Tried to contact the property manager but didn’t get replies back and had to start working with VRBO customer service who also couldn’t get in contact with the property owner. Spend the afternoon at the beach a few minutes away or at Tenkiller State Park which offers a great swimming pool, playground and hiking trails. You are also only 5-minutes to a boat ramp if you bring your boat with you. Other options are to enjoy the waterfowl and wildlife viewing at Sequoya National Wildlife Refuge. or you can enjoy a drive to Tahlequah for a canoe adventure down the Illinois River.

- Large patio with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a coffee table fire pit as well as an outdoor heater and large umbrella.
- Baby friendly with crib, highchair, baby monitors and safety gates everywhere!
- For your entertainment at the cabin, we have internet, four smart TVs with Direct TV, horseshoes, corn hole, several games/puzzles and a ping pong table in the breezeway as well as several toys for your little ones.
- Late October, we enclose the breezeway and set up heaters so you can still enjoy the room.
- Cabin is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, clothes and favorite toiletries.

Right by Lake Tenkiller in Vian, OK this 3 bed 2 full bath is fully equipped with anything a modern household may have included WiFi, TV, cookware, utensils, washer-dryer, grill with propane tank, keyless coded entrance, parking lot, back patio, fire pit and beautiful backyard. Enjoy all of the lake activities plus fishing and boat ramps are 2-5 mins walking distance. Lake Tenkiller state park and snake creek marina are 7-8 mins driving. Come relax and enjoy a trip at this Lake cabin with all the amenities.

Plenty of parking (even for a boat with trailer) in front. There is a small boat ramp just down the road, but a bit too secluded for us. We used Snake Creek Marina about a 5 minute drive away, but they don’t rent short-term boat slips. Owner suggested Pine Cove Marina (10 min away), but we chose to just unload and park at the house each day. Owner was immediately responsive with suggestions, but I can’t speak to how quickly problems are resolved because we didn’t have any. Bring lots of paper goods (plates, napkins, cups and paper towels) because it’s a little sparse where that’s concerned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!"

The hot tub is located on the top deck that has incredible views of the lake & the marina. The lower deck has a seating area along with 2 porch swings that seem to help life slow down. 36" Blackstone grill helps to make your dinner plans come together nicely.

- "We really enjoyed the cabin. The wrap around porch was great to either enjoy morning coffee or a night cap. The porch paired with the scenery of trees and a very sizable back yard area were great! Also the living and dining area were quite sizable compared to expectation. We had brought our boat down and it worked out fine. You do need to park the boat on the top side of drive where they have terraces in which they explained that thoroughly in the description. Overall very cozy, comfy, and a great stay for my family and myself!"

Eva Jo's Roost, arguably one of the very best views of beautiful Lake Tenkiller, is conveniently located on Ridge Route Road. This elegantly appointed 1500 sq/ft home is beautifully furnished and the perfect retreat for families and groups up to 6 people. The living area is bright and airy with large windows that showcase the surroundings. There is a couch, 2 leather chairs and a game table so there is plenty of seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of appliances as well as plenty of counter space and storage. The adjoining dining area seats 6.

Grilling is a must on the Traeger which is housed on the screened in porch, along with a dining table for 4.

The deck across the entire width of the house is everyone's favorite spot with stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills.

There is plenty of parking on the property so feel free to bring your boat. Blackgum Landing boat ramp is only 1/2 mile away.

Letting the kids play in the water a bit at Gooseneck south right down the street was very enjoyable. If we come back out this way we will definitely stay here again."

Things to know that might help travelers: *Location is Snake Creek. I don't think that was mentioned in the description. *Parking was limited. We had a boat trailer on our truck and couldn't park it up by the house. It worked out ok bc we had another vehicle if we needed to go somewhere. *The trailer is a little older but the decor, furniture, tv, appliances, hot tub, grill, etc.. were top notch. It didn't feel old at all. *The marina does not offer daily slip rentals but the owners/workers were incredibly nice. We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you!!!"

The space:
Still Waters Resort Triplex is on 2.62 acres with plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, with 2 available condos for rent, unit A and unit C. Both have 3 bedrooms, a loft, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and back deck access to sunsets, birds, and squirrels.
There is an elevator on the front of the building to get you and your bags up to your room, and there are stairs off the back deck to the game room for all ages and to the backyard with 2 fire pits and a supervised Archery, knife throwing, and slingshot range.
There are also 2 back deck grills. There is also exercise equipment for teens and adults, as well as a 1500-book library and a few dozen DVD movies in the manager's unit for you to borrow.

Guest access
Guests can use their rented spaces, plus the following:
1) 1500 book library in unit B the managers unit 9am to 6pm
2) shared back deck, tables and chairs and grills on deck
3) Exercise equipment
4) back yard furniture and games and rang. ( range supervision must be available) there are range fees.
5) out door showers
6) boat dock with supervision
7) side runner for a fee with age and maturity restrictions set by management on. A case by case basis, requires waiver and fee.
8) Elevator for adults or children accompanied by adults. ( no joy riding)
9) outdoor hoses
10) carving tools, in shop, under supervision. Fees for materials not found in woods on property.

Other things to note:
Your enjoyment while visiting Still Water Resort is only secondary to your safety.
I am licensed to carry. I was trained in security measures, including firearms, knife throwing, and archery. There are weapons on the property, but they are heavily secured, locked up when not in use, in a closet-sized safe, and under video surveillance in the manager's unit.
Several sizes and styles of bows are on the property for use on the range.
The age range for bow users is between 6 and up
Knife throwing for ages 12 and up.
Slingshot use is for ages 7 and up.
For the safety of children under the age of 7, parents must supervise them full-time. (Depending on maturity level, that age limit might be increased on a case-by-case basis.)

The owner is present on the property in unit B for your convenience and can immediately assist with maintenance issues, should they arise.
Additional activities (archery, slingshot, etc.) come at a small cost to participate. Please inquire about prices.
While part of the property, the boat dock is available for rent/night to park boats, jet skis, etc and it requires walking an estimated six blocks or renting a side-by-side (driven by the owner) to and from the dock.
This property is a triplex with 2 available full units to rent.

Guest must sign renters agreement and fill out the check-in form provided before arriving to the property.
1.) Smoking only allowed outdoors away from other tenants who do not smoke.
2.) Vaping allowed indoors if not offending other persons around you. Be respectful of others.
3.) all fire arms or sharp objects should never be left unattended, if found unattended, management will lock up.
