We loved being able to light the fire and have a bbq. There were undercover outdoor areas so you could get outdoors even if it rained. The house had everything that we needed. We could access the wifi but at times it dropped out and it was nice having a break from technology. There were enough toys to keep our toddler busy. We visited the nearby Tallarook state forest. Jocks Cabin is fully self contained located on our hobby farm and overlooking our cabernet grapevines. We are located 3km from Tallarook, 10min drive to Seymour, 15 min drive to Broadford and 30mn to Nagambie.
There are many boutique wineries, farmers markets to explore, or take a walk or cycle along the Great Victorian rail trail.
We have a BBQ on the deck for those wishing to cook themselves up an outdoor feast, alternatively there are many foodie options close by which we are happy to recommend.
The Cabin is located 50 meters away from our home on the property so guests have complete privacy. We are also pet friendly if you wish to bring all members of the family.

Our Headley Homestead which sleeps 13 people has five bedrooms with all linen and towels are supplied - a King master with ensuite, two Queen bedrooms, a Double bunk and another with two sets of single bunks. We have WiFi and google chrome for you to stream Netflix etc from your phone to the TV.

A brand-new mobile phone tower is in our area if you are with Telstra or Aldi you will have good mobile coverage.

The outside deck is undercover and has two separate entertaining areas - a BBQ and outdoor dining overlooking the pool and spa and outdoor large fire pit and the other with a lounge and space for a table tennis table that can also be set up in this area to provide fun for all ages. It is also a perfect viewing spot for the rolling hills and valleys as well as the wide range of native wildlife to be seen by day and night. It’s a great base to start the day before a game of cricket or other sports, exploring the surrounding area, engaging in the wide range of activities the property has to offer. There is the hedge maze, cricket nets, basketball hoops, low ropes course to name a few.

For those who have chosen The Village Green for their wedding, it is a magical place for pre and post wedding celebrations.

For the more adventurous there are hills to climb, orientation courses of varying difficulty and 200 acres to explore on foot or mountain bike (if you have one). The hills are steep, so walking poles are encouraged but the view is worth it!

The space
The 4 bedroom house is on 10 acres with 150 metres of Goulburn River frontage. Great walks all around but particularly along the river into town. Once there enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the property including a magnificent swimming pool. If you like fishing, walking or just relaxing then this is the place to be.

Other things to note
Please ensure that two people are at the pool when anyone is swimming. Plastic and cans are fine by the pool but please no glass.

Also we ask that you keep all the gates closed but enjoy walking around the property.

Boasting lake views, Kerrisdale Railway Cottage offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 50 km from Nagambie Train Station. Featuring free private parking, the holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing and cycling. Welcome to our family farm Mollison Park, we greatly hope you enjoy your stay.

Mollison Park was first established in 1837 and the house construction commenced shortly thereafter. We are a working farm grazing Black Angus cattle.

Whilst you are welcome to enjoy walks around the farm (map on arrival), there are many local walks, including the Heathcote Rail Trail.

You may be lucky enough to encounter wildlife on the farm. Apart from amazing birdlife: rosellas, ducks, waterbirds, magpies, cockatoos and swallows, we have the occasional kangaroos and echidnas visiting us.

There are several historical points of interest in the area, including the Pyalong timber trestle bridge, and the historic hamlet of Lancefield.

The area around Pyalong is renowned for some amazing granite rock formations. Take the time to drive some local (sealed) roads. Some of the huge balancing boulders are hard to believe.

Pyalong is Approximately 2km north of Mollison Park up the Northern Hwy. Pyalong is a very small town with a general store/post office and pub (open Wednesday to Sunday) with quite good country pub grub.

Tooborac is A small village 11km past Pyalong on Northern Hwy with a general store and country pub/brewery, with good country pub food on Wednesday to Sunday, and the famous pie shop beside the pub.

Kilmore Was the first inland town gazetted in Victoria. It has many fine historic buildings and a good golf course, perhaps check out if the Kilmore horse races are on! The town boasts several good cafes/bakeries, and a couple of excellent pubs, MacNamara's Irish is probably the best.

Heathcote(27K) A sizeable historic town at the centre of Heathcote wine district with a scenic park, great cafes and of course numerous wine shops. Go to the visitors centre in the middle of town for a list of the dozens of wineries in the area. Many do a great lunch. The rail trail is excellent for walks or cycling.

Lancefield (25K) A wonderful historic town. Cafes, hotel and brewery restaurant can get busy so book ahead.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $1000 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

The bunkhouse is a great way to bring people together who share an interest in fun, sport and nature, to enjoy The Village Green facilities and the beautiful, seasonal and tranquil surroundings.

Whether you are looking for a venue to host your family reunion, sports and leadership camp or special gathering of friends – you can achieve it all at The Village Green.

Our Bunkhouse which sleeps 25 people has three bedrooms with single bunks and the fourth bedroom with a double bed bunk.

There are two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area with couches and a Coonara wood heater, WiFi in all rooms and google chrome for you to stream Netflix etc from your phone to the TV.

A brand new mobile phone tower is in our area if you are with Telstra or Aldi you will have good mobile coverage. All rooms have aircon and heating. There is an 80-inch tv in the main living area and 2 smaller tvs in 2 of the 4 bedrooms.

The outside deck is undercover and has a BBQ and outdoor dining on the undercover deck and a table tennis table that can also be set up in this area to provide fun for all ages. The deck provide a perfect viewing spot for the rolling hills and valleys as well as the wide range of native wildlife to be seen by day and night. Kookaburras, kangaroos, wombats, the famous King Parrots and the resident lamas and sheep.

It’s a great base to start the day before a game of cricket or other sports, exploring the surrounding area, engaging in the wide range of activities the property has to offer. There is the hedge maze, cricket nets, basketball hoops, low ropes course to name a few.

For the more adventurous there are hills to climb, orientation courses of varying difficulty and 200 acres to explore on foot or mountain bike (if you have one). The hills are steep, so walking poles are encouraged but the view is worth it!

For the bunkhouse guests will be required to bring their own sleeping bags, doonas, and towels. Pillows and bottom sheets are supplied.

All noise and music must be turned off after 11 pm.
