The condo is lovely and has magnificent views. It is located near great restaurants and a good market about a block away. I would suggest the owners leave a card/note for restaurant suggestions (in the building & within the area), market suggestions and other fun things to do nearby. We didn't know there were 3 restaurants in the building until someone told us. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much and would recommend to others."

The neighborhood is run down; I felt safe walking but I would recommend walking with someone or talking an Uber. The multiple Uber drivers we took didn’t have a problem coming to pick us up or drop off even late at night, it was a $3 Uber from Casco Viejo. The apartment is 5 min walking to Casco Viejo so very close. Some kind of alarm started going off in the building and continued for 2 days straight, even after I sent a message, never got a reply back. It was a bit annoying even up to the third floor. If you are a seasoned traveler you’ll like this hidden gem for all it offers at its price point, you can always Uber, I would stay again. I would recommend this property for adults only. "

The character of the place they ended up sending us to was not at all what I had expected from a property in Casco Viejo, it could have easily been in any city. The bigger issue for me was that there was no explanation whatsoever given for the change and no option for any other property. The customer support person on WhatsApp was nice but it was clear that this was a take it or leave it proposition and that no accommodation would be offered or made other than this change. The property we ended up at was one of the options when we were booking our stay and we made the decision to not book it based on its location, but we ended up there anyway. It was ok, but was not the experience we had hoped trip to Panama."

The room is for one person only. It is comfortable and has good lighting and ventilation. It has a desk for working with wifi and blackout curtains. The split air conditioning is quiet (it can only be used at night). It has a standing fan, a closet, and a nightstand. The bathroom is in front of the room and is almost exclusively for the guest's use (with hot water and a shower filter). The building is in front of the Metrobus stop. The atmosphere is family-friendly and very harmonious.

We are 15-20 minutes from Tocumen Airport and 15-20 minutes from downtown. The apartment is on Vía España. Despite being in front of a main avenue, it is not noisy. It's very cozy. It has a nice view of the ocean and the city. It is downtown and close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and medical center. The Metrobus stop is right in front of the building and you can go to Albrook or Tocumen. If you walk about four blocks, take the Metrobus that goes to Cinta Costera and Casco Viejo. We also have the Metro station nearby, preferably reached by taxi for $1.5 approx. to the Cincuentenario station or by taking a bus for $0.5 to the San Miguelito station. The building has 24-hour security. We're on the 10th floor and we have an elevator.
