As our guests, you have access to 24 hour in-resort emergency support for any problem you may encounter with respect to Tiggers Triumph. Support services are provided by Tamara Carder of Redrac Management Services.
All guests should be aware that Tiggers Triumph is in a beautiful spot in Sun Peaks Resort and it is also a residential area. We value and respect our neighbors and community and expect our guests to do so as well in terms of following all of our house rules especially regarding noise levels and total number of adults staying on our property. This is an enforced fire code in the Resort.

All the bedding (grateful for the flannel sheets) and towels were provided, even for the hot tub. The house is truly ski in, ski out – and many of our little ones made big advances in their board / ski abilities. Glitches that we caused were quickly and graciously seen to by Donna and Brian. Sun Peaks is a fabulous family destination, and Trigger’s Triumph was truly home while we were there. We have no reservations recommending this beautiful home! Our beautiful Chalet is located in the heart of Sun Peaks a short walk to the village. Our property is a True ski in, with runs off the mount Morrisey ski side coming right into our back yard. . A free village shuttle stops just a couple of minutes from the house every half hour in ski season 8am-10pm for easy pick up to the village ski area. You will enjoy beautiful views with full windows wrapping around the front of the house and facing Sun peaks ski runs and village. Our home has 4 large bedrooms with a bonus recreational room with Pool table and flat screen TV. An inviting Hot tub on the front deck where you can enjoy a relaxing après ski soak with friends and family while enjoying views of the Mountain and ski runs. Open plan kitchen and living area lends itself to having a wonderful family get together. Kids can take there toboggans behind the house and enjoy sledding in the back yard. We love Sun Peaks and are fortunate to have spent many years at this amazing hill. BC Registration # H401596915

Welcome to our home -- Morrisey Chalet At Sun Peaks!
This is a stunning mountain home in a quiet, private and pristine setting (yet still within a stroll to the Village at Sun Peaks). Our Chalet has beautiful mountain and forest views and a year-round babbling creek adjacent to the 4th hole fairway. Many families and friends tell us that they feel peaceful and relaxed in our mountain "home away from home" and we enjoy hosting families and/or friends coming together to create those special memories for summer or winter reunions.
We have a floor to vaulted ceiling fireplace and panoramic windows, log beams, private 6 person hot tub, heated floors, leather furniture, large kitchen, four bedrooms, ample parking and laundry room.
SPACIOUS:
Morrisey Chalet has 4 bedrooms for up to twelve people (due to Sun Peaks Bi-laws) and has flexibility and privacy in sleeping arrangements. This includes a master bedroom on the top floor with a queen size bed, single bed, and portable baby crib), two bedrooms on the main floor with queen size beds, and a bedroom with double and single beds downstairs. For separate sleeping arrangements, there are also two comfortable double sofa beds in the downstairs family recreation room. All queen size beds have comforters/duvets and memory foam for comfort. There are three bathrooms with heated tile floors. All bedrooms have comfortable chairs for sitting and reading.
The chalet is perfect for extended family reunions or ONE TO TWO FAMILIES to get together. Children and teenagers love our downstairs family and recreation room and the fact that they can use our sleds to enjoy the outdoors and snow in winter.

PLEASE NOTE that we have a separate access unit below Morrisey Chalet with stairs down on the left. Kathy and I may stay there in winter (except when we are traveling), so we look forward to meeting our guests and offering a personal connection and advice. We do, however, feel it is important to respect your privacy, since this is your holiday, and the entire large home and hot tub are used solely by you as guests who rent the chalet. Note, We have sound proofing installed between the separate unit and the main house.
SKI-IN ACCESS is from two of Sun Peaks’ newest Morrisey black runs: “Lint Trap” & “Tumble Dry” plus blue run "Back In Time," and green run “Home Run-Fairway-Mountain View" trail. Our guest book contains a full description of the runs with map and photos.
SKI OUT: There is not a very easy ski out. Younger/fit people may climb up the hill across our street and ski down to the Burfield Chair. HOWEVER, a free shuttle stops at our property at the “bus stop” and will stop close to the front of the chalet normally twice an hour except two break times mid-day. An evening shuttle goes to and from the Village Day Lodge (VDL) at 5:30-9:30pm. See shuttle schedule on- line - it is better for the Sun Peaks environment.

Of note: Morrisey Chalet is located in a beautiful mountain & country environment. We do from time to time have animals on the property or nearby. This may include Deer or Elk, Rodents (Ground Squirrels, Mice, Tree Squirrels), Birds, Foxes, & sometimes even Bear or Linx. For those guests who venture from city areas, they may not be used to nature settings. It is normally a very safe & peaceful environment & we do everything possible to maintain this for our guests.
PRIVATE YET CLOSE LOCATION: We are located on Mountain View Drive, in Mountain View Estates, one of the newer subdivisions in Sun Peaks. Morrisey Chalet is a peaceful walk along the Village Trail (15-20 min - lit up at night) or along Fairways Drive to the Village Day Lodge (VDL), & the many village restaurants, and shops/businesses. The location is just 2-3 minutes drive to the Village.

This room is great for games, entertainment, and for the kids/teens or young adults to enjoy their own area. It is adjacent to the fourth bedroom with a very comfortable double bed below and single bed above, and an adjacent well equipped bathroom with a heated tile floor.

This is not a party house, nor do we rent out for weddings, stag parties, etc. We encourage regular family get-togethers, and want you to have fun, but we do have neighbors with small children, and expect our guests to respect their right for quiet after 10pm (as the Sun Peaks Bi-laws states). Please inform your fellow guests of this. Note, it is fine to take your enjoyment inside the chalet till late.
CHILDREN: We have flexibility in the master suite with an extra single bed, plus a portable toddler floor crib. We also have a high chair. In addition we have many DVDs for children plus many board games.
PETS: We will consider dogs (please describe your situation regarding your dog). There will be a pet fee (with a maximum of two to three dogs). The charge is a flat $265 fee. Note, dogs are not to be left in the chalet while away, unless in a crate.

Sleepy Hollows Chalet is a HUGE (2300 sq ft) multi-family rental on Sunburst Drive. A 10 minute walk to the village with an easy Ski in and a short walk to ski out. We have stayed in many chalets over the years and we have planned ours to have all the amenities that we have wanted in others. This chalet can house 3 families at one time and will give everyone the space to spread out and not feel like you’re staying in a cramped condo. We believe the best mountain experience is one with the entire family from toddlers to grandparents! This way you don’t find your group split between many rentals around the mountain, losing out on ‘adult social’ time when the kids bedtime sends everyone back to their own places.
This is not a party house, if this is your desire then please don't waste your time looking here.
This is the upper 2 floors of very private chalet on Sunburst Drive. Huge windows give gorgeous views of Mt Morrisey and allow tons of sun to flood the chalet. A level, easy access driveway with a 2 car garage that allows you to empty the trunk right into the chalet away from the weather. (We have found this missing in so many rentals!) It has large (fully stocked) kitchen with an eat in bar and a huge harvest table for shared meals. The living room has lots of comfy seating and a gas fireplace. There is a flat screen tv with both Telus Optik TV PVR and a resident Netflix account. We even have a closet filled with books, DVD's, games and puzzles. A large boot room off the garage allows your entire party to suit up at once and dry their wet gear at the end of long day of mountain play.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, an additional upper den with queen-sized pullout and 3 full bathrooms. There is a queen bedroom on the main level and there are 3 bedrooms upstairs (a master, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room). The principal bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a balcony, views of Mt Morrissey, a 3-sided fireplace, a jetted soaker tub, double sink vanity and a separate shower. The bunkie room includes a single-over-single bunk and a twin over double bunk and is perfect for all the kids to flop in after a full day of mountain fun. A second queen bedroom is next to the den, which has a TV and a pull-out trundle bed - this is a great place for the kids to go watch movies or play away from the adults. There is yet another bedroom with a Queen bed on the main floor away from the hustle where grandparents can enjoy their stay with no more than 2 stairs to have entered the chalet. The last of the three full bathrooms is on this main floor. Just out the back door of the garage is one of the most important features of the chalet, the brand new HUGE private hot tub. Sit and soak your apres-ski muscles with a drink and a killer view under the open sky. The ski runs on Mt Morrissey almost glow in the darkness and the view is incredible! This unit is professionally maintained and cleaned. A cleaning charge will be applied to each booking.

- "I’m probably biased as the child of the previous owners, but this is the best house in the mountain. Close enough to ski in and out, but far enough that it is quiet. The house has had a number of upgrades in the last few years, and I do appreciate the comfy couches/chairs nice TVs and fluffy pillows/comforters. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The new hot tub outside the garage for the upstairs unit is awesome. Please note that the bed in the den expands to a king sized bed. It still remains great for a large group! It is nice to see that the house is still lovingly looked after 6 years later, and that people are still able to make memories here."

Sleepy Hollows Chalet Lower is the private lower level, self contained two bedroom suite in the newest Rental Chalet on Sunburst drive. A 10 minute walk to the village with an easy Ski in and a short walk to ski out. We have stayed in many chalets over the years and we have planned ours to have all the amenities that we have wanted in others. This suite is “lower” in name only. It has floor to ceiling windows under the covered deck above. There are gorgeous Mount Morrisey views. Nothing about this suite makes you feel like you are on the lower level as you look down onto the twinkling lights of chalets below you. It’s approx 1050 sq ft so there is room for all to spread out and not feel like your cramped in a tiny condo.
This is not a party house, if this is your desire then please don't waste your time looking here.
This is the lower floor of a private chalet on Sunburst Drive. Huge windows give gorgeous views of Mnt Morrisey, it’s a bright, wonderfully private place to stay that never feels like a lower level. There is ample parking on the level, easy access driveway. The suite is accessed from the front of the chalet and NOT by having to walk all the way around on some sketchy snowy steps. You can empty your trunk steps away from the entrance to the suite. This was an important feature to us as we have found this to be missing in so many other rentals. It’s exhausting to move your stuff into a chalet otherwise. There is secure ski storage in the hallway to the unit. A fully stocked kitchen with a table that expands larger if need be. There’s a very comfortable couch and two chairs, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with both Telus Optik Fibre TV PVR and a resident Netflix account. There’s a principal bedroom with a queen bed with more mountain views. The second bedroom has both a twin bunk bed and a twin over a double bunk bed. A great place for the kids to flop after a full day of mountain fun. The entrance way has huge benches to suit up for fun and a place to hang stuff up to dry at the end of the day. There’s ensuite laundry also! Heated floors throughout makes this a very warm and welcoming suite. Just outside the french doors from the kitchen is a huge, very private and professionally maintained Hot Tub for only you and your family/friends to share! This unit is professionally cleaned and a cleaning charge will be applied.

Kodiak Timber Lodge boasts unsurpassed location and views. The main unit is a 3 bedrooms plus loft, ski in ski out vacation rental chalet located in Sun Peaks Resort, British Columbia. We are a “Canadian style” log post and beam chalet with a casual, yet elegant mountain atmosphere. Superb for family get togethers. A short walk to the village, no need for a car. Large outdoor hot tub.
Situated in Sunburst Estates, the south facing Kodiak Timber Lodge is nestled alongside of easy 'connector run' or exciting Blazer run. You can't get much closer or convenient to main lifts. Connector run, backs on to the property. Walk up the back yard and throw on your skis and glide to the *main Sunburst and Sundance lifts. Ski home to your door from meandering connector or more difficult pistes like Blazer or Cruiser. Bring the kids home for lunch or just to take a break at the kitchen table while watching skiers swish by. Take advantage of the panoramic vistas of Mt. Morrissey and all the ski runs that funnel past the chalet. The large outdoor hot tub awaits you at the end of the day to relax and soothe weary muscles before beginning your next adventure. The village is a mere 5-10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
Kodiak Lodge is 2400 sq ft, and sleeps a maximum of 6 adults or 8 including children. It has three spacious bedrooms plus a loft with a double bed and box spring. A flowing open plan provides space for family gatherings or retreats . Enjoy two dining areas plus a snack/drink bar. Soak in the mountain atmosphere with details such as vaulted ceilings, massive fir beams and a river rock fireplace. ** *Kodiak timber lodge is the main ' 3 bdrm plus loft' unit. There is also a separate 2 bedroom suite which may be joined with the main 3 bedroom plus loft upon request and availability. Ski to your door and enter the mudroom where you can store skis, boots etc. The main area of the lodge looks through a log staircase into the light filled living room. The kitchen, living, and dining room are one large space divided by a 9' maple bar with oak stools. The spacious kitchen and breakfast eating area is designed to take in the exciting view of skiers flying down Blazer run. Awesome views overlook the golf course. The main floor master bedroom has high ceilings and a log queen bed. The elegant ensuite ensuite containing double sinks, ceramic tiled shower and a cast iron lady slipper antique style bathtub.
Upstairs, the raised loft area features large windows with an extra shower and toilet to help alleviate rush hour at the Kodiak. Each of two bedrooms on the loft floor, overlooks the ski run. There is a queen bed and set of bunks in loft bedroom #1, loft bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a single bed. There is a comfortable double bed/box spring in the open loft area plus another tv.

A little about our ski chalet:
Our large 3500ft open planned concept luxury chalet, has 4 bedroom & den (sleeps 8 very comfortably). All with their own bathrooms. We are located in the newer subdivision of SunPeaks called Lookout Ridge. Where you will enjoy a state of the art gourmet kitchen with high end appliances such as a Wolf Stove, stainless fridge, dishwasher, beer fridge, microwave and wet bar island. Also, included is an outdoor patio covered with Weber BBQ area for your bbq needs. After your dinner, enjoy a nice glass of wine next to the cozy custom built enormous fireplace. The rustic yet modern 10x10 fur timber beams and 24 feet in height cathedral ceiling, makes this chalet one of its kind. To top it off, a large 5 man Hotsprings hot tub overlooks the snow capped mountain vista. This is extra rewarding especially after a day up on the powder filled mountains!
Our chalet is located toward the end of Lookout Ridge Drive cult-de-sack. Where you can ski out to SunPeak’s unbeatable terrain. Simply walk to the end of our driveway, then walk or ski just 1 minute to the end of the cult-de-sack. This will put you into the East Village Ski Way run which will then take you to the Orient-Express chair or Morrissey chair lift.
With over 2000 hours of sunshine a year, Sun Peaks is a true destination you don't want to miss out on!

The house is very well equipped with anything you might need and has a ton of space for the kids and adults to unwind after long days on the slopes. We especially loved the downstairs space for the kids and the heated tile floors. Ski-in and ski-out access at the cul-de-sac was super simple and made for an easy start and end to each day. Just be aware that access to the Orient chair in the morning requires crossing a road, but it was easy to ski across during our stay and we did not remove our skis. We loved this house and would definitely stay here again!"

Wind down from a day on the hill at this peaceful and centrally located place. One Woodhaven is a true ski in/out with access to the Orient lift. Located adjacent to the nordic trails and tube park, it allows for easy access to all that Sun Peaks has to offer. Complete with a large hot tub that sits amongst the lodgepole pines, this end unit offers privacy within a popular location. You will find that the luxury kitchen is equipped with high end appliances for the ultimate chalet experience.

The SunPeaks Chalet is a large, 2 level, 2 Suite, 3650 sq. ft. home, with 360 panoramic mountain views. Entire house rental, perfect for large groups and families. There are a total of 6 bedrooms between the 2 levels. We can comfortably sleep 12-14 adults. There is a fully serviced "Jacuzzi" hot tub on the lower access level. Wireless internet is included, and cleaning service is provided after your departure. We are a Ski In/Ski Out Chalet, and a very short 6 minute Walk to the Village, Restaurants, and Sun Peaks Golf Course Pro Shop. You can walk right out our front door to access spectacular Alpine Hiking, and Lift access Mountain Biking. We hope you enjoy Sun Peaks as much as we do!
**We are a family oriented rental, and do not cater to sports groups, parties, weddings, stags, stagettes, etc. Only requests including a simple message regarding the purpose of your stay, and those attending will be considered.**

The views were outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was so well set up and equipped for us to prepare meals and the seating between the kitchen and dining room was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this property. The bedrooms were well laid out and very functional. It was nice to have the hot tub to use as well. Communication with the owner was excellent and Trish was great at getting back to us."

This 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom vacation rental is made up of TWO short term vacation rental units. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a separate kitchen and laundry for each rental unit. If you are interested in just renting either the UPPER or LOWER portion of the house as a separate rental please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2:
From time to time, the hot tub may need to be drained and refilled depending on the state that it is left in by the previous guests or if it happens to be dirtied during your stay. As this is a long process and due to the fact that it takes a long time for it to re-heat (8-12 hours), it is possible that this may result in the hot tub not being useable for a certain period of time during your stay. It is important that you follow our hot tub rules to ensure this does not happen during your stay. There is no hot tubbing allowed past 10pm as per the Sun Peaks Municipality bylaws.
IMPORTANT NOTE #3:
There are multiple OUTDOOR cameras located on the property for safety and security reasons. We are required to have these as part of our insurance. Please note these cameras are located at all entrances which also happens to be where the hot tub is located. As such, the hot tub sits within the range of these cameras. We want everyone to be aware of this up front so they are not surprised by seeing a camera when they check in. We will not be able to turn them off during your stay and they cannot be covered up during your stay as this voids our insurance.

They are well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would ever need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table (upper level) seats 6-8 comfortably and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar and the dining table (lower level) seats 4-6 comfortably.
Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.

Welcome to Snow Creek Village #40 @ SunPeaks Resort. We've taken care and pride to beautifully decorate, furnish and maintain. We have 2 Bedrooms upstairs plus a ground level studio bedroom with en-suite. En-suite studio has both shared and private entrances. Our equipment & boot room has direct access from outside and features ski racks, boot dryers, cubbies and hooks for all your skis, boards, bikes, clubs and clothing, For acres ski, we have large Arctic Spa hot tub, Weber BBQ and gas fireplace.
Two private second floor decks; one with views Mt. Morrisey from the hot tub, framed by snow capped evergreens is perfect for apres-ski, and the second sunset deck is home to our Weber Propane BBQ and looks up Sundance/Sunburst to the Top Of The World.
On the third floor, we have two full bedrooms (with blackout curtains for a good nights sleep), a full bathroom with heated floor and a tub/shower, linens closet and a new laundry stack. One bedroom features large windows and a queen the second, with similar picture windows and a queen/twin loft bed set.
The second, or main floor is the primary living space, with access to both decks. The living room features a gas fireplace, large screen wall mounted TV, leather recliners, barstools and a large (sleeper) couch and huge ottoman. The kitchen has a heated tile floor, with stainless steel appliances and features a fully stocked spice drawer with enough amenities to prep and serve any meal or beverage. Our dining room table features a table leaf to comfortably seat 6 adults, on our antique bench or soft chairs.
To help start your mornings, we provide ground coffee, an assortment of teas, hot chocolate, honey and sweeteners,
The entry ground level floor is where we've converted the garage, wIth easy access from outside or inside, into a custom boot and equipment room, with benches, cubbies, racks, hooks and boot heaters to keep all your sporting toys safe, dry and warm.
The heated tile entry floor leads upstairs, or into the ground floor studio ensuite, which is furnished to easily transition from bedroom to family games room. Featuring separate interior and exterior entrances, en-suite bathroom with shower, wall mounted TV and sound bar, queen Murphy bed, sofa, games table, games and comfy bean bag seating for kids of any age to play, kick back or turn in a little earlier than everyone else.
Snow Creek Village is truly Sun Peaks' best location. We are just a short Village Path walk from the Village and its many shops, restaurants and hotel bars.
We're also next door to the Sun Peaks athletics and sports centre, with fitness centre, ice rink, playground, pickle ball courts and the Valley / Village trails, or check out the numerous options at the Activity Center, located in the Village Day Lodge, for snowshoeing, dog sledding, cat skiing and so much more.
We have minimum stay lengths over long weekends, Christmas/New Years, Family Day and March Breaks.

Clean hot tub, bbq on the deck just off kitchen/dining area, spacious living room with ample seating. Kitchen is well stocked with enough dishes and glassware for a crowd. Great mud room setup for drying all your ski gear and bathing suits. Ski out is a walk to the end of the bock, then you ski in off Rambler, which brings you nearly to front door. My 6 year old managed it no problem. For those with kids who want to ski all day, you can also stay out past chair lift hours and tootle around in the lowest part of terrain park, just going up the t-bar which stays open until 7 or 8pm. It’s a 5-10 min walk from the top of the t-bar to the house. Only note is that there is only one tv, so if you want to shuffle the kids off to their own space in the evening for a movie so that parents can chat on the huge comfy couch, you’ll need to bring your own and set it up in a bedroom!"

Welcome to Moosehead Lodge, a truly luxurious and spacious 4-bedroom/4-bathroom chalet located slopeside with easy ski-in/ski-out access from the Rambler (green) or Sunrise (blue) runs.
This beautiful timber framed chalet includes two master bedrooms that both feature ensuite bathrooms with heated towel bars.
This home features high cathedral ceilings throughout the upper and main levels, and sweeping views across Sun Peaks with a wraparound balcony on both storeys.
Truly one of the most luxurious homes in Sun Peaks, Moosehead Lodge has been exquisitely furnished and features radiant floor heating throughout. There is a pool table in the second entertaining room on the lower level, and in the fall of 2018 a brand new partially sunken hot tub was installed.
The deluxe kitchen comes with a climate controlled wine fridge, and an open concept dining area that can seat up to 16 people.
The grand entrance is on the upper level which has the ski storage area, the first master bedroom, two bathrooms, the laundry room and access to the garage.
From there, it's just a few steps down to the main level which has the open concept kitchen, dining area and upper living room. Off the living room is access to the upper wraparound balcony where you can cook an awesome BBQ dinner.
The lower level has the three other bedrooms, two bathrooms, the second living room and entertainment area with pool table, and access to the lower level wraparound balcony with the private hot tub.

This property has 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage.
The driveway is extremely steep so in the winter, snow tires or chains are essential to avoid sliding. In the summer it may be possible to fit 2 vehicles on the driveway.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly no pets and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of such will incur penalties.

The space
• The Alpine Goat is a corner-unit chalet in Timberline Village. It combines Canadian and European decor which celebrates the beauty of wildlife, mountain views, and skiing. Enjoy unique touches like an authentic Austrian cowbell and a cozy sheepskin rug from the Alps!
• Ground Floor: Features an entryway and heated garage (with a foosball table, ski rack, and boot dryer).
• 1st Floor: Includes a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, a dining area, living room (with a queen sofa bed), a full bathroom, and two balconies. Enjoy sunsets from the west-facing balcony, or take in mountain views from the secluded east balcony, (with a hot tub and Weber BBQ).
• 2nd Floor: Contains three bedrooms: a master bedroom (with a king bed and private balcony), a spacious guest room (with a queen bed), and a smaller bedroom (with a queen bed). This floor also has a second full bathroom and laundry facilities.
Guest access
• Enjoy having the entire chalet to yourself, including the kitchen, living areas, balconies, BBQ, and hot tub.
Other things to note
• Location: Conveniently located beside the village core, ski school, and beginner's area—ideal for families seeking a vehicle-free holiday.
• Ski Access: Enjoy ski-out access to Tod and Sundance by crossing the street and following one of the ski-out paths. To access Morrisey ski through the village to reach the Morrisey Platter lift.
At the end of the day, ski-in access is available until 7 pm! Take the Village Platter, and follow a forest trail that leads to the front door. Note: the village base offers superior access compared to other areas due to snowmaking and extended opening conditions.
• Other Features: Gas fireplace, fiber optic Internet/TV, games, DVDs, heated garage.
• Off-site Amenities: A public pool, skating rink, and fitness center are located just across the road (availability varies by season). A public EV charging station for two vehicles is also across the road and visible from the balcony.
• Parking: One designated parking space is provided. A second vehicle may be parked in the on-site visitor parking (five spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis). Pay parking is available in nearby P5. Street parking is not available during the winter.
• Outdoor Space: No ground-level access from the elevated patio.
• Child Safety: The chalet features standard electrical outlets, stairs, a gas fireplace, and a covered hot tub (behind a lockable patio door). Guests are encouraged to be mindful of these features!
• Privacy: There is a security camera monitoring the exterior entry door for safety. The listing is equipped with water leak detectors in various locations. These sensors send alerts if interior temperatures risk freezing or if water pooling is detected.

My place is close to great views of snow covered mountains, skiing at Canada's 2nd largest ski-able terrain, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the ability to ski-in from Mt. Morrissey via the Fairways Drive "Ski-Back", spacious cottage to host up to 9 guests, and a private hot tub. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

If you are booking in the summer, this chalet also has newly installed Air Conditioning for those warm summer days in Sun Peaks. This has become a must given the heat waves we have had these last few summers. I do not believe a lot of places in Sun Peaks have A/C installed so if this is important to you please look into it when comparing places to book.
The large kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would ever need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar.
Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
Maximum occupancy is set to 10 people for this rental suite as defined by the Sun Peaks bylaws.
Each bedroom is furnished with custom made log bed furniture, comfortable mattresses, TVs, plenty of storage, closets, high thread count linens and comfortable pillows to give our guests a great night sleep with all the comforts for one to enjoy. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the mountain and ski slopes as well as a full en-suite including a tub for after skiing relaxation.

Popcorn maker is available in the kitchen area to complete your movie night marathon.
A large patio extends off of the kitchen and master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful mountains! There is an outdoor patio set that is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, as well as a gas BBQ, so it’s always ready to grill. There is also nice rustic patio lighting to set the perfect mood for hanging out after dark.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom vacation rental is located in the UPPER level of a chalet house. The lower level (2 bedroom / 1 bathroom) is also a vacation rental. If you are interested in renting the WHOLE house (5 bedroom / 3 bathroom) as one rental (or just the LOWER level by itself) please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.

There is no hot tubbing allowed past 10pm as per the Sun Peaks Municipality bylaws.

From time to time, the hot tub may need to be drained and refilled depending on the state that it is left in by the previous guests or if it happens to be dirtied during your stay. As this is a long process and due to the fact that it takes a long time for it to re-heat (8-12 hours), it is possible that this may result in the hot tub not being useable for a certain period of time during your stay. It is important that you follow our hot tub rules to ensure this does not happen during your stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE #4:
There are multiple OUTDOOR cameras located on the property for safety and security reasons. We are required to have these as part of our insurance. Please note these cameras are located at all entrances which also happens to be where the hot tub is located. As such, the hot tub sits within the range of these cameras. We want everyone to be aware of this up front so they are not surprised by seeing a camera when they check in. We will not be able to turn them off during your stay and they cannot be covered up during your stay as this voids our insurance.

From time to time, the amenities (such as hot tub or bbq for example) may require maintenance/repair and may not be available at times. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. Please note that we do not offer refunds if an amenity is unavailable during your stay as these are complimentary additions to your booked accommodation.
IMPORTANT NOTE #6: The hot tub is a private hot tub specific to this upper unit. The lower unit also has its own private hot tub meaning there are a total of 2 hot tubs at this chalet. However, in the very RARE case, that one of the hot tubs (either upper or lower) happens to break down this may result in a situation where you have to share a hot tub (on an alternating hourly schedule) with the guests below. This has only happened once in the last 5 years but we wanted to mention the possibility of it in case we run into a situation like that again.

This charming log house is situated on a family owned and operated 160-acre forested property a short drive north of Sun Peaks Resort. Take in the serenity of this remote and unique property while enjoying the modern comforts of a freshly furnished home. Includes a hot tub overlooking the forest, and a 4ft deep pool for summer time fun!
We also have miles upon miles of trails that go all over the mountain, that you can access directly from the property. Ideal for ATVs or side-by-sides.
The space
Constructed in 1984, this beautiful log house was family built with wood sourced directly from the property. All water dispensed inside the log house is pumped directly from a year-round running spring behind the building. You are more than welcome to bottle up some spring water to take home!
Our property is the perfect place to unwind and de-stress as you take in the picturesque views and fresh mountain air. Whether you are here to visit Sun Peaks or take it easy as a family, you will feel right at home.
Entering the front door at ground level you will find a king bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining area with access to the rear patio. There is a staircase leading upstairs to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom which sleeps 3 with a bathroom just outside.
The basement hosts an entertainment area with satellite TV (option for HDMI input), foosball table, board games and a beautiful 10 x 10 ft leather couch. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed and a backup single mattress which can be laid out.
Our property is your playground. The kids will love the large lawn which has plenty of space for any lawn game you can think of! Get around the firepit on those crisp fall nights to cook up some s'mores and tell your best dad jokes.
We also have a 1500 acre woodlot attached to our property that you can explore on your ATV or side-by-side. If you're adventurous, you can also follow trails all the way to Martin Meadows Lake, Badger Lake, and Knouff Lake which are on the top of the mountain behind the log house. Guests are welcome to bring their own ATV's.
You should receive nothing short of a five-star experience when staying at our property. If you have any requests prior to your stay we will always do our best to accommodate.

The Sugar Pine Suite at Pinetree Chalet offers a lovely private mountain retreat for up to 6 guests. We are a true ski-in home - in the summer we're perfectly situated for exploring Tod Mountain... just walk out your front door.
The private foyer has space to store your outerwear and gear. Enter the great room to find an architectural "Prow" design that takes in the soaring view from the living, dining or kitchen areas with 9' ceilings.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas, 55" HDTV, poufs for extra seating. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and full stove, ample dinnerware and cooking supplies. Settle around a table for 6 and enjoy an ever-changing view you'll never tire of.
At bedtime you'll find two bedrooms:
Bristlecone queen room with spectacular view, made up with a New Zealand wool pad and organic sheets; sleeper ottoman, large closet and dresser.
Jack Pine also has a queen bed, closet and hooks for hanging your items. Need an extra bed? There's also a high loft xl-twin bed.
The suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo, plenty of counter space and towels for use inside as well as a set for the hot tub.
A private deck also takes advantage of the view. Parking for 1 vehicle is included.

Large deck upstairs (summer use only) to take in the mountain vistas, overlooking the 3rd fairway and the 7th tee of the golf course. Relax in the private hot tub on the downstairs deck overlooking the mountain. Shoot some pool or snooker in the games room. Walk in area located in the garage to leave all ski, snowboard, bike and golf equipment, including racking for skis, boards, bikes etc. Sun Peaks Resort courtesy shuttle bus pick up/drop off every 20 mins during the ski season to ski lifts and village (check website for details/timetable) within 100ms of the front door.

The chalet is fully accessible to all guests, with 2 guest parking spots available in the driveway (left hand side). On the entrance level are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom, a laundry and, overlooking the mountains, the 'Great Room', which leads out to the upstairs balcony. On the lower level, you will find the 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bathroom, and the Games Room with pool/snooker table, leading out to the lower deck and hot tub. Upstairs in the mezzanine, which overlooks the Great Room, is the 4th bedroom. Please note that the mezzanine is 'open' to the Great Room and that there are steep stairs leading up to it which are not suitable for young children or people with mobility problems.
There is a self contained small suite on the right side basement of the house that long term tenants occupy with 2 parking spots on the driveway (right hand side). This suite is completely self contained.
Other things to note
In the Winter, a complimentary Sun Peaks Resort shuttle can pick you up from just outside of the home and take you to the base of both the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts. Or if you prefer, a 2 min drive or 10 min walk will take you to the same place. At the end of the day, ski and snowboard straight into the front door, either down the ‘green’ Fairways Return, or those wanting a more challenging run home, the ‘double black’ run In Tatters or the ‘black’ runs of Wringer and Tumble Dry await you. Alternatively, you can use the complimentary Sun Peaks Resort shuttle that will pick you up at the base of the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts and deliver you safely home.
In the Summer, biking, hiking and golf, plus so much more, are just a stone’s throw away. A 2 min bike or car ride will have you at the chairlifts ready to take you up the hill for some incredible mountain biking, hiking or Frisbee golf, or alternatively to the Golf Pro Shop and 1st tee of the 18 hole Graham Cooke designed golf course. Slightly further afield, about a 15 min drive, are Heffley Lake and McGillivray Lake, a paradise for kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. For those just wanting to ‘stop’ and relax in summer, sit on the balcony of this mountain home, take in the views and watch the golfers and rest of the world go by. Total serenity!

The Great Room consists of Living and Family rooms with rich leather seating, large screen hdtv, cozy fireplace and large table for games, meals or meetings. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with its own exterior entrance and adjacent counter with stools for 4 helpers... and cooks will appreciate less foot traffic in the kitchen with a convenient separate beverage area with full fridge nearby.

In Spring/Summer: Follow the creek up the mountain to find peaceful walking trails through the woods, or go biking through alpine meadows.
It's impossible to overstate the grandeur of our open-air hot tub. Star gaze in the evening, watch skiers go by in winter - or the creek in spring, and sit in awe any time of year and soak in the majestic view before you. The surrounding evergreen trees also provide privacy.
A large main deck plus three bedroom balconies offer places to enjoy creation and nature outdoors. A full outdoor barbeque grill overlooks the hot tub.

Pinetree Chalet has an HRV air-exchange system that continually replenishes stale air with fresh air in each room. The air is cooled in summer and warmed in winter. Although temperatures rarely get hot in summer, the main house also has a high-velocity fan for extra circulation, if needed, as well as a whole-house water filtration system.
Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles is available, wifi and cable are included, cozy in-floor heating, fireplaces, private treed location, decks.
We may consider up to 2 dogs upon request. When approved, a pet fee applies and we will ask you to sign our Pet Policies. All bedrooms, and the Lodgepole Hideaway are are pet-free zones.

I do not believe a lot of places in Sun Peaks have A/C installed so if this is important to you please look into it when comparing places to book. Please note that the AC is in the upper unit only. It is not in the lower unit as it stays cool on the warmest days.
The larger kitchen (upper level) and smaller kitchen (lower level) has all the modern stainless steel appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. They are well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would ever need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table (upper level) seats 6-8 comfortably and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar and the dining table (lower level) seats 4-6 comfortably.
Basic spices, oils, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going. Please note that we do not restock during your stay.

Popcorn maker is available in the kitchen area to complete your movie night marathon.
A large patio extends off of the kitchen and master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful mountains! There is an outdoor patio set that is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, as well as a gas BBQ, so it’s always ready to grill. There is also nice rustic patio lighting to set the perfect mood for hanging out after dark.

IMPORTANT NOTE #1:
This 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom vacation rental is made up of TWO short term vacation rental units. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a separate kitchen and laundry for each rental unit. If you are interested in just renting either the UPPER or LOWER portion of the house as a separate rental please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2:
From time to time, the hot tub may need to be drained and refilled depending on the state that it is left in by the previous guests or if it happens to be dirtied during your stay. As this is a long process and due to the fact that it takes a long time for it to re-heat (8-12 hours), it is possible that this may result in the hot tub not being useable for a certain period of time during your stay. It is important that you follow our hot tub rules to ensure this does not happen during your stay. There is no hot tubbing allowed past 10pm as per the Sun Peaks Municipality bylaws.

There are multiple OUTDOOR cameras located on the property for safety and security reasons. We are required to have these as part of our insurance. Please note these cameras are located at all entrances which also happens to be where the hot tub is located. As such, the hot tub sits within the range of these cameras. We want everyone to be aware of this up front so they are not surprised by seeing a camera when they check in. We will not be able to turn them off during your stay and they cannot be covered up during your stay as this voids our insurance.

Pinetree Chalet has an HRV air-exchange system that continually replenishes stale air with fresh air in each room. The air is cooled in summer and warmed in winter. Although temperatures rarely get hot in summer, the main house also has a high-velocity fan for extra circulation, if needed. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.
Off-street parking, wifi and cable are included, cozy in-floor heating, fireplaces, private treed location, decks.
We may consider up to 2 dogs upon request. When approved, a pet fee applies and we will ask you to sign our Pet Policies. All bedrooms, and the suite are are pet-free zones.
*INFANTS: We are licensed to host up to 16 guests of any age. To ensure you are registering for the correct number of guests per Sun Peaks bylaws, enter ALL GUESTS under 12 as "CHILDREN" (not infants). By request, we can provide a crib with change area, high chair, toys, kids dinnerware, books. These items are included for groups with up to 12 guests, or in the extra guest fee for 13-16 guests.

The Sunburst Estates area is a prime location that is shared with residents. Guests are expected to uphold Sun Peaks bylaws with minimal noise during the day, and NO noise or hot tub use between 10pm and 7am. Accordingly, parties, drugs (including cannabis) and drunkenness are not permitted.

Our place is great for couples, families (with kids), and spread out with your safe 6. We actually have up to 15 beds. We are a great space during these difficult times. We allow up to 3 households (one staying in each building) with social distancing in mind. This one price gives you use of all 4 of our buildings plus your own private dock on beautiful Forest Lake. When you arrive at the house, please be advised that the door facing the street is for the basement suite, and all the entrances you will use are along the left hand side of the house (left of the garage).

Welcome to Moosehead Lodge, a truly luxurious and massive four-bedroom, four-bathroom chalet located slopeside with easy ski-in ski-out access from the "Rambler" and "Sunrise" runs. This beautiful timber-framed chalet includes two master bedrooms that both feature ensuite bathrooms with heated towel bars. This home features high cathedral ceilings throughout the upper and main levels, and sweeping views across Sun Peaks with a wraparound balcony on both storeys.
The space
Truly one of the most luxurious homes in Sun Peaks, Moosehead Lodge has been exquisitely furnished and features radiant floor heating throughout. There is a pool table in the second entertaining room on the lower level, and in the fall of 2018 a brand new partially sunken hot tub was installed.
The deluxe kitchen comes with a climate controlled wine fridge, and an open concept dining area that can seat up to 16 people.
The grand entrance is on the upper level which has the ski storage area, the first master bedroom, two bathrooms, the laundry room and access to the garage.
From there, it's just a few steps down to the main level which has the open concept kitchen, dining area and upper living room. Off the living room is access to the upper wraparound balcony where you can cook an awesome BBQ dinner.
The lower level has the three other bedrooms, two bathrooms, the second living room and entertainment area with pool table, and access to the lower level wraparound balcony with the private hot tub.

This property has 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage.
The driveway is extremely steep so in the winter, snow tires or chains are essential to avoid sliding. In the summer it may be possible to fit 2 vehicles on the driveway.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
