This is a spacious privately owned and rented first floor unit with a walk out patio. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size appliances including a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining area seats six comfortably.
The two bedrooms feature flat screen televisions, DVD players and Roku's. There are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom and a king size bed in the master.
The 3/4 guest bathroom has a stand up shower. The master has a full bath and shower.

Free secured wireless internet is included. The property features two heated pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness area, game room, gas grills and a two newly constructed fire pits. We only rent on season (June-Aug) from Sat-Sat.

- "We really enjoyed our stay at Village by the Sea! The location on route 1 is convenient to the grocery store, beaches, activities (fishing charters, mini golf, shopping), and many restaurants. It is conveniently located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. The facility has nice outdoor and indoor pools, that were never too crowded during our stay. The indoor pool was large and heated, and the hot tub was great. The condo is on the first floor and was plenty of space for our family of four. Even with another kid or two, we would have had plenty of space! The kitchen isn’t huge and there isn’t a lot of space to keep your non-refrigerated foods, but it’s well stocked with many cooking tools. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was really convenient. We would definitely return to this property!"
