I can see that the hotel is nice but the facilities seem a bit old. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff who allows me to store my luggage after checkout. It is a two-story house. The room is on the second floor. It is a room for one person. My house is close to the center. It is about a 19-minute walk. The train passes by the door of the house. There are buses and minibuses that go to the center or to the bus terminal. People can use the kitchen too. I can give you tips to tour Puerto Montt or to guide you on how to travel. Tea, coffee, sugar and boiled water, dishes, etc. are available.

It is a room with a 1.5 bed for one person. The bathroom is shared. It has ample space outside the room that the guest can use to watch TV or work. There is a table. The living room is an open space. It is very cozy. You can also use the kitchen. And I have a backyard with a roof for those who want to smoke. And I always have a wood-burning stove that is characteristic of the southern area. The room is located in a centrally located apartment a few steps from the new train station and close to the hotels where congresses are held in Puerto Varas, it is an ideal place for travelers, couples and those traveling for work.

It is a two-story duplex apartment, where the room is located on the second floor next to the private bathroom, it has a two-seater bed for your rest and with all the necessary amenities for your stay.

The apartment has common areas on the first floor that you can use during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your meals and if you like we can share recipes!!
Our apartment has high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi in case you need to connect to a meeting while traveling through Puerto Varas.

We live in this apartment, although we spend little time in it. However, we ask that you maintain respect and order so that we all have a good time while you stay with us.

If you need information on where to go, what to eat, what activities there are in Puerto Varas, we can gladly help you. There are always many things happening in the city, even in the low season.

Other things to note
We have a kitty, most of the time she walks in the interior garden of the building and she is quite shy so you may not even notice her existence, she doesn't usually spend time in the room, the photo was just to get your attention.

I have electric bikes that I can rent out for you to enjoy pedaling around the city or on the incredible bike path to Ensenada. I also have a couple of stand up paddle boards that you can use to go paddling on the lake if the weather permits.
