I have an extremely bad back & being freezing cold put my back into knots - I had patches & meds I had to take to make it back home (an 1 1/2 hour car ride) - would I stay there again or recommend this place to anyone else - unless changes are made - its very questionable - we were just looking for a restful stay & a nice shower in the morning...."
