Our clean, tropical streamside home is perfectly situated to explore the entire island. Wake up listening to birds chirp and the stream flow. Explore for the day on the North Shore, West Side, Waikiki, East Side or just relax and use it as your paradise home.
Our 3 bed 2.5 bath home with a bonus space has plenty of room to relax. Beautiful views and a quiet peaceful valley await to make your stay perfect. Available in our valley for your enjoyment are two tennis and pickleball courts and a basketball court. A beautiful golf course is 4 minutes drive. We also have super easy freeway access, and are only 20 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Costco, Walmart, and many other restaurants and shops. Most importantly you are only 20ish minutes from the beautiful beaches of the North Shore.
We live here permanently and only rent out our place when traveling. Our neighborhood is quiet, family oriented and peaceful. No parties or large gatherings allowed, as we want to keep the peace with our neighbors. Thank you for respecting this rule and understanding.

You will occasionally hear our lab bark (usually because he hears the front gate open). Our home is located on the main road, you will hear cars driving by. This is a residential area. It will have noises. Close to Pearl Harbor and the stadium. Pearl Harbor view from the front yard.
Parking will be street parking, almost always available directly in front of the property alongside the rock wall.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

It’s only 2 miles from Haleiwa and its shops and restaurants and a short drive to the famous surf spots of Sunset, Pipeline, Haleiwa and Waimea. This recently remodeled and furnished home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a well maintained and spacious backyard and is only 99 steps from a family-friendly beach where you can walk for miles, swim, snorkel, search for sea glass and kitesurf.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 with three bedrooms with queen beds and the 4th room with two sets of bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and split air conditioners. A Pack n' Play is supplied for the youngest member of your family.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microware, blender, Kuerig, 12-cup coffeemaker and Instapot. It also has a large farmhouse table, highchair, and a backyard BBQ.

The home is really nice, and large! It's two stories, but our guest room is downstairs. We're located on a very quiet, nice, safe cul de sac in Mililani Town. There is street parking and a bus stop around the corner. Very nice . Shopping center is a bit over a mile away with most everything else you need. Also a movie theater.

Your private bedroom (with lock and key) is adjacent it's bathroom. There are two other bedrooms to this single family home. The shared interior includes a large front foyer with couch, TV and gaming room. The gaming room includes a treadmill and stationary bike for exercise.
The living room has 70" TV with Bose surround sound, 2 couches and recliner. Full Kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, rice cooker, coffee pot, and the requisite pots/pans/plateware/utensils.
Inside the surrounding fence a front yard with herb and flower garden. The lanai with full bench, squat rack, with additional exercise equipment. Additionally a grill, round table and chairs provide the perfect spot for a BBQ.
The Carport and street curb provide plenty of parking.

The lush and well-landscaped property is fully fenced and gated—only a 45 second walk from the house to the sand. The beach is great for walks, treasure hunting, snorkeling, and swimming. Our house is family friendly and is stocked with kids books, toys, three Lectrofan white noise machines, a pack and play, and a high chair. Minimum lease is for 30 days.

Our vintage house has newly remodeled bathrooms and updated appliances. Stroll across the cul-de-sac to a beautiful beach that is often good for swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and sunsets. The house is conveniently located 5-7 minutes drive from Haleiwa Town and 5 minutes from the historic Waialua Sugar Mill. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s the perfect location for those seeking outdoor activities without sacrificing the comforts one should expect while on vacation.

The property is gated and fully fenced for privacy. Guests have full use of the property with the exception of a few owner’s closets.
Other things to note
By law, this is a 30 day minimum rental. The house cleaner comes mid month and at the end of each stay. The house cleaner can come more frequently if you would like and any additional cleanings would be at additional cost. The base cleaning fee for the month is $500 and each additional cleaning is usually $250 but may be more depending on how much time the house cleaner spends cleaning (they charge by the hour). If the house is sandy or needs more than the usual cleaning, guests will be responsible for the additional cost of cleaning. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with several families with small children. Please drive 5mph down the cul-de-sac, as children are often riding bicycles and playing in the neighborhood. Parties or gatherings, smoking, e-cigarettes, pets, and loud music are strictly prohibited at all times on the property. Please use reef safe sunscreen, or wearing sun protective clothing instead, to avoid damaging the reef. Spraying sunscreen in or around the house can damage furniture and additional cleaning fees may be incurred. This is a Beautiful Custom Home in Central Oahu located in a private, secure, and gated community, a good home base for your explorations of the island.

The space
The house is made up of the three floors, floating above the canopy of the lush green jungle, connected by a bridge. This was done to ensure we made the least impact on the natural surroundings. The floors are all sustainable Pecan and we also have solar water heating.
Nature experience - There is nothing quite like seeing local White-rumped Shama from the same perspective as they are watching things too, from the tree tops. There are Myna-birds that glide alongside and circle the expansive verandas of the house, completing the uniqueness of spending time at our tree house. If you look closely you might be able to spot one of our pets the local gecko.
Dining experience - the main living space is a huge open plan space with a large dining table to seat 8 people. The gourmet chefs kitchen with a central island containing the large cook top faces the expansive view to ensure an awesome view whilst preparing delicious meals. There are also comfortable high stools for the breakfast bar.
Relaxing experience - we have selected seating made to ensure sitting at the best position to take in the jungle and mountains. These are framed by floor to ceiling glass concertina doors which open up to a large 600 square-foot multi level deck to bring the outside in.
There is also an impressive 30 foot glass corridor connecting the living space to the bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs game room has its own bathroom and laundry area.
Sleeping experience - your sleeping experience is an essential part of any vacation and we have not spared on the important luxurious details. All beds are Top Quality, pillows allergy-free and sheets are luxury 100% cotton.
There are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a large bathroom and the third bedroom has an en suite.
Also, available is a 2017 Lexus 350 SUV for your use at a separate cost of $55 per day.
