- There are security cameras all over the house, but they are all covered expect main entrance.

- Security cameras outside will be left on for your own protection.

- The maximum number of guests we can host 16 at any given time.

The ground floor features two separate living rooms, a dining area, a kitchen, a side hallway leading to a full bathroom, and a bedroom.

Large picture windows in the main living and dining area offer serene views of the meadow and trees, with L-shaped seating around the wood-burning stove adorned with art and photography.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the second living room includes additional seating and a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa facing a large internet-connected TV, perfect for relaxation or separate TV viewing.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances such as an induction stove and Vitamix, alongside kid-friendly utensils and various coffee makers. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast nook or the spacious oak dining table, ideal for gatherings.

Magnificent private back country estate on 4 beautiful acres has all you need to enjoy greenwich living at its best. 5 bedrooms, 4 and half bathrooms provide plenty of spaces for family. Formal living room with french slider doors open to the pool as well as from the family room with billiard table. Cozy Gourmet kitchen with breakfast counter and spacious dining room are equipped for large entertaining. In addition to the elegant primary suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a common area with a TV.

The home is professionally staged. Our homes are professional cleaned before and after each guest leaves. We also go in to the home after each stay to repair any damage, touch-up paint, dry clean or replace any linens.

Pool is heated by gas and is to be paid for by the tenant. There is a $500.00 fee per stay more than 7 nights and less than 28 days or $1000 per month for any stays longer than 28 days. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Depending on the weather we may keep the pool opened longer at tenants request but must be closed by Oct. 15th. We do start opening the pool May 1st.

All guest staying over 28 days will be billed for their own electric and cable/internet & oil usage.

Swing set, soccer net and playhouse outside to be enjoyed by children ample room for outdoor play.

We have a gas grill for your use and outdoor furniture as well.

We have a washer and dryer in the basement and an exercise bike.

We also have portable and full size cribs, high-chairs, baby gates etc available to rent.

Pets are welcome but need to be approved.

- "Nice hkme" - "Large rambling home on a beautiful property. Private. Quiet. Lots of places to lounge together and hideout alone. Well-appointed kitchen - everything you could want with the exception of a blender. Wi-Fi and TV's a little tricky. Not all of them worked and some of us couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all during the stay, despite having the latest model phones and laptops and doing several hard resets on the router. That said, both the host and the caretaker were super responsive to every request. You'll need to bring your own soap for the bathrooms, we only found one bar of soap in the entire house upon arrival. The same goes for shampoo and any toiletries you might want like cotton, q-tips, and first aid supplies like bandaids and alcohol. The grounds are clean and well-maintained on the property and the area is spectcualr for walks and hikes. It's a good idea to bring a guidebook with you."

A fully private new 3-br, 2 bath apartment at ground-level of a 2-story home on quiet Round Hill Rd. Private walk-out entrance. Central air-condition and heating. Overlooks wooded back yard with silence and privacy. Kitchen with granite counter-tops and a spacious living/dining room and good closet space in both bedrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bath. All beds have a super comfortable 14-inch Novaform memory gel mattress. One bath has a powerful hand-held stand in shower and the second one has a bath tub. Kitchen has Corian counter tops and plenty of cabinets. A small dining table is set up with chairs. There's also a nice porch to sit outside when the weather is nice.

The Apt is equipped with fast mesh networked wifi with Netflix and Amazon streaming through Roku. Video. No network TV. There's also an infrared sauna!

Caveat: No oily, greasy cooking of meats and seafood, etc. Hard to remove cooking odors for the next guests. Thank you.
