OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.
NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.
NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.
PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.
QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

- "Location was close to customer. Easy in/out. Near shopping. Would rent again." - "Behind the main house apt.unit was very cute & just what we needed for our short stay. As described in the Vrbo online sight. We asked for early entry on arrival day & it was granted for a $20 fee (we were 2 hrs early). Only issue was the fishy smell upon entering, but that was the neighbor who was cooking & it must have filtered thru the ventilation system. Opened all windows/doors, notified owner & asked for Lysol spray which was delivered. After tenant left, orders were gone as well. Great communication & eagerness to please was much appreciated. Lastly, I'd suggest bringing slippers, as the floors look clean, but do need a good mopping. The washer & dryer worked superbly & they supplied the detergent!! Beds were comfortable. Also, we felt safe staying there, as it had a security gate over the front driveway that was coded. I'd like to suggest that luggage racks be added to each bedroom closet, makes it easier to manage a suitcase, since there are NO DRESSERS."

- "The pros:The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It is large enough that you're not on top of one another and have room to roam. The pool is large with a sliding scale from shallow to deep end. The deep end was surprisingly very deep (more than the typical 6ft). The house has all the amenities you need. Plenty of plates, silverware, towels (even pool towels), toilet paper, shower products, etc. There are even pool toys and floats! The beds are comfortable. and the room darkening drapes help keep the sun out. It is a great location. Close to the highways, shopping, and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of. Check in and out was a breeze, and communication with the agent was easy and very responsive. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures.The cons:The only and I mean ONLY con would be if you like your house to feel like a freezer from the AC. The AC is locked at 70 degrees. Which is understandable for the heat this time of year (July). The house has strong portable fans in every room that help to cool it down. It was not unpleasant and was very comfortable for our family. The house cools down tremendously once the sun goes down. But overall, we were extremely comfortable. Just a heads up if you like icicles on your windows! What also makes this house great, is it isn't like those in Anaheim with the noise ordinance where you are not allowed outside after 9pm. The pool area is fenced & has outdoor table and chairs. This was the perfect house for us!"

- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- "10/10 let’s try this again" - "Unfortunately, this place is not in a good neighborhood as the listing stated. The neighbors have 2 pitbulls, 1 German Shepherd mix, 1 Rottweiler, and a small dog. These dogs bark not stop. When I would come out of the front door, they would run to the iron gate and bark viciously at me. These neighbors had music playing on the weekend until 1 pm.Ella, the host was not forthcoming about her listing. It stated there was parking for 2 cars in the garage. Iconfirmed this on my way to the property. She messaged me that no there was not parking in garage. I replied that her listing stated such. She messaged me again and said that yes there was parking. When I arrived at the house the garage was full of furniture. It had 1 large pool table, 5 large kitchen bar stools, 1 foosball table, 1 couch, 1 coffee table. I let her know this and she unbelievably told me to move the furniture to park my car."

- "Central to many places we were touring like Pasadena, Huntington Library, first In-N-Out Burger. The host provided easy to follow and clear instructions to check in/out. Had all the basic small appliances and a good fridge w/ freezer. Cute restaurant at the end of the block to walk to in 3 minutes a for great breakfast or dinner (Guadalupe's). We also took a walk around the block and felt safe as it looks like a quiet residential neighborhood in transition between older housing stock and new. Photos & description of the room was accurate and would have rated higher except for some damage on a wall-mounted clothes rack which rendered it unusable (no prob for me, did not need it anyway) and a toilet that continued to make noise all night. Could also hear the tenant who moved into unit A on our second night. We must have been beside their kitchen on the other side of our bedroom wall. There was also some wonky interaction with the landlord about a missing battery in the TV remote and requested we buy one. Unfortunately our agenda did not get us near a store to pick one up. Not a problem since we did not end up using the TV anyway. The owner was very helpful to suggest if we did buy one they would reimburse the cost. Also noticed one of the places indicated to park our car was on the street at a red curb in front of a fire hydrant. Otherwise, lots of free street parking available. We had a nice stay and we will return."

OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.
NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.
NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.
PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.
QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:

As worried parents, what are we to do? VRBO was the answer! After several searches within the VRBO website, we found a cozy studio in Azusa. Every student housing need and more, was supplied for our son inside this tucked away quiet, safe and welcoming studio. My recommendation: if you are in need for a short-term stay in the Azusa/Glendora/Pomona area, this studio is your answer. Rest assured the well appointed Azusa townhome is quaint and neat with newly renovated bathrooms featuring a large walk in shower. This is a 922 square foot, two level townhome with abundant amenities.
Great neighborhood with parks, baseball fields, tennis courts and frisbee course just around the corner. Lots of green grass and trees. Wonderful walking/hiking location with the San Gabriel mountains real close by. Biking trails are minutes away along the San Gabriel River.
The Gold Line is in walking distance or a very short car ride from the townhome. Convenient is the optimum word to describe the townhome’s location.

Guest will walk through the side private steel gate. Walk towards the front cherry wood door and you will see the touch key pad to self check in

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

. My husband Sam , me and my lovely female bulldog Rainbow stay at the house. We are quite and friendly Rainbow is very friendly and she does not bark to the quests.
. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
