Not only was it a great and convenient launching point to head out and explore all of the natural beauty in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and the surrounding areas, it was also a great place to relax with family ranging from 10-75 years old. Outside, we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool during the day (we visited during the heatwave), evening hot tubs surrounded by beautiful string lights, and the BBQ area located right outside the front door. The chalets at Mystic Springs are all two story townhouses with ground floor entries. The main level has a large living room, a kitchen and dining area. The upper floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms.

In regards to exploring the town, many popular site's of interest are within a 5-15 minute walk. There is also the Roam bus, which can take you to banff for a fee of 6$

The condo is well equipped for cooking and eating in - which is particularly nice these days. But there are many nice places to eat out nearby too. You can walk to downtown easily, and there is a new plaza with some shops and restaurants just a block away. The condo is a little older and starting to show its age, but it is clean and comfortable. Note though for those with mobility difficulty, there are stairs up to the entrance and stairs inside the condo. The hosts, Donna and Kimberly are a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again."

This two story RENOVATED townhouse, 982 ft sq, is located in a boutique resort with only 46 units called Mystic Springs. The complex features the largest outdoor swimming pool in Canmore, giant hot tub, and a beautiful inner courtyard.

Our front row unit is south facing with a mountain view from the Master Bedroom. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs. The space features beautiful high vaulted ceilings and mountain views. 10 minutes walk to downtown Canmore and 20 minute drive to Banff.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB
Located in the center of the courtyard is a gated pool. The is factually the largest outdoor pool in Canmore. It is heated and open year-round, from 8am to 10pm. There is also a giant hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the unit.

IN THE UNIT
You enter the unit via a private keyless entrance. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. It features granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances. There is an oversized fridge, glass stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and more. The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a shared BBQ and picnic tables outside in the inner courtyard for your enjoyment.

The living room has large fold-out sofa, a 55" TV with access to Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, there is also a riverstone electric fireplace. You can walk out of the living room onto an outside patio with lounging chairs where you to enjoy the incredible mountain views and relax after a busy day of exploring.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, attached en-suite bathroom, 50" TV, and true mountain views (see photos). Separated by a long corridor is the guest bedroom with two double beds with a full bathroom right outside the door in the hallway. There is an extra fold-out queen size sofa in the living room. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Back door leads to an outside patio with two lounging chairs, sit and enjoy incredible mountain views after a busy day of exploring. Front door opens onto spacious well-maintained courtyard with large outdoor heated pool, hot tub, picnic tables, and shared BBQs.

PETS
Paws are welcome with prior notice when included on the booking. There are plenty of dog paths, pet friendly parks, even a dog friendly coffee place nearby.

Parking at Mystic Springs is limited to one vehicle per unit. If you are bringing more than one car, the second vehicle will need to be parked on the street.

- "Nice, clean location. Canmore is less crowded than Banff so this was a great alternative with lots of options for food and shopping. This unit is a lower unit, so there is not a big patio and the bedrooms and bath are small, but the home is clean and has everything you need to make this a good base camp for your adventures. Banff and Lake Louise are a 30 - 40 minute drive. Calgary is about an hour. Host was available if needed and offered National Park passes to guests."

The owners were a dream to deal with, very attentive and responsive to all questions. The place itself was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The hot tub is hot ! and very big, the year round pool was a perfect 28 degrees and massive. It was also shallow so perfect for kids. We didn’t use the barbecues but there were a couple. You’re minutes away to anything in Canmore and an easy drive to the amazing Johnston Canyon which is a sight to see anytime of the year. This place is now on our list of spots to enjoy in Canmore. - "Beautiful location and amazing views of the Canadian Rockies. If you are into Trains, some great views of the Canadian Pacific transcon traffic can be seen right from the porch!" - "The house is a town house. From the outside it’s just ok, but once inside it’s a very house. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fine and with a nice dining table, and the living room is small but with a fire place and a huge TV The location is great; there are plenty of restaurants and a Safeway nearby. Plus 45 minutes driving from the ski areas Also really great is that there are 2 passes to the National Parks you can use, which saves you money I would be amiss if I wouldn’t mention the proximity to the railroad track. Once in a while a train passes, and you can definitely hear it. At first I thought it would bother us but it ended up not being too bad We would stay here again"

This mountain lodge is located down town Canmore. You will be greeted with a stunning rustic cabin interior. The lodge features 2 floors.

FIRST FLOOR

~ Private suite includes a king bed, pull out couch, private room with a bunk bed, private full bath and access to the outdoor garden and patio.

~Living space and common area with a gas fireplace. You will find board games, books and helmets for the bikes in the wardrobe.

~Two half baths.

~Full kitchen that backs onto a private patio. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz counter tops, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and a large 2 door fridge.

SECOND FLOOR- 4 Suites

~ The first private suite includes a king bed and gas fireplace, private room with a queen bed, 4 piece ensuite and a private patio with a hammock.

~Second private suite with a queen and sofa bed. As well as a 4 piece ensuite and private patio with a hammock.

~Third private suite with 2 bedrooms and living space with a sofa bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two twin beds that can be converted into a king. As well as a 4 piece ensuite and private patio.

~Forth private suite includes a queen bed and 4 piece ensuite.

Guest access includes a door code for easy access to the unit.

We live in the area so we are here if you need us.

This mountain lodge is located just off Canmore`s Main Street. You will be able to walk to the local shops and restaurants.

We suggest renting a car to drive around the beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also bike 45 mins to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, covered picnic areas, the Banff town site, and a variety of rest spots along the way.

Just a 10 minute walk from the Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place, Canmore`s indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness gym, a large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library.

Long-Stay Policy:
For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. Guest will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.

- "Easton check in" - "The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay." - "The property was extremely small with portable or conditioners taking up what little space there was in the bedroom with a huge exhaust hose going through windows! They advertised that there was two bathrooms with a shower in each bathroom. There was 1 shower/tub combination in 1 bathroom and only a toilet and sink in the other. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Full size bed and a full size double on double bunk bed in the second bedroom and a brand new queen pullout couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. Our state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Effective March 1, 2025, the lot will be regularly monitored by Park-It Solutions, a third-party parking enforcement company. Each unit is permitted to register one vehicle. Please locate the Park-It Solutions QR code in the unit to register your vehicle by license plate number. Additional vehicles may be parked on neighboring streets where parking is permitted.

If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Appliances were all very clean and easy to use. Patio door to the pool was easy to get to - we spent a lot of time swimming. Nicely maintained and delightful in the cool, autumn air. The trek to downtown might've been more than 5 minutes, but a nice walk and downtown was very fun. There was no pass to Banff Nat'l Park included, if some are aiming for that. Directions for clean-up and such were easy to find and not over-the-top. Would definitely be back to this particular home, though probably not with more than 6 people - 8 would be cozy unless there are a few smaller kiddos. Pack & Play Policy
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.

Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

🚗 Parking Policy:

The Mystic Springs parking lot is reserved for **ONE registered vehicle per unit** (guests or owners).

Parking is monitored by a third-party service, *Park-It Solutions*.

• A QR code will be provided in the unit to register your vehicle by license plate.
• Additional vehicles must park on surrounding streets where permitted.

👥 Additional Guest Fee:
An additional guest fee applies after 4 guests to help cover extra supplies, cleaning, and wear-and-tear caused by larger groups.

💰 Taxes:
All extra fees are subject to **GST and the Alberta Tourism Levy (9% total).

To ensure a secure and seamless experience, we kindly ask all guests to complete the following steps:

Outlines house rules and stay terms—sent after booking and can be digitally signed in minutes.

2. Complete ID Verification:
Required via our secure platform to ensure a safe community experience.

3. Choose Your Damage Protection Option:
You’ll be prompted to select one of the following:
• $50 CAD Damage Waiver** (non-refundable, covers up to \$700 in accidental damage)
• Or a $700 CAD Refundable Security Deposit** (pre-authorized 2 days before check-in, released 5 days post-checkout if no damage occurs)
*Note: A 2% processing fee applies to refunded deposits.*

Canmore Chalet is a warm home designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy all the home's amenities and settle into this comfortable basecamp for hiking, biking, skiing, golfing and outdoor excursions.

Cook great meals, while enjoying the view and local art, relax in the hot tub or play a friendly game in the evening around the fireplace.

The Chalet has high speed internet and televisions in every room and plenty of space to stretch out.

This stylish chalet is perfect for group trips or families.

The space
Guests should be comfortable using stairs as the home has three levels.

There are 4 bedrooms. Two rooms have King beds and one has a Queen bed, the main floor has Bunkbeds a double & single bed.

The kitchen area has plenty of room for dining, and lounging with a deck off the kitchen where you can dine in good weather with a view of the Little Sister in the Three Sisters Mountains.

The lower level has an additional TV room or separate family room that's great for games.

The patio off the back of the home gives access to the hot tub.

Guest access
The entire home is for your use with a garage and driveway for parking.
A passcode is provided on the day of checkin to give access to the home.

Other things to note
Our chalet has a shared wall with an adjoining townhome, so noise should be kept to minimum during the quiet hours.
However the chalet is a completely separate home with a private entrance and is completely private for your stay.
