- "Just about the perfect property for someone like myself. The owner was the nicest man and couldn’t have been more helpful." - "Yiannis met us at the city walls and drove us into the old town to the house. A bottle of bubbly and provisions for a meal were much appreciated after a late flight. The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. (Note - the villa is designed to sleep 8 but has a maximum occupancy of 9 - with an additional fold out bed and/or cot. Please enquire if you wish to accommodate 9 adults for details). The villa is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances. There is large screen TV system with Netflix, Bluray/DVD, AppleTV. Unlimited wireless internet are available for guest use. Please note that the £14 per night Administrative Fee corresponds to the 15 Euros Climate Resilience Tax, which we pay to the Greek government, so there is no need for our guests to pay this fee locally.
The villa is set on a three quarter acre plot with spacious private gardens featuring olive, citrus fruit and conifer trees and a variety of shrubs and a small established pine wood. There is a large, private swimming pool with spacious tiled sun decks equipped with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a BBQ and pagoda. Two large granite tables provide the option of fine dining either in the shade of the pagoda or the decking. There is parking space for up to 3 cars.
The location of the villa, midway along the popular east coast, could not be better to fully enjoy the island. The famous Tsambika beach is a short drive down the hill (or walk for the more adventurous); this is widely regarded as the best on the island with a kilometre of golden sand fully equipped with beach facilities and water sports. This is overlooked by the spectacular and historic hilltop Tsambika monastery. There are numerous local tavernas. The Panorama Restaurant, with its spectacular views of Tsambika beach and monastery, is only 10 minutes walk away. Rhodes Town is 25 minutes drive with its famous medieval walled old town and picturesque harbour. The beautiful village of Lindos is 20 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The local town of Archangelos is 5 minutes drive and offers a full range of shops and facilities. The airport is 30 minutes drive. Other picturesque beach resorts within easy reach include Haraki, Stegna and Kolymbia. There is easy access to the beautiful central mountain region with its tiny villages clinging to the hillsides. An 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away.
A car is considered essential to fully enjoy a holiday at the villa.
We are proud to offer the villa on a self catering basis for others to enjoy for parts of the year when we are not enjoying it ourselves. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.
We have installed our own solar system (we are able to do this as the grounds are very extensive) and this generates sufficient electricity to enable us to be net exporters to the grid, so helping to protect the environment.

This lovely modern villa is one of only eight in an exclusive development; it is set in a peaceful location with spectacular unending views overlooking the Psalidi mountains and olive groves. It is only a short drive to several of the wonderful beaches on the East side of the island.

The property consists of an open plan ground floor lounge area with a large comfortable sofa to relax on a dining table and chairs, a flat screen satelite TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station and free WiFi. The newly built (2025) kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances which includes a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker with oven and grill, a coffee machine and a microwave.

The ground floor also has an open fireplace and a downstairs toilet/shower room. A marble staircase leads to the first floor, which includes a family sized bathroom with bath and shower. The location of the hotel is in-between Rhodes town and Faliraki, with both easily accessible by bus or taxi, or if you hire a car, there is ample parking at the hotel. There are a number of very good restaurants, bakery, bars and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel, so we didn't need to prepare any meals. Savvas the owner is really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We were really impressed overall with everything during our stay and definitely intend to return."

Cleaning can be more often if you wish. Linen, towels for the bath and the pool are provided, but not beach towels. Every visit for cleaning, change of linen and towels is upon arrangement and lasts ca. 3 hours. The large pool (8.5m x 4m) runs automatically and is maintained once a week. The sparkling clean pool water is the result of the overflow system, the ionization unit and the professional filter systems.

- "I booked Villa Kallisto to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and as part of a wider family holiday. We've booked Villas before but the service offered by the owner Allison is second to none. Very quick responses, nothing too much trouble, great advice and always willing to help. Just prior to our arrival the fires broke out on Rhodes and flights were cancelled causing a lot of uncertainty. We were kept fully updated by Allison via email and she made contact by phone to provide further reassurance and regular updates. It really was a great service. Upon booking we received an excellent information booklet which was thorough and invaluable with recommendations from transport, food deliveries prior to our arrival; great restaurants to supermarkets to sights and we used this throughout the holiday. We booked numerous fantastic meals at Tambakio;Broccolino; Philosophia; Mythos; and lunch at Lee Beach. The villa itself is superb.....close enough to Lindos and Pefkos to get there very easily but set in a quiet area which is so peaceful and relaxing. We only have two negative pieces of feedback to share. Firstly the room wasn’t cleaned very well each day, soap and shampoo not restocked for example and towels not changed at all. Secondly, breakfast was pretty bad. It was very basic and nothing “homemade” as described in the menu. For example the “homemade marmalade” was jam in a little plastic pot. And when I asked for a soft boiled egg instead of a hard boiled egg, I was told no because it was already prepared in the kitchen and sure though it came out on the plane stone cold rather than freshly boiled. My in this village located, lovingly renovated traditional and superbly appointed room house on three levels, with around 80 square meters max. 4 people. In the bedroom, the double bed with a continuous, back-friendly extra thick mattress is equipped. Two other sleeping arrangements offers the comfortable sofa bed in the spacious living room. - "We chose the location of Malona because of its proximity to the quiet but pretty resort of Haraki. The house was perfect; extremely spacious with lots of appliances including a superb coffee machine and orange juicer. There was lots of storage in the house including wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom. The pictures of the house do not do it justice as it is very difficult to get the impression of scale from them. On our arrival we were disappointed to discover that the wifi was not working because the electricity cable was missing. This meant that our first day was spent in Rhodes town trying to acquire a cable which was no mean feat! However Anna and Petra were very apologetic and offered us a meal at Kosta and Eleni in Haraki village as compensation. This was very much appreciated and meant that we discovered one of the best restaurants in the village to which we returned twice more! Anna was very helpful during our stay and offered us a mid term clean which was also greatly appreciated. She also came to our rescue when we somehow managed to change the safe code and were unable to open it! It must be noted that the village is very quiet and lacking in activity. This was not a problem for us as we had a car and spent lots of time in Haraki, Lindos and exploring the rest of the island. "

The Olive yard combines the traditional characteristics of a Greek house but also the luxury facilities of the cosmopolitical way of life. The 1800 square meters estate that circles the house is constituted from trees like the ancient and symbolic olive trees and a variety of fruits trees, herbs and grapes that produced fresh and without chemicals wrists. There is also a chicken coop in the land where you can collect fresh eggs for your mornings. The “Olive yard” is located not too far from the highway but is isolated from the noise in a perfectly quite spot. In Rhodes Island a car rental is needed if someone wants to unlock all the mystery of the town of knights. Olive yard is near to all the famous spots like the caves beach “Trayanou-Afandou”, Tsampika beach and Faliraki area and Kalithea all these places are 15 driving. The house is fully occupied with all the modern facilities; it is consisted from two bedrooms and two bathrooms but also the living rooms’ relaxing sofa-beds that can host our guests. We will be happy to accommodate you at our house where you can spend relaxing time at the pool while hearing the relaxing sounds of leaf.

- "We had a fantastic stay for two weeks in Nikos little paradise. Probably one of the best kept secrets at Rhodos. Actually it is even better than the pictures on the site. Beautiful place (car is required though); the house (spacious and all facilities on board, airco and fans in every room and nice Greek style style), the garden ( with lots of shade, kitchen/BBQ, hammocks, and privacy), beautiful newly renovated pool, fresh fruits, eggs and herbs from the olive yard. And last but definitely not least the generous hospitality of Nikos. We arrived late at night and there was food and drinks, he popped by every day to take care of the garden and check if all is still okay. Together with his little pawed buddy Tinga.
