We invite our guests to stay in our new private basement that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the Seven lakes Golf Course. Shopping malls, Detroit Ambassador Bridge, and 401 Hwy are just a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. We have 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the basement.
We have added a treadmill for our guests to do warm-ups. Drinking alcohol and partying are not allowed. Filter Coffee, Tea, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, fridge, and microwave, cooking range are available in the kitchen. It is very comfortable for long term stays.

The Master Bedroom is a fully furnished private bedroom with super comfortable queen size Posture-Pedic Mattress bed (super snuggly linens/sheets, lots of pillows, and plush towels provided), mirrored dresser along with tons of walk-in closet space. .

The Second Bedroom which is just off the living room also has a Posture-Pedic mattress along with comfortably soft sheets and lots of pillows as well. Plenty of closet space and the full bathroom is only a few steps away around the kitchen corner.

5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**

6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**

**Reservation Extension Policy:

Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.

7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.

8. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.

9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.

10. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.

11. Turn off all light when not in use.

12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.

13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage, recycling and compost inside the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins. The garbage bins are located at the side of the home.

14. Waste is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation in the outdoor garbage, recycling and compost bins. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**

15. Please do not move furniture or décor. Furniture is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.

16. A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.

It is a nice place that really does look like the pictures, but it is in the middle of a new development under construction with the accompanying noise and unsightly appearance outside that you might expect. Also, the acoustics separating the downstairs neighbours were very poor and we could clearly to hear them and their crying baby when we used the main floor (kitchen, living room) area."

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.

Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

We have 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Due to frequent cleaning requirements, our backyard pool is not given for usage by our guests. We are not responsible for any pool-related incidents. Smoking of any substance and Alcohol partying are 100% strictly prohibited inside the basement

We regard AIRBNB as a valuable business that serves genuine stays, especially, It is most suited for families, education, and work-related stays. Alcoholic or any drug-related partying in any form is 100% strictly prohibited. We have added a treadmill for our guests to do warm-ups. Filter Coffee, Tea, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, mini-fridge, and microwave are available in the kitchen. While booking for longer days, please make a note that we do not have a cooking range, washer, and dryer. There should be few coin laundries in the downtown area. However, we can provide a Portable double burner cooktop and Convection countertop oven for long stays. Our basement can accommodate up to only 4 people. In certain cases, we may allow an additional one within a reasonable background.

Both bathrooms are complete with a large vanity to set toiletries on, and each with very large clean marble tiled showers. Washer and dryer also available for use. A comfortable area is set up to watch the TV in the shared common area.
