For junior hockey enthusiasts, come cheer on the local junior A hockey team, the Hawkesbury Hawks from the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). • Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

Emersed yourself in nature, relax around the outdoor fireplace while listening to a natural stream a few feet away from the property limits. Enjoy a beautiful walk or cross-country skiing on maintained tracks from the golf course’s parking lot or in Vankleek Hill (10 minute drive)

Discover the amazing multi-sport complex less than 2 km away which offers an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and an indoor track. Possible activities include, pickleball, badminton, indoor soccer, public skating and drop-in hockey. Reservations are required through the town of Hawkesbury’s sports complex website. For junior hockey enthusiasts, come cheer on the local junior A hockey team, the Hawkesbury Hawks from the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). Curling is also available at this time of the year at the Hawkesbury Golf and Curling Club situated 10 minute drive, downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking at Mont Rigaud Quebec, (30minutedrive)

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.

•IMPORTANT: If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you step out of the property. We do not tolerate anyone smoking inside/outside the unit & there will be a FEE if this rule is broken!

•The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

• Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

Located on the river we are conveniently situated halfway between Ottawa and Montreal. Only 10 minutes to Hawkesbury or 15 minutes to the charming town of Vankleek Hill where Dunrobin craft distillery is and Beau's Brewery. A short drive to Montebello, hiking trails, the beach and more. Just over the bridge and the Laurentians are there to explore. Enjoy your family getaway in this three bedroom(one king, 2 queen beds) 3 bathrooms, open concept living and dining area home. The kitchen has all top of the line Thermador appliances. The huge deck overlooking the river is made for entertaining. It is complete with large dining table, outdoor kitchen and spa hot tub for 5. Walk out basement on the lower floor provides lots of privacy for all. The 2 queen bedrooms are there and there is an additional music room with a brand new futon. The bedrooms and living areas are all facing the river. If work is part of your get away there is an office where you can set up with an adjustable desk for standing or sitting.
