- "There was a few maintenance issues with the room that went unresolved. Staff said they would fix it but never came back (broken pipe). The staff were okay, mostly the were busy socializing with one another and gusts had to approach them and find them to get assistance. They made it feel like gusts were an inconvenience. When booking it said one room had two twin beds but it only had one full size bed. There was a Murphy bed but it’s in the living room and not the same. There was trash in the couch from previous guests. The property itself is really nice, the pool, jacuzzi, arcade, gym, movies on the lawn, laundry in room. I really like they are mini condors. Great for family trips."

Our rates have been lowered due to no boats or jet skis allowed to launch from any public ramps. Public ramps are closed as a preventive measure to help stop the introduction of a new, invasive species of mussel (the Golden Mussel). Shoreline & dock fishing, swimming, kayaking and other non-motorized activities are still allowed. As long as the public ramps remain closed, we will keep our rates at the lower level. BUT, fun is still happening at the lake! BBQing, lakeside firepit and all around good times with family and friends is just a booking away! Take advantage of our lower rates!

If you're planning to invite additional guests beyond 6 people anytime during your stay, please keep searching. We do not allow more than 6 persons ANYTIME during your stay. No additional visitors. Our neighbors are very close by and expect us to abide by the 6 person max regulation that we've put in place. Violation of this regulation will result in immediate eviction, loss of all rents and deposit. We are trying to keep our rental license and be able to continue to offer this wonderful rental on the lake.

(The home is a unique Cozy Condominium that sits WATERFRONT. As with many waterfront homes we do have stairs involved and a sloped driveway. We also have street level private parking as well if you’d like to park above and walk down. We have an extremely large area for boat parking in our cul-de-sac.). . NOTE: if you are bringing a powered boat and or jet ski, there are restrictions at Lake Tulloch and we advise you please messages us to go over them prior to booking.

We passed through the city, Copperopolis and Lake Tulloch/reservoir last year traveling from Angels Camp where we own a time share. Lake Tulloch is absolutely beautiful even after California storms this year. Our stay was Sun-Thurs. The property was nice and clean. It is well stocked with cleaning supplies. Lots of cooking utensils and plenty of pots/pans. All amenities worked with no issues and the bed was comfortable. We were in and out a lot but took a day to rest. We brought our boat. There was no traffic whatsoever on the water. We may have seen 8 boats in total mostly fishermen and others enjoying the nice weather. The house comes with a boat slip. It was nice that we did not have to re-launch daily. The boat was docked at the slip during the period of our stay. We just walked down to the boat dock, got in and off we went. The main bridge is out due to damages from the storm. We asked around but there were no details on when the repairs will be made. With that said, we had to drive 50mins to the public campgrounds to initially launch the boat. Once it was in, it was a 15 min. boat ride to the lake house. I believe if the bridge was open, it would have decreased the travel time tremendously. The driveway is very steep to the condo. We parked up top and walked (very slowly) with our luggage and groceries down and up. We brought our wagon to help with the haul. Then there are 16 steps up to the condo. I counted every time I went up and down. Lol... We definitely got in your daily steps and a good cardio workout. It's nice that the condo is located on the top level. What a beautiful view! The condo complex consists of four units. One other resident was there. In and out probably for work. II'm glad this unit was available for booking. We enjoyed ourselves and we are definitely coming back to Lake Tulloch!"

Charming cottage with very comfortable, peaceful setting to enjoy all the amenities that the Gold Country can provide. Easy access to local wine tasting, golfing, boating, hiking, caves, and concerts. Upscale One bedroom, large bathroom and cosy living room with small sofa bed. - "Very clean space in a beautiful and quiet area, right along a golf course. Random deer all over that are clearly comfortable with all of the people around. Very cool! Close drive to Murphy's and local wineries. Plenty of towels, bed is comfortable and space feels welcoming. Only things I would ask to be changed are adding curtains or blinds to the door and bathroom window, a different TV cabinet as it is hard to see unless you are right in front of it, cleaning the pool for guests and maybe supplying a bit more coffee. There is little to no privacy. Anyone on the front porch will have a full view in to the bathroom, living room and bedroom. The house is elevated and tree coverage does help block views in from a distance. The pool is amazing, just needs to be cleared of debris. Had to do this myself. Even with the minor issues, we would for sure stay here again!"

- "Beautiful views" - "The tiny house, which is situated on the vineyard owner’s property, was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Shikha was welcoming and accommodating. The view of the mountains in the distance over the vineyard was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again." - "What a cute, romantic "cottage" -- with simple, modern styling -- spectacularly set on a hill, in the midst of gorgeous grape vines -- and friendly dogs and resplendent peacocks on the property! The host was super helpful -- discovered a sweater I'd left behind, called and brought it out to the gate when we returned to get it. The Bret Harte cottage is a charming get-away that has been delightfully decorated by the owner. It has a French Country motif. Enjoy the view out the back window of the giant oak tree and the golf course across the street. Children can play in the common area lawn out in front. Directly across the street is fine dining at Camps restaurant and the pro shop for the award winning Greenhorn Creek Golf Course. The recreation area (two seasonal pools, small fitness center, Jacuzzi and tennis courts) are a three minute walk up the road.

Note: Our property is built at height to capture stunning views of lake Tulloch and mountains so there is steep private road for app 200 meters from lakeshore drive.

There are flat-screen televisions in each bedroom plus in the living room. You have a washer/dryer, and a lovely patio/balcony to gaze at the sunset and a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings.

It has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds OR 1 queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 queen murphy bed in the living room. If you have a request, let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate your request although it's not guaranteed.

Check in was slow with the drive up procedure, but we happened to arrive at a very busy time. The unit is large inside with plenty of space for 2 toddlers to play. The outdoor patio/balcony was also pretty spacious and we saw deer from there a couple times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nicely appointed. Maybe the only knock is that there wasn't much to assist with cooking (like a spice rack, oil, and such), but it wasn't a big deal at all. There were plenty of pots & pans and utensils. The pool on the property was handled well through a reservation system and it had a separate (and large) little kids pool. The spa was large, but roped off for COVID precautions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to do it all again."

Enjoy a wonderful getaway at a beautiful two BR condo at the WorldMark Resort in Angels Camp, in the heart of California’s historic Gold Country. It's adjacent to the Greenhorn Golf Club and close to shopping and restaurants in downtown Angels Camp and the nearby lovely town of Murphys . The area is home to dozens of wineries. Historic Gold Rush towns dot CA HWY 49 north and south of Angels Camp. Please inquire regarding additional dates not listed on my calendar! I might still be able to book them for you.
The space
You will find a private bathroom off the spacious upstairs master bedroom, along with another bathroom on the unit’s first floor, available for guests staying in the second bedroom or the living area, which features a deluxe Murphy bed. The full kitchen is complete with stove and oven, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, dishes, glasses, cups, and even some spices. The dining area will accommodate up to six people at the table. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living area, and a private deck with a gas barbecue grill is accessible off the living area. The resort also offers movies on DVD available for rent at the front desk.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire two bedroom condo while staying at the resort. Additionally, the resort has two pools, four jacuzzis, tennis courts, a fitness center and recreation room, as well as a business center, which are available for general guest use.
Other things to note
The Resort will collect a REFUNDABLE $250 security deposit on your credit card upon check-in. The deposit will be promptly returned, assuming that there are no major issues upon check-out.

- "Unit was in great condition. nothing was broken and was in working order. I visited a couple other units that had issues. Owner was communicative and everything went well. Power went out in the complex for an hour but no big deal. good times!!!" - "We were looking for a weekend getaway with our teen and 20 year old and feel so lucky to have found Worldmark at Angels Camp! The 2 BR/2 BA with a king, 2 twins, murphy bed and spacious accommodations were perfect. The power was out when we arrived late at night, but the front desk was more than accommodating offering flash llights and ice cream. We had a corner room with wrap around balcony - great place to have breakfast or grill with a view of the golf course. We have a timeshare with another brand and the Wyndham did not disappoint. Pool, hot tub, rec center, basketball court, tennis court, pool table, game room and gym. Also had a coffee/juice bar. Very friendly service at Reception. Great location to explore New Melones, Murphy's, even Arnold further north."

Approximately 595-645 square feet, this Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Bed(s) (or 1 Queen Bed) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Murphy Bed in the living room including a kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, 2 separate bathrooms and a private terrace. Maximum of 6 occupants. Private sleeping area sleeps four, unit best suited for families.

Additional amenities include: broad and internet access, television, DVD player, stereo, hair dryer, audible doorbell, audible fire alarm, BBQ Grill (outdoor) and gas fireplace.

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site (not at the sister property like most collateral mentions), and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Angels Camp is STOCKTON airport (SCK) South Airport Way which is 51.6 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Each of our units are advertised on several different sites for our travelers. Each site has their own respective cancellation policies:

TZORT Firm Cancellation Policy = All Sales Are Final, Zero Refunds Available. If any of our resorts shut down due to a Pandemic you will be offered 100% travel voucher protection. We offer the lowest price resort vacation specials and ask you to choose your dates and times wisely. We will do our best to accommodate your change requests at no charge but cannot guarantee your change request can be met.

• All of our properties advertised on HomeAway/VRBO TripAdvisor and any of their affiliate sites follow under HomeAway’s Firm Cancellation Policy:

Firm- Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

• Our cancellation policy for all of our listings on Airbnb fall under Airbnb’s strict cancellation policy:

According to the Strict cancellation policy, guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.

A guest will also receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in time for the booking. If this is not done then no refund will be given at all. Finally, there is no refund given all at if a guest decides to cancel after check-in.

You know you’ve hit pay dirt when you arrive at Angels Camp. Home to everything from the popular Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee to museums, rodeos, wineries and more, this is the heart of the Sierra Nevada gold rush country. And, as the residents here know, gold comes in many forms.

The area is rich for exploration. Kick up your heels in the Sierra Nevada foothills—covered in wildflowers or colorful leaves depending on the season—or pan for gold in the old mining towns. Hike, bike or ride a horse. You might also try spelunking in one of the caves near the resort. And, of course, a game of golf is never far away—the resort is located on the Greenhorn Creek Golf Course’s tenth fairway!
