The kitchen has all that you need for your visit, whether you wish to cook up a gastronomic meal or just warm-up a pizza!

The living/dining room is very comfortable with a sofa and two armchairs in front of the woodburner (logs supplied). The TV has french channels but also a DVD player with an extensive film collection. A dining table, big enough for 6 adults overlooks the patio and garden.

Upstairs there are the two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with good quality beds, made and ready for your slumber. The modern shower room and WC is situated in-between the two bedrooms. Towels are provided as is extra linen should it be required.

There is also a wooden cot in the main room that can also act as a very small bed for a toddler. Baby equipment, changing mat, small baby bath etc are provided, as is a high chair for meal times. A travel cot is also provided.

It is bright, well-maintained, clean and well-decorated. The bed is very comfortable. Facilities for parking and bicycle storage are excellent. The owner is helpful and welcoming. We did not experience any problems at all during our visit - the whole week was delightful. We spent the time cycling along the Vendeen green routes, buying food at local shops and practising our limited French with locals. We visited an art exhibition at the Mediateque and the local market, cycled north to Noirmoutier one day, then drove to Noirmoutier and cycled round it another day. We cycled south to St Gilles Croix de Vie. We took the ferry to L'Ile d'Yeu and hired VTTs to cycle round the coast. We ate out one night at the Robinson Hotel restaurant which was expensive but well worth it. I recommend the apartment to everyone. "

The apartment is ideally located just across from Parc de Procé, in a quiet and green area loved by locals. All essential shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are within walking distance. Bus lines C6, C3, 54 and 10 are nearby, offering quick access to the city center, the train station, Audencia, and university campuses.

With ease, Karène and Franck welcome you to their small, totally refurbished home. Facing south it is independent of the house and overlooks the pool. You have access to it as well as the pétanques court. You will enjoy on the patio adjoining the studio with a garden furniture as well as the sunbeds.
The large beach of Tharon is 800 m away, you will enjoy walking to the center which is 500 m away. Pornic is 8 km away , La Baule and its peninsula 30 km.
