- "Appart’City Paris Clichy-Marie This place was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there for only a couple of days back in August. It was a fabulous recommendation. It is a small place, which (in my humble opinion) makes it better. At our arrival Delphine was in charge of our check-in. She was fast and friendly and explained to us the difference between this place and a ‘regular’ hotel. Since it was a little before check-in time when we arrived, it was a pleasant surprise to learn that our room was ready. But honestly, we would have been happy to just leave our suitcases at the reception. It was another great surprise when we entered the room, and everything was clean. Cleaner than some hotels we have stayed in the USA. The fact that the floor is not carpet, makes it much better. The shower is small, and there the toilet was in a separate little room, which was great since we are a family of three. The room is stated to house up to four guests. Our room had 4 separate closets. This was another pleasant surprise. The kitchenet is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, some pots, pans, bowls dishes, glasses, cutlery, a pod coffee maker, an electric teapot. Breakfast was really good. Milad was (most of the days we stayed) in charge of the food and the control of what rooms had had their breakfast. He was also great. The pain au chocolate was our favorite. As well as the juice and the mini-waffles. Delphine, Lisette, Milad and the rest of the crew, were great."

- "Nice location and traveling on train or walking not too far for attractions. Mirawana smell from bar below late into evening unable to keep windows open. Sink leaked. Shower very small." - "In general it was okay. It was closed to the underground and bus stop. The only thing I will complain is about the breakfast and size of the room. In the description it says it’s a buffet, but it is not. Basically there’s a coffee/bar next to the hotel who provides de breakfast service. Coffe, prance juice, bread, piece of fruit and a yogurt. Eating the same for 4 days it’s q bit tiring. However the man was nice. During our stay, the room was a bit smaller than the one in the picture and they only came to clean one time during our 4 night stay. Also the charged us additionally 10€ for taxes."

Not super close to any of the “primary” tourist destinations, but they’re all very accessible. Also 8 min train from la Défense (Business area)

The building is not always tidy in the common parts but the Flat is clean and cosy. Thé other inhabitants are very quiet and the place is safe.

In summer if you open the Windows you will hear the trains. Personnaly it does not disturb me but at least you have to know it.
If you close the windows you will not hear them.

The flat is very well located 5 min from Paris Saint Lazare. (Galeries Lafayette)
La Défense (business and Big shopping district) is also very near. 8 min by train

The train station is just beneath the flat (2 min walk).
Métro station line 13 is 8 min walk.

You have a market n Clichy or in Levallois Perret several times a week.
You also have many suoermarkets and restaurants around.
So Ouest a nice and big shopping mall in Levallois is juste 10 min walk.

In summer you will find terrasses all around where you can have a fresh drink and also happy hours ;))

If you like it also you have péniches like "le Rosa bonheur" a few steps away to have lunch dinner or to take a drink.

If you look well from the window in the kitchen you will see the top of the very famous Eiffel Tower ;)) which you will probably go and visit during your stay

If you are coming for business you have many companies like L'oréal, Banks and other headquarters of major companies either in Clichy or Levallois.

The biggest business district of Europe "la Défense" is direct from the flat by train only 8 min.
