.

Hosting Private Events
Thinking about an event? If you'd like to organize a private celebration with a small group, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have the best contacts to make your event a success: entertainers, DJs, bartenders, catering services, and much more.

A Dream Weekend for Everyone
Our home is designed for you to enjoy an unforgettable family weekend. The pool and trampoline will keep the kids entertained, while for couples we offer a more romantic plan: soaking in the tub under a starry sky.

Tinaja Service Details
If you wish to use the jar, please let us know when you confirm your reservation. The service includes clean water, two bags of firewood and daily fire lighting. To ensure your maximum privacy, the lighting and maintenance of the fire (adding firewood every 30 minutes) is at the guest's expense. Please note that this process is simple, and we will explain everything you need to know.

Equipment and Amenities
The home has a Smart TV with access to movie apps and YouTube (does not include cable TV).

Bed linens and towels:

Towels are provided for up to 5 guests. If more people are traveling, we recommend bringing your own.

The house has a double bed and two single beds, all equipped with sheets, pillows and bedspreads.

For additional guests, we provide mattresses (one double and one single) with sheets, and we leave a good amount of blankets at your disposal.

We suggest you bring your own hair dryer.

Heating:

From May to September, a pellet bag for the stove is included.

Outside of this season, pellet availability will depend on stock. If you're sensitive to the cold, we recommend bringing an extra bag.

Pool Considerations
During the winter season, the pool water condition may be affected by rainfall, which sometimes alters the pH and causes it to not look crystal clear. In these cases, we apply a shock treatment that can take 1-2 days to take effect.

THE PLOT IS LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE MOUNTAIN, ALSO CALLED THE COMMUNE OF THE HOMELAND FOR ITS TYPICAL CHILEAN TRADITIONS, IT IS 45 MINUTES FROM SANTIAGO CENTRO AND 15 MINUTES FROM MELIPILLA AND POMAIRE, IT HAS ACCESS TO ALL KINDS OF BUSINESSES, VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS NEARBY, YOU CAN BUY AN EXQUISITE LOAF OF KNEADED BREAD BAKED IN A MUD OVEN EVERY DAY 1 BLOCK FROM THE PLOT.

Other things to note
The rental of the plot and its facilities is Exclusive, it is not shared with other guests, only the caretaker of the place lives in a secluded house to the main house where she can help you in case you need.
The price indicated by the platform is for a maximum of 10 people, if the number of guests is exceeded an additional $15,000 per person daily, children under 3 years do not pay.
The plot has its own sheets and hairdryer.
