When we arrived at the Prestige Harbourfront Alfred at the front desk was amazing he greeted us and gave us information about the area and assisted me with the Prestige Rewards program which I was not aware of as I have stayed many times at prestige hotels and had no idea about it. The hotel is very clean and in a beautiful setting. Alfred was very helpful during our stay. - "I had a great 6 day stay at the Inn at Big White. My room was old decor and the lighting was a bit dark but generally I was only there to sleep anyway. I was located on the first floor which was next to the bar area and noisy but it seemed to get quiet by 9pm. Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Ski locker and garage were easy and best of all the walk into the centre was 1 minute. I had to do some work video calls whilst I was there and the wifi was fine. I would stay there again."
