The air conditioner in the rooms are adjusted, which means, I believe, are controlled. You can't adjust the temperature and it's always hot. We had 4 rooms, and all 4 rooms had the same issue. When I made the reservations I choose to pay at the property, when I reserved the price was fixed, but when I check out the price changed. I end up paying $300 more. I asked for a better view, but never was given to me. Such a HUGE place and they gave me the WROST view, I can't believe the whole place was sold out. They didn't reach out to me. Great staff thou, the girls at the front desk are sweet. Overall good, but I would rather had an ocean view room. So much money to look at the parking lot...Never believe the pictures on the website, when they say "Garden View", it means: The Parking Lot and Pedestrian Site. "

Food is very nice, the staff is very professional and helpful. The suites are very nice and spacious. The only negative issue is the view. If you stay on the first floor you could enjoy an amazing sea view....if only those olive trees were not there! But you can still enjoy a stunning view from the pool bar and the overall experience was better than I was expecting. For what you get it is a very good price (still high price compare to Croatia). It is perfect for families. It's an idyllic experience breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view and the smell of pine trees. If you like getting up early in the morning, we recommend sitting on the couch and enjoy the sea view while watching the fishing boats entering the port, dolphins playing in the sea or simply watch the sea water reflecting the colors of the forest pines and sky. - "That is probably the first time when the expectations were lower than reality, the apartment is much much better than it's depicted in photos. The check-in process was wholesome, the apartment itself is very big, spacious and clean. We're a family of three with four children of different ages, and we all loved it there! We stayed in the place for a month and a half, we came to love Rabac as the town so much that we want to buy a property there now! The location of the apartment is in a very quiet section of the town, it has amazing sceneries and is lovely overall. Having breakfast on a balcony while watching the morning sea is a special kind of enjoyment by itself. Having a looot of stuff with us, we had a room to place everything, and everyone had their place, the children could study and the parents work. The neighbors are also very sweet and kind people. I highly reccomend this apartment, it's probably one of the best we've stayed in! Much love!"

- "The apartment for 2 adults and 2 children and the host hospitality were absolutely top. We loved it. Well situated for all excursions and the beach ! Good for all avoiding the typical touristic „husstle“, however the port promenade was close, if you wanted to join typical touristic attractions and restaurants. The only thing : in July is too hot to experience all nearby great trips to Opatija, Rijeka and longer trips and hiking in Uska national park , so we enjoyed the bathing:beautiful beaches nearby and did some „ smaller“ trips to Labin and central Istria - very lovely. The apartment has an air conditioning- which was great. The house is directly on the car driving road, so once going to the beach you have to be careful; also you have to be quick once parking the car or driving out; otherwise very quite and we def. recommend it ! You will spend great vacation there!"
