My 1100 square foot 2 bedroom consists of a 729 square foot deluxe fireplace suite with one private full bathroom, 2 granite top vanity sinks, comfy king bed, resort style kitchen, dining & living area with a queen sofa sleeper, romantic gas fireplace, with an attached 379 square foot 2 queen bedroom, another full bath, work desk and bar area. We are family friendly! A Pak- N-play is supplied in the closet, just bring your child’s blankets. Sorry, we are not pet friendly. The resort restricts guests from bringing pets.

- "The Everline Resort is very nice. This property is within the resort. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom/bedroom are spacious. The LR is adequate & the kitchenette is what you would expect. Overall, very comfortable." - "We have been here several times and generally knew what to expect as there are various time share owners, and the furnishings and decor vary. We have also booked direct, but this was a better price point so we did VRBO. No issues whatsoever. Everything went as expected! Staff is always great, food was good throughout the property. Was a little bummed they had weddings two of the nights we were there so the “play area” wasn’t available, but then the weddings were a bit entertaining too . :) In regards to the room itself, generally what I expected. No complaints. There were a few things that probably need attending to (curtains primarily, and a slight leak with the bath faucet). Bottom line: Would stay at this unit again!"

With luxury amenities like a pool, spa, and convenient ski-in/ski-out access, this resort ensures an unforgettable stay. It’s the perfect base to explore the stunning mountain landscapes while enjoying top-tier comfort and convenience. Getting Around:
If you are driving to the Resort in the winter season, we strongly recommend renting either an AWD or 4WD vehicle. If you have a 2WD vehicle, we recommend keeping chains with you in the case of chain control during stormy conditions, which is common in the winter season. Practice putting your chains on prior to your journey to the Resort to avoid any unforeseen complications.

To keep up to date on road conditions, visit department of transportation websites ahead of your travels.

In the event of a storm, it is important to have an emergency kit in your car in the case you are stuck on the interstate. We suggest packing food, water, and ensuring your gas tank is full for your journey.

If you visit during a winter storm and use our self-parking lot, please be advised the resort will not offer snow removal. Please come prepared with your own snow removal tools, including a snow shovel and an ice scraper. If you're coming in from Truckee, Mountain Hardware and Sports will have everything you need to keep you safe during the winter.

The resort has its own shuttle that runs regularly to Palisades Tahoe Village and Alpine Meadows base.

TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit) is available for free, and the resort shuttle can stop at those bus stops.

Palisades Tahoe has free shuttles back and forth between Village at Palisades Tahoe and Alpine meadows.

Excellent bicycle trail infrastructure to Tahoe City along the Truckee river. Beautiful ride and not strenuous.

The Resort at Squaw Creek offers healthy indoor exercise options at the Health and Fitness Center with a wide selection of cardio and weight-training equipment. The Health and Fitness Center makes it easy to stay in shape as you run on a TechnoGym treadmill while enjoying incredible views of the valley and the mountains.

The Resort fee of $50.00 plus tax per night is not included in the room charge and is charged directly by the Resort for providing the staffing and all the extra amenities in order to enhance the guest experience!

Getting Around:
If you are driving to the Resort in the winter season, we strongly recommend renting either an AWD or 4WD vehicle. If you have a 2WD vehicle, we recommend keeping chains with you in the case of chain control during stormy conditions, which is common in the winter season. Practice putting your chains on prior to your journey to the Resort to avoid any unforeseen complications.

To keep up to date on road conditions, visit department of transportation websites ahead of your travels.

In the event of a storm, it is important to have an emergency kit in your car in the case you are stuck on the interstate. We suggest packing food, water, and ensuring your gas tank is full for your journey.

If you visit during a winter storm and use our self-parking lot, please be advised the resort will not offer snow removal. Please come prepared with your own snow removal tools, including a snow shovel and an ice scraper. If you're coming in from Truckee, Mountain Hardware and Sports will have everything you need to keep you safe during the winter.

The resort has its own shuttle that runs regularly to Palisades Tahoe Village and Alpine Meadows base.

TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit) is available for free, and the resort shuttle can stop at those bus stops.

Palisades Tahoe has free shuttles back and forth between Village at Palisades Tahoe and Alpine meadows.

Excellent bicycle trail infrastructure to Tahoe City along the Truckee river. Beautiful ride and not strenuous.

Easy check-in at the 24-hour Everline Resort & Spa® front desk with hotel-key access. Check bags with the valet and enjoy the resort before 4pm check-in and after 10am checkout. Daily parking fees of $35 for self-parking or $65 valet are not included, charged by and paid to The Everline Resort & Spa® upon check out and subject to change without notice.

Self parking and Valet parking are available for a fee. Free shuttles are available to and from the base of Palisades Village (seasonal).

Our individually owned and managed suite is being rented to you directly from the owner and is not associated with the official rental program from Everline Resort & Spa®. There is a daily resort fee of $50 + tax included. Certain resort services and amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, cross country ski tracks are available to guests, with some services, like Spa and Golf, requiring additional fees. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, ski-in/ski-out (seasonal), cross-country skiing (seasonal), regular shuttle to Palisades Village less than a mile away and Tahoe City (seasonal). Meetings & events are commonly held at the Resort. Our property will allow you close proximity to weddings, conferences, and other functions.

While your units are in the same building, we offer a better value. Interim housekeeping, robes, coffee service refills, pack and plays, roll-a-ways through the Resort are not available. Message owners for availability and fees for interim services, as well as any housekeeping requests, provided by the owner. Please do not place linens, as we are not part of the Resort linen services. There is a trash receptacle at the entrance doors of the tower.

There is a 24-hour front desk available for check in, bell and valet. The Concierge is available for activities and free shuttle schedule. Please message or call the Owner for any unit service requests or concerns.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or excessive cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, walls, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees to cover the damage. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee.

NO smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind are allowed in our condotel. If any sign of smoking, vaping or pets is discovered, Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $425 cleaning fee.

Prior to departure, please stack used linens, start the dishwasher, and return any moved furniture. Please notify us of any damage incurred during your stay.

Resort at Everline Resort & Spa #560 offers accommodations in Olympic Valley, a 2-minute walk from Squaw Creek Golf Course and 16 miles from Lahontan Golf Club. With mountain views, this accommodation features a swimming pool. Guests also enjoy access to the sauna and hot tub, as well as the spa facilities and fitness room. The spacious apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is offered. Getting Around:
If you are driving to the Resort in the winter season, we strongly recommend renting either an AWD or 4WD vehicle. If you have a 2WD vehicle, we recommend keeping chains with you in the case of chain control during stormy conditions, which is common in the winter season. Practice putting your chains on prior to your journey to the Resort to avoid any unforeseen complications.

To keep up to date on road conditions, visit department of transportation websites ahead of your travels.

In the event of a storm, it is important to have an emergency kit in your car in the case you are stuck on the interstate. We suggest packing food, water, and ensuring your gas tank is full for your journey.

If you visit during a winter storm and use our self-parking lot, please be advised the resort will not offer snow removal. Please come prepared with your own snow removal tools, including a snow shovel and an ice scraper. If you're coming in from Truckee, Mountain Hardware and Sports will have everything you need to keep you safe during the winter.

The resort has its own shuttle that runs regularly to Palisades Tahoe Village and Alpine Meadows base.

TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit) is available for free, and the resort shuttle can stop at those bus stops.

Palisades Tahoe has free shuttles back and forth between Village at Palisades Tahoe and Alpine meadows.

Excellent bicycle trail infrastructure to Tahoe City along the Truckee river. Beautiful ride and not strenuous.

Housekeeping
Just as when you book an individually owned home/condo with an online booking platform, your cleaning fee covers the cleaning at checkout not mid stay cleanings as one would expect in a hotel experience.

If you are staying for a week or longer please reach out and we can coordinate a mid stay clean.

Trip Insurance
The Lake Tahoe region sees snowstorms in the winter that impact travel. In the summer and early fall there may be wildfire or wildfire smoke.

These are seasonal events outside our control and there are no refunds for these natural weather occurrences/patterns.

Trip insurance is advised and maybe purchased through Airbnb as part of the booking process.

Whirlpools and Pool are open from 7:00am - 11:00pm for registered guests.
