Check in and check out was seemless, the condo was perfect for our family of 4 (with two teenage boys), and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo recently was purchased by Hilton Grand Vacations, but we did not notice any change in the service (it was excellent). The building was under renovation because of recent flooding - and so we could not use the ski locker, but the front desk staff kept our skis for us at the front desk, which was very convenient. - "The room was nice and beds very comfortable. The fireplace was very cozy and it’s nice to have little verandas off the suite for fresh air. The check in can be a little confusing as there are two different check in desks, but not too hard. The check out time is also too early as it is at 10 am. I think it should be at least 11 am.
