Very important, we are conscious recyclers, so we have container for organic waste, we avoid plastics or waste that cannot be recycled, so please take care of your garbage. With plastics we make bricks echoes, we thank you if you can help us out with that.
The refrigerator is at your complete disposal to maintain your food. You must leave the spaces in the condition you received it, remember it is our home.

My home has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor a room to work in tranquility, a shared bathroom, kitchen to use and prepare what you want, living room with TV and dining room in the same environment, overlooking the city of Coyhaique, it has a smoking area where there is a grill in case they want to share a good time, private parking with key in case they want to leave the car and go for a walk.
I am most of the time at home, in case you need guidance with tourist destinations around the city or help in any way. The heating is in Pellet near the bedrooms, asique I advise leaving the doors open to allow the heat to reach everywhere. The place is very safe since I'm only at home. The second flat of the house is private. Pets are not allowed as the patio is small.

The entire ground floor is available to guests. The bathroom is only shared with two bedrooms, one double and one single. The kitchen has a small additional value, dining room and living room are connected and free to use and the patio has a beautiful view of the city with a space to enjoy and share with a barbecue if you wish.
