The nights that we did stay we did not feel comfortable. There was no WiFi, the phone did not work either. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person in the next room using the bathroom. The room was only cleaned twice during our stay. The cleaner said that she would come back on one occasion but never did They also say that they can speak English and French but we did not come across anyone who could speak English. The amenities that were supposed to come with the room were not provided. There was no Coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, 24-hour room service, and free bottled water. These items were all in the itinerary but nothing was provided. The hotel has a restaurant underneath so it is loud and you will not get a good nights sleep here. I also had to use my own clothes as a duvet as the state of the bedding was awful. There were stains everywhere. "
