Our two bedroom private townhouse offers you all of the amenities one needs, set in stunning scenery. The private hot tub for six on a secluded deck is the ideal spot to unwind after a wonderful day of skiing/ boarding, or playing outdoors. Or choose to relax in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, or around our large family dining table.
We have equipped the townhouse with free wireless internet and a, 32 inch LCD, television. Washer and dryer also leave your gear clean and dry for the morning.
The master bedroom features a luxurious pillowtop queen bed, and the second bedroom features log bunkbeds, with a double bed as the bottom bunk. If needed the lazyboy couch in the livingroom also pulls out to a sofa bed, upgraded with a memory foam mattress.
Fully furnished and equipped, our home also has heated slate floors, granite counters, rain shower and all the finishing touches for a relaxing holiday.
A 10-12 minute walk brings you to the heart of Whistler village and to the best Apres ski that we have found. The village boasts world renowned bars, restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing, making Whistler a great escape for any season. Don't feel like walking? There is a free shuttle bus right outside the complex.

Fortunately, the new Short-term rental laws recently brought in by the Province of BC do not apply to Whistler so we are allowed to continue short-term rentals! Location, location, location! The Northwood Chalet is located on the 1st Fairway of the Nicklaus North Golf Course at Whistler Mountain, in prestigious Green Lake Estates with incredible views of Blackcomb Mountain. and just a 3-minute drive to the Village and ski slopes. You have snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking right outside the back door! In the winter season, you can't beat this location. The Northwood Chalet Whistler is so close to the base of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain for downhill skiing and snowboarding. We are also a 3-minute walk to the Whistler Airport where you can fly in via float plane onto Green Lake from the Vancouver or Victoria area in the summer (it's an incredible flight!) On Green Lake, you can boat, water ski, paddle board, wakeboard and swim - all within a 2-minute drive from the Northwood Chalet. If biking or hiking are more your style, we are located right where you want to be with 1-minute access to biking and hiking trails. We cater to families and responsible groups of adults; this is not a party house. The Northwood Chalet is located in a luxury neighborhood where everybody respects their neighbours. The Resort Municipality of Whistler strictly enforces all noise bylaws: No outside noise, music or use of the hot tub after 11pm.

Terms:
The Guest shall return the completed and signed rental contract to the Homeowner within 7 days of making a reservation. We require provision of government-issued ID from the guest booking the property. Minimum age for all renters is 30 years unless children are travelling with parents or grandparents. Maximum occupancy is 12 adults, or 14 persons provided that at least 2 are children. As this is a residential home, some defects to the property, equipment, electronics, plumbing or amenities at the home may arise. We make our best efforts to resolve any defects immediately; however, delays may be beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be provided for defects at the property. The VRBO Security Deposit will be used toward any damage, breakage, fines, fees, extra charges, etc. The Guest remains liable to pay for any fees, fines, charges, damage, costs, or liability arising during the Rental Period in excess of the VRBO Security Deposit.
RENTAL RULES - The Guest shall accept all the Rental Rules and shall ensure that all persons in the Rental Party abide by them.
1. Strict Enforcement. The Homeowner reserves the right to evict any Guest or member of the Rental Party if there has been any breach of any of the Rental Rules. No refunds will be provided if an eviction is made.
2. Smoking. Smoking on the property is strictly forbidden.
3. Additional Guests/Invitees. No persons other than those listed in the Rental Party on the Rental contract may attend at the property at any time unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the Homeowner. This is not a party house.
4. Furnishings. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Do not move any beds or furniture. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
5. Electronics. Do not unplug any cords for any electronics except so as to reboot as required in which case plug back in. Do not change the settings on any electronics including but not limited to the TVs, HDTV boxes or Sonos music system as reprogramming will be required and fees apply.
6. Pets. Pets are not allowed at the property. A breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction and fines without any refund.
7. Noise. It is imperative that the noise level is reasonable at all times, and in particular, between 11:00pm and 8:00am. No outside noise or music is permitted outside after 11:00 pm. Be considerate of the neighbors. We reserve the right to evict any guest and/or group about whom we have received a noise complaint.
8. Parking. All parking must be on the premises; no street parking. Towing may occur. Driveway/garage parking is available for 4-5 vehicles.
9. Cleaning. Cleaning fee covers up to 14 hours of cleaning plus removal of 1 bag of household garbage and 1 bag of recycling. Additional charges apply for excess.
10. Check Out. The Guest shall leave the house as they found it:
a) properly clean the dishes, pots/pans, cutlery and all other cooking utensils used and put away in proper places;
b) clean any spills on the stovetop and oven;
c) wash and dry any hot tub/pool towels used during stay and put away;
d) sort the garbage;
e) put on the dishwasher with the final load of dishes before departing.
11) Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, trash and/or disposable wipes should not be flushed at any time.
12) Garbage. As Whistler does not have garbage removal services, the Guest is responsible for sorting all garbage and recycling into the bins provided in the garage. The garbage removal fee is for 2 bags total. Never leave garbage of any kind outside for even a short period of time; it attracts wildlife and rodents.
13) Hot Tub. Hours: 8:00am to 11:00pm. Hot Tub safety rules:
• Child safety. Never leave a child unsupervised near a Hot Tub.
• Close Hot Tub. When not in use, ensure that the Hot Tub is closed.
• No Glassware. Only use plastic drinkware provided.
• Alcohol. Consumption of alcohol in the Hot Tub can be dangerous.
• Immersion. Do not immerse head in Hot Tub or remain for long periods of time. 14) Umbrellas. Close and tie shut the patio umbrellas when not in use or in windy conditions.
15) Wildlife. Bears, coyotes, cougars and other wildlife are present in the Whistler area. These animals are dangerous and should be avoided. Do not leave any garbage or food items outside at any time as this will attract unwanted wildlife.
16) Fines: The following fines apply for breaches of the rental rules:
$2000 for violation of no smoking rule or no pets rule
$300 for any violation of any other rental rule
17) Administration Fees:
$200 per item damaged or broken in addition to cost of replacement
$500 for any reprogramming of electronics required after departure of guests
$200 to return any items left at the property by the Rental Party
$750 for each broken umbrella
$100 for each extra hour of hour of cleaning required beyond 14 hours
$100 for each extra bag of garbage or recycling.

Cedar Ridge is a sought-after complex right on the piste and just above Whistler Village. With two living areas—an upper great room and a lower family room—there’s plenty of space for groups to spread out. Four of the five bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, making the chalet ideal for multi-family vacations, couples’ getaways, ski groups, reunions, or retreats.
The main living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy space to relax after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the family room offers a more casual setting with plush seating and a built-in entertainment center, perfect for movie nights.
The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with breakfast seating. Sliding doors lead to a spacious deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area. Just off the kitchen, a rustic dining table with seating for eight invites memorable meals together.

The space
This home has a reserved parking stall at the Westin Hotel in the heart of Whistler Village that that is ski-in/ski-out. It is a 1 minute walk to the Harbour Air Seaplane port allowing you to fly directly to the home.
*Please note the complex is undertaking a roof replacement project from August 4th 2025 through October 2025. There may be some additional noise at the complex during work hours. It is anticipated that the noisiest period of work on this home will be in September 2025.*

Location: Kadenwood is considered the most exclusive area to rent or own in all of Whistler. There are less than 20 homes on the rental market in this neighbourhood and they tend to book fast.

Luxurious 4-bed, 3.5-bath townhome in Fitzsimmons Walk complex, only a 10 minute walk to Whistler Village! Comfortably sleeping 8 guests with a flexible bedding conversion, this property perfectly accommodates many different groups. Featuring a private hot tub, steam shower, 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage, media room, gas fireplace, and more. Main level has open concept living with gourmet kitchen and balcony.
Leading from the double car garage (7'foot, 2 inches) with ample space for 2 vehicles is a private laundry closet and large mudroom. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area and private hot tub. A roll-away bed is available to be set up in the media room or lower bedroom to accommodate up to 9 people.
The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two twins upon request and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower as well as a garden balcony. A roll-away cot is available to be set up in the lower bedroom to accommodate up to 9 people.

Newly decorated throughout, this spacious and beautiful end unit townhome in Northern Lights is a fantastic location for proximity to the village and ski hill. Fully loaded with 4-bedrooms + flexible den bedroom/media room to sleep up to 12 adults + 2 children.
The open concept kitchen and living area is warm and welcoming with gas fireplace. Dine up to 10 guests at the beautiful live-edge dining table, and an additional 4 at the bar. Conveniently watch the big game inside, or from the super large 8-person hot tub located on one of the two patios off of the living room. Relax on the sectional patio furniture in the summer months. Also on this split-level is the kids bunk room with a queen bed on the bottom, and single on top with shared full bathroom accessible as an ensuite.
Upstairs is a master suite with king bed and deluxe ensuite with walk-in shower. Northern Lights Whistler Ski Access:
When it’s time to hit the slopes, Northern Lights provides ski access to the base of Whistler Mountain where guests can enjoy lift access to both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The walk to the ski out is best suited to active and adventurous skiers who enjoy a warm-up before getting their turns in. To access the ski out, guests can climb the 100 step staircase located in the middle of the Northern Lights neighbourhood before hiking up the ski trail to Lower Olympic, an easy green run. After a day of skiing, guests can use this same ski access to ski in to the top of the 100 step staircase leading back to the Northern Lights neighbourhood.

This gorgeous handcrafted 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom red cedar ski chalet comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 4 kids and is situated slope-side in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski in/ski out locations in Creekside. After a day on the slopes, relax with family and friends in the private outdoor hot tub on the wrap-around patio and enjoy the majestic views of Whistler peak, the Dave Murray Downhill ski run and the Whistler Valley. Relax in front of the fire in the great room with 20' vaulted ceilings with thick timber beams and a view onto world-famous Whistler mountain. Prepare meals in the chef's kitchen or visit one of the nearby renowned restaurants. A separate one-bedroom suite downstairs makes the home ideal for a shared vacation with extended family or friends, or enjoy it as the "kids' zone." The home accommodates eight comfortably. Mere steps to the run, with the gondola a one-minute ski down the hill. Enjoy apres-ski sit by the fire (wood supplied) and watch the skiers from the cozy living room. An incredible experience for the whole family.

No trash/recycle dumpsters available in neighborhood but we did find some bear-proof solutions in Creekside Village so bags didn't sit around for scheduled pick-up per the house manual. Rob responded to text messages/calls promptly. The issues were minor and not worth knocking down from a 5-rating. "

Upstairs is another den/TV room and three bedrooms; one with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom, the second with king bed, and the third with a built-in twin bunk bed.
Beyond on the next split level is the games room with pool table and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed that share a common bathroom. The games room is a fantastic room to gather with another television, surround sound system and indoor/outdoor gas fireplace shared with the large back patio.
There is space for one small vehicle or storage in the garage with board waxing station. There is space for 3 additional vehicles on the heated driveway – convenient for heavy snowfall days!
Comforts include Sonos surround sound throughout and Nest heating that can be controlled via iPad on each level as well as new lighting, window coverings, decorative finishes and artwork.
