I chose this hotel as it was close to all the action but somewhere nice and peaceful to come back to. It's not too big so staff remember you but it's connected to cleopatra and the med for things like the gym spa and restaurants. The room I stayed in was on the first floor and it was very nice. I went for my holiday and was given a free bottle of champagne and they also stuck balloons on my door which was very sweet"

- "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderfull view - partly on the sea partly on the mountains. The air conditioning was working properly. Meals and choice of food were really huge. The only thing I didn't like was a very cold water in the swimming pool. You couldn't swim at all as it was freezing in the water, alltough the temperture outside was about 25 degrees. The trade mill in the gym didn't work as well. Despite of that they really overcharged for using of WiFi - 1 hour cost 4 EUR. If you wanted to use the stationary PC located in the grounf floor it cost 1 EUR for 7,5 minutes. And the most radiculos thing - to borrow an iron they asked me to pay 15 EUR. So I didn't really feel well on new years eve as I decided not to pay that to simply profit makers."

- "Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. We ordered the early breakfast for 6.15am on our departure day , and confirmed this and our taxi with 2 different staff members. However when we went down to reception we were told that early breakfast did not start until 6.45am , and whilst we understood this was due to staffing, it would have been helpful for the reception to call our room and let us know! We then had to ask for some water and we’re not offered anything even though there were pastries on the counter. We had a lovely few days at the hotel and enjoyed our stay . "

- "Had a great week at this hotel, especially enjoyed the Monkey Beach Club" - "This is an excellent resort, suitable for families as well as groups of friends. We were on a stag do and wanted something a bit more high end than just a place to stay at the end of a night/morning on Veronica's strip and this proved perfect. We had an apartment to stay in on the ground floor just away from the pool and they have a supermarket on site (perfect for topping up the beers) as well as pool tables, air hockey, table tennis and a great pool to keep entertained in the day. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was good food, very well presented. All of the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the only tiny, tiny downside was the two of the beds in our room (room for four people) were fold out beds and they weren't too comfortable but the apartment itself was clean, air conditioned and well decorated. Location wise, you're a 5 Euro taxi ride away from the strip or the beach so it's perfect. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we wanted and I'd happily go back!"

- "We liked the apartment and the pool. We didn’t eat there so can’t judge that. It’s 15 mins walk to the beach and busy parts of los cristianos. Supermarkets, restaurants and local buses nearby too, including number 40 to the airport. Staff was great, always helpful and kind. Will, the children entertainer was amazing with activities by the pool. Jesus, receptionist, was very helpful with local information. You can also leave your bags stored at check out and have a shower before you leave. All good! "
