The hotel felt very unsafe. We wanted to leave straight away but we did not have anywhere else to go. We booked the hotel for 11 nights but ended up leaving after 5 nights. The nights that we did stay we did not feel comfortable. There was no WiFi, the phone did not work either. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom. The room was only cleaned twice during our stay. The cleaner said that she would come back on one occasion but never did They also say that they can speak English and French but we did not come across anyone who could speak English. The amenities that were supposed to come with the room were not provided. There was no Coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, 24-hour room service, and free bottled water. These items were all in the itinerary but nothing was provided. The hotel has a restaurant underneath so it is loud and you will not get a good nights sleep here. I also had to use my own clothes as a duvet as the state of the bedding was awful. There were stains everywhere. "

It’s a totally refurbished apartment, two bedrooms 4 queen beds can accommodate minimum 4 people maximum 6 people. The apartment is located in a secured building . The famous financial district of La Défense is few bus stops away while it is also 20 minutes on foot. All paris touristic locations are very easily accessible from La Défense by RER train and Metro line 1. The apartment is brand newly furnished that consists of two bedrooms each of which contains a queen bed with fitted cupboards and the living area consists two very easily convertible queen size sofa beds. The TV is a large flat screen and the cable consists of all sports channels and some English channels besides all movie , news and entertainment channels. The kitchen is an American style open kitchen fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, dryer, digital oven, induction stove and microwave. There is shower room and separate water closet. The apartment location,size and amnesties is perfect for relocating families, or professionals working in multinational or corporate companies in La Défense or generally in Paris as well as tourists. Many supermarkets are available at very short walking distances from the apartment as well as a boucherie, pâtisseries and multiple restaurants. La Défense also consists of a big shopping mall with all well known shops and the famous Auchan supermarché.

The condo had plenty of electrical plugs and surge protectors, cleaning supplies , including a shopping cart to use for grocery shopping. But no A/C. We also really liked the neighborhood for the convient shopping (several grocery stores within a couple of blocks of the condo! In addition to being safe for running and walking! It would have been nice, though, to have two keys available. The only two cons are: the very awkward high step to get into the tub/shower! Which is an easy fix...a small step stool and a grab bar! And secondly, while there were plenty of towels, there were no face cloths.A recommend!"
