- "There was a few maintenance issues with the room that went unresolved. Staff said they would fix it but never came back (broken pipe). The staff were okay, mostly the were busy socializing with one another and gusts had to approach them and find them to get assistance. They made it feel like gusts were an inconvenience. When booking it said one room had two twin beds but it only had one full size bed. There was a Murphy bed but it’s in the living room and not the same. There was trash in the couch from previous guests. The property itself is really nice, the pool, jacuzzi, arcade, gym, movies on the lawn, laundry in room. I really like they are mini condors. Great for family trips."
