We invite our guests to stay in our new private basement that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the Seven lakes Golf Course. Shopping malls, Detroit Ambassador Bridge, and 401 Hwy are just a 5 to 10 minutes drive away. We have 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the basement.
We have added a treadmill for our guests to do warm-ups. Drinking alcohol and partying are not allowed. Filter Coffee, Tea, Coffee maker, hot water kettle, fridge, and microwave, cooking range are available in the kitchen. It is very comfortable for long term stays.

Large two-story property with lots of natural surroundings. And absolute outdoor oasis from May to October and a cosy indoor property during the winter months with study, library, sauna and games room.
Located 10 minutes from the Ambassador Bridge this property is close to downtown Windsor and also just 30 minutes from the wineries and Lake Erie activities found in the Colchester, Kingsville, Leamington and Wheatley areas.

The kids loved exploring the spacious backyard, including the pirate ship, & the beautiful city playground just beyond it. There's even a convenient gate along the back fence that leads directly to the park, which made it easy for them to enjoy nature and burn off some energy.Some of my personal highlights: the automatic espresso machine (such a treat!), the luxurious jetted tub in the master suite, the sauna, and the yoga room, which doubled as a cozy spot for family movie nights. The kids loved the large projector tv! Nearly every room had essential oil diffusers, an added bonus!The wash tub in the laundry room also came in handy for rinsing out the kids’ muddy clothes after their outdoor adventures! My only regret is not taking advantage of the amazing pool table in the basement. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. This unit can easily accommodate 6 or more if need be with 3 queen size bed, extra air mattresses provided as well. A brown leather Furniture couch in the living room with Dimplex Fireplace and a 55 inch Television for your entertainment needs.
This is a 1500 sq ft. Lower ranch, 3 Bedroom, spacious living room and kitchen, bath located in Farralle avenue in the Historic District of Lasalle, Ontario, across from the Ojibway Nature Centre and Seven Lakes Championship Golf & Estates, just not far from Ambassador bridge.
The Master Bedroom is a fully furnished private bedroom with super comfortable queen size Posture-Pedic Mattress bed (super snuggly linens/sheets, lots of pillows, and plush towels provided), mirrored dresser along with tons of walk-in closet space. .
The Second Bedroom which is just off the living room also has a Posture-Pedic mattress along with comfortably soft sheets and lots of pillows as well. Plenty of closet space and the full bathroom is only a few steps away around the kitchen corner.
The third Bedroom has mattress with a topper along with comfortably soft sheets and lots of pillows as well. Designed in pine furniture with traditional fan over head its one of our guests favorite spots
The linen closet has spare towels, medical kit, blankets and and a single size air mattress, for additional backup sleep options as well.
The unit also has a HE (High Efficiency) washer and dryer in the laundry room across from the first bathroom with basic laundry supplies also provided.
The modern kitchen is very well stocked with chef-quality culinary equipment and appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric ceramic glass top stove, butcher block cutting counter and pantry.
This is a truly fully furnished home and kitchen....Stocked with Pots, Pans, Plates, Knives-Forks-Spoons, Serving Utensils, Etc...

The kitchen is big and stocked with pots, pans, supplies, and seasonings.Possible guests need to remember that there is a family living in the home above the accommodations. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
11. Turn off all light when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage, recycling and compost inside the unit to the appropriate outdoor bins. The garbage bins are located at the side of the home.
14. Waste is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation in the outdoor garbage, recycling and compost bins. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
15. Please do not move furniture or décor. Furniture is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out.
16. A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.

It is a nice place that really does look like the pictures, but it is in the middle of a new development under construction with the accompanying noise and unsightly appearance outside that you might expect. Also, the acoustics separating the downstairs neighbours were very poor and we could clearly to hear them and their crying baby when we used the main floor (kitchen, living room) area."

All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.
