The cozy living and dining area helped us to not be in each other’s way all the time. I highly recommend this place for being off the beaten path, away from the downtown and noise, and gave us a feeling of being a local. The big grocery store is a few blocks away, a corner store steps away, and a 15 minute walk from the main bus station. 20 minutes walk to the downtown, most restaurants, and shops, though there are some closer places to eat. The space
The house is located two blocks from downtown and half a block from the waterfront, where there are bird sightings, such as black-necked swans and flamingos.
A 15-minute walk to the Unimarc supermarket and steps away from the ferry to Tortel and Navimag

Guest access
Available to guests in addition to their private room, shared spaces such as:
- Kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and refrigerator
We also have a cafeteria area, so you can freely enjoy a variety of teas and coffee beans.
If you want to use our shared kitchen, the requirement is to leave it clean, not only the utensils, but also the stove, in case oil or food has been splashed.
Since we do not charge an extra service for cleaning, both the kitchen, stove, utensils, oven that the guest uses and gets dirty with water, oil, food, the cleaning is their own responsibility.
The same applies to the use of the bathroom. If the guest makes a mess or spills water on the floor, it is also the guest's full responsibility to leave it dry or visually clean.

During your stay
We have a tourism agency (Miradores Autrales) and we also work with operators such as W Circuit, 21 de Mayo, Navegación Grey and Fantástico Sur. I can help with reservations by communicating through this medium and guide you on how to make your stay in Natales enriching and easier when deciding which tour to take.

Other things to note
The space that is rented is focused on tourists who come to rest, because if they have to work from a laptop we do not have a work desk, only the dining table, which can be used at all the meals they want. We prefer not to accept reservations for people who come to telework, since the spaces we offer are not intended for it, the house is cozy, but small.
In addition, due to work issues and the check-out time of other guests, we ask that you respect the check-in time shown in the details when making the reservation (3:00 PM).
In some cases, if we were at home to be able to receive guests earlier, it could be arranged.
We do not have a custodian for luggage for the days when the guest is not staying at our house.
