- "Had a fantastic stay in this villa with my extended family. The whole place is beautiful and with lovely views. I particularly appreciated how family friendly it is - my daughter loved the playhouse, there was a whole cupboard of kid's crockery, easy to do laundry on site etc. Although there are lots of areas of the site you wouldn't want young kids wandering around unsupervised (some big drops and slightly rusty play equipment as well as the pool, of course). Stavros was very responsive and helpful, and the whole experience was very low effort. The only disappointment was we didn't go on a horse ride as it turned out to be very expensive."

The property is located 14 km from the port of Gavrio, in the small settlement of Vitali, on the northeastern side of the island. Vitali is well known for its beautiful beach, just 4 km from the house. At the beach, you will find a traditional tavern and an all-day café-bar serving fresh fruit juices, drinks, and light snacks.

Vitali is a traditional village with old farmhouses. Although it comes alive in the summer, when owners return to open up their homes for the holiday season, it remains a peaceful place surrounded by tranquil natural beauty.

The guest house is completely independent from the main house. It includes two 25 sq.m. guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and one small bedroom with bunk beds for two people. A separate bathroom is located just outside this room. An additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available upon request.

The kitchen is outdoors, situated between the two main guest rooms. Next to it is a covered outdoor dining area with a large table that seats twelve. Guests are welcome to use the traditional brick oven and barbecue.
