The only minor glitches were that the clock radio was not functioning correctly as a clock and the channel changing function on TV remote did not change channels upward, only downward. The shower head had good pressure and the water was hot enough to more than satisfy me. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was more than worth the rate I paid. I would recommend this particular location to anyone in needing a comfortable room at an excellent rate "

- "We arrrived at like 2 in the morning. The bedsheets had a big black stain on them and the room had roaches everywhere. When we spoke with the guy over the place he acted as if he didn't know what we were talking about. Due to nasty and unsanitary conditions we left and another place to stay. It was absolutely horrible. In fact, the city should be made aware of this foolishness; and you as an organization might want to vet some of these places better."

Our Cedar Bluff cottage is tucked on a private, gated, gravel drive. Located on a private exotic animal ranch, guests are able to experience some of the species that call Coble Highland Ranch their home. Ring tailed lemurs are viewable on Lemur Island, a spacious area surrounded by water with plenty of branches and trees to freely climb. The lemurs have a climate-controlled, heated house on the island for days when it might be too chilly to play outside. Marked hiking trails also lead to a separate pasture where you can access our Zebra Overlook and observe a herd of zebras from above peacefully grazing on the Oklahoma prairie. Walk the trails to find our newly added (Summer 2024) sulcatta habitat!

Cedar Bluff is a quaint, open concept cabin with one, fully-adjustable, king size bed (with LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers!). A "tree house" loft with a full size mattress, for our younger guests, is easily accessed by a ladder with handles. There is a cozy breakfast nook with assorted prepackaged breakfast snacks, Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups and condiments. A mini fridge is available for your use, as well. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. A Roku TV and high speed, free guest Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. Outside, there is a large deck overlooking a serene pond with a private hot tub, outdoor shower and fire pit area with porch swings. Treat yourself to upscale repose at Velvet Woody - a boutique inn with historical distinction and modern comfort.

Located in downtown Okemah, Oklahoma – home of Woody Guthrie – this 1930s building has been thoughtfully restored with upscale western inspirations that nod to the places Bob Dalton and the Dalton Gang may have stayed while traversing the Wild West.

You'll be staying in Room 3: The Dalton. Ascend the building’s original staircase upon entering to a chandelier-lined corridor off which the inn’s six private rooms stem. Each room feature a king bed, private en suite bathroom, TV, and coffee bar with Keurig and mini fridge. Windows include velvet blackout coverings. The furnishings and decor - both antique and modern - were intentionally selected for each room with style and function in mind.

A shared lounge boasts a full kitchen, seating and dining areas and a shuffle board table. A shared laundry room with two washers and dryers is also available for use.

During the exciting renovation of this space, many of the historic architectural and design features were thoughtfully restored, including the doors, trim, and bannister, with natural crackling; exposed stone; and original wood flooring. Decorative tin ceiling tiles, vintage wallpaper and a custom wanes coat in the hallway add to the desired old western aesthetic.

Parking is on the street and check-in is contactless. Guests enter the building via smart lock, and room keys will be available in a key box inside. We do not have an onsite host, but someone is available if needed.

- "Wonderful stay had no issues, will recommend to others" - "I rented this place two weeks earlier for a place to stay to watch a basketball tournament in another town, but this place looked cool, and the drive wasn't horrible. The week I was supposed to stay we had the blizzard of 2025, and I was unable to make it. It was past the time to cancel but the owners were gracious enough to let me have it on a weekend it was empty. Check in was easy enough just a door code with the key waiting. It's a very old cool building and I think they have six rooms to rent. All are different I bothered the cleaning lady, and she let me see two others she was cleaning. They're all different but roomy. In the morning went to Mosaic Grind Coffee for coffee and breakfast. It's about four or five doors down from this place. The coffee is great, and the ham and cheese croissant is really good. Met the owner's they're great people and talk about a cool building take a tour it's huge. About two blocks away all walking distance is a Mexican restaurant called Tacos El Palomo that was really good. There is a China Cuisine within walking distance too, but I didn't eat there. Need a drink? Right around the corner is Rocky Road Tavern a cool little bar with a lot of really nice people. If you ever have a reason to stay in Okemah or even doing something close, I'd recommend this place. Very reasonable rates and very responsive owners. There is a common area so this would be a great place for group get togethers too. Very enthusiast five stars. "

A cozy 1 room cottage in Shawnee, Ok that overlooks a horse riding arena and has the best star gazing around. Outside stalls for overnight horse boarding is available onsite at an additional charge per horse. Sleeping arrangements feature 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 twin bed that can comfortably sleep 5, but children 18 and under are able to stay without additional charges. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a heater in a quiet country setting. The bathroom includes a shower with stocked shampoo and conditioner as well as a hair dryer. Just 2.25 miles of gravel road from the highway and surrounded by a working cattle ranch. Enjoy watching cattle roam about during the day; nights are filled with wide open, starry sky and sounds of nature as you sit by the fire pit. Minutes away are 2 lakes, shooting range, hiking trails, wildlife management areas (hunting) and fishing. You can do as much or as little as you want! Just a short drive to hunting grounds and also okmulgee lake Clean up to date, and the people were super nice. So much better than a hotel. It is out in the country so you can leave your hunting or fishing gear in your truck and not worry about it getting stolen.
