The room is big enough to host a small baby in your own crib. No crawling bubs, no toddlers as its not suitable.

Separate access to the guest suite. Your own private door from a common ramp entry. The suite is fully self-contained. Private deck. Parking out the front, or otherwise on the street under the tree.

Disabled access is not perfect, but ramp and bathroom are accessible. There is a lip on both doors (entrance door, and door to deck).

Lancefield is an easy 5min walk. A beautiful drive to Woodend, Riddles Creek, Romsey & Kyneton. Daylesford is just an extra hop away.

I am a keen gardener, & being a relatively new residence I am still toiling in the back yard most weekends. The suite does not suit toddlers.

Situated on a small farm with private space. 600 metres from Lancefield and only one minute drive to the iconic country town and amazing eateries, bike trails, horseriding, walks and all that Macedon Ranges Region can offer. Night sky gazing too. Melbourne is also an easy access with linked public transport if required. Country feel with the town in easy reach. Safe fencing for pets and if you have an equine the paddock is in your view from the house, offering shade and shelter for them. Sit in the garden and view Mt William or on the verandah and see the towns night lights. We are a small farm so you may hear farm animal noises now and then.

Regrettably, due to the presence of stairs between the upstairs bedrooms, our residence is not suitable for crawling babies or toddlers unless they are confined only to the bottom floor.

Disabled Access:
This is not an easy-to-navigate house for disabled guests - there are steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom/toilet. The downstairs suite can be accessed with no stairs from the front entrance on High Street. There is one step up into the shower area and is the most suitable space. There are two steps from the back patio to the lawn area.

Disabled Access:
This is not an easy-to-navigate house for disabled guests for the upstairs king room - there are steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom/toilet. The downstairs suite (king bed/bath/kitchen/dining) can be accessed with no stairs from the front entrance on High Street. There is one step up into the shower area. There are two steps from the back patio to the lawn area.
