In the renovation some original elements such as stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling were kept in order to preserve the rustic feel. This is a great place to relax while hidden from the crowds, yet still in touch with the modern benefits, because the house offers everything a today’s man needs: WiFi, air condition, an equipped kitchen, cozy furniture… The outside part of the house is as great as the inside and it has a wonderful terrace with a swimming pool in two levels and an eye- relaxing vista. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. There were also two bikes available for our use and we were able to cycle to the local shop in Livade for bread in the morning. Nearby in the local villages there are many restaurants with Croatian food and we enjoyed eating at the restaurants in Motovun as well. Carmilla visited us after the first week to bring us freshly cleaned linen for the beds and towels for the bathrooms. We would highly recommend a stay at this fantastic villa. "

This vacation accommodation consists of two old Istrian houses on a 1500 m2 plot. The houses were completely renovated in 2010 to offer our guests comfort and privacy. The larger building has two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room, three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The smaller building also has a kitchen with dining area and a living room on the first floor and two beautifully decorated rooms on the upper floor. The vacation home has a total of six bathrooms. In the fully walled and gated courtyard there is a 36 m2 swimming pool and an outdoor dining area. There is also a large barbecue by the pool for enjoyable evenings with family or friends.

On the beautiful west coast of Istria, just below the Limski Channel, you will find the most romantic place in the entire Mediterranean region! The town ofBale-Valle is situated at a height of 140 meters above sea level and lies at the intersection of roads leading to Rovinj-Rovigno, Pula-Pola, and Trieste, only 5 kilometres from the sea.
The town developed around themedieval castle of the Soardo and Bembo families in the 15th century and is mentioned in the earliest written documents as the Roman settlement Castrum Vallis. It is yet another typical Istrian town built on a hilltop with narrow streets and stone houses that create a special atmosphere. The town is dominated by the bell tower of the Parish Church of St. Julian, built at the end of the 19th century. The Bembo Palace has recently been completely restored, nearby is a fine example of a town loggia, whereas the town centre is under protection. At Colone Cove near Bale-Valle, a very rich site of fossils belonging to several species of dinosaurs has been discovered.

- "Wir waren mit mehreen Ehepaaren dort und kamen von der Ankunft an aus dem Schwärmen fast nicht mehr heraus. Die Location war für uns wie gemacht. Die Villa Noble war mit Abstand das Beste was wir bisher kannten. Jedes Paar findet dort seinen eigenen, schön eingerichteten Raum mit großzügigen Badezimmern. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind groß u. sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das gepflegte Gelände mit Pool, Grill und einem großen Tisch im Außenbereich, macht es zu einem kleinen „Paradies“.Pool draußen, Pool drinnen... Wir können die Villa Noble uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und sieben Kids und hatten alle genügend Platz und sehr viel Spaß mit den vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, welche die Villa bietet. Man sieht sowohl in der Villa als auch im Garten mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail die Villa gemacht wurde und nun gepflegt wird. Uns allen "Jung" und "Alt" hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!"
