It's conveniently located within walking distance to both the Metro station and local supermarket/ shops. And, it's about a $23E Uber ride from downtown Paris as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good on-site amenities, such as a lounge, coffee bar, cafe, water dispensers on each floor etc. Clean, modern-style, comfortable rooms. As far as negatives, there were only a few minor things that we noticed. The in-room coffee maker didn't seem to work, but guests can always get coffee and hot water from the 2nd floor coffee bar anytime. Guests have to go to the 5th floor to use the iron & ironing board, which was a minor inconvenience. And, the in-room thermostat (a/c, heat) controls were a bit difficult to use, because it just had dials and buttons without LEDs or indicators to easily tell if it was powered on or off and what the temperature was set to.
