The ground floor comprises an open plan living and dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. (Note - the villa is designed to sleep 8 but has a maximum occupancy of 9 - with an additional fold out bed and/or cot. The villa is set on a three quarter acre plot with spacious private gardens featuring olive, citrus fruit and conifer trees and a variety of shrubs and a small established pine wood. There is a large, private swimming pool with spacious tiled sun decks equipped with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a BBQ and pagoda. Two large granite tables provide the option of fine dining either in the shade of the pagoda or the decking. There is parking space for up to 3 cars.
The location of the villa, midway along the popular east coast, could not be better to fully enjoy the island. The famous Tsambika beach is a short drive down the hill (or walk for the more adventurous); this is widely regarded as the best on the island with a kilometre of golden sand fully equipped with beach facilities and water sports. This is overlooked by the spectacular and historic hilltop Tsambika monastery. There are numerous local tavernas. The Panorama Restaurant, with its spectacular views of Tsambika beach and monastery, is only 10 minutes walk away. Rhodes Town is 25 minutes drive with its famous medieval walled old town and picturesque harbour. The beautiful village of Lindos is 20 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The local town of Archangelos is 5 minutes drive and offers a full range of shops and facilities. The airport is 30 minutes drive. Other picturesque beach resorts within easy reach include Haraki, Stegna and Kolymbia. There is easy access to the beautiful central mountain region with its tiny villages clinging to the hillsides. We have installed our own solar system (we are able to do this as the grounds are very extensive) and this generates sufficient electricity to enable us to be net exporters to the grid, so helping to protect the environment.

- "The outside area was amazing and views to the sea were outstanding. The air conditioning was really good and very welcome as a break from the heat. Patricia was very helpful and easy to contact.There was a list of suggestions for local restaurants which was helpful and the food that the panarama restaurant was excellent.We would definitely recommend this Villa " - "We had a fabulous 2 weeks in Rhodes and loved this spacious and well-equipped villa, which is perfectly located between Rhodes and Lindos. There are good local shops and conveniences & the lovely sandy Tsambika beach - all in a short drive, and many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. Car rental is essential, but we had a quad bike as well and travelled 494km during our 7-day hire, as well as further journeys in the car, so we feel we experienced a lot of the island. We visited Lindos/Acropolis and Rhodes – twice, and toured virtually the entire island, both on the coastal roads from Rhodes, down to Lindos, Prassonisi and up to Kritinia Castle and Ancient Kameiros, as well as cross country, through/around the mountain ranges, which we loved, including several amazing lunches, plus a sunset visit to Monolithos Castle – which was absolutely spectacular! However, the real highlight is waking up each morning and going outside into such a beautiful environment with the expansive views of the coast & surrounding area and the lovely large pool for refreshment. It is truly a unique, relaxing, and energising place to be. Patricia, the villa owner/host was extremely helpful and responsive; from our initial enquiry & queries, prior to our arrival - with lots of useful information, and during our stay, so we felt well supported throughout & would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hope to return soon - to visit the areas we didn’t see during our wonderful 2 week holiday."
