THE VILLA
A two-story house made of stone found on the property that blends in well with the surroundings.The house's two en-suite double bedrooms are on the first floor. Both are similarly spacious and pleasant, and because the en-suite facilities are on a different level than the main living room, the privacy provided by them is reinforced. The Almond Tree is the purpose-built holiday home that we had built in North East Corfu in 2008. It is within a 15 minute walk to Agni Beach. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the house sleeps six comfortably and has two en-suite and one separate bathroom. Downstairs the house has a large open plan living and dining area, including a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. It is both fully air conditioned and centrally heated, so that you can enjoy the room temperature that suits you best. Outside, the house has a large (9m x 4m) fully serviced swimming pool with heating for low season periods, it has a lockable gate so the little ones are kept safe. There are several large verandahs with seating, separate patio areas and a BBQ for you to use. The Almond Tree offers an outstanding view over the old village out to the sea (Corfu Channel) and the Albanian coast. It’s a very peaceful location, with plenty of areas of shade for you to escape to if the Mediterranean sun is not your cup of tea!

House on the Rocks nestles literally 'on the rocks' above the picturesque Kaminaki Beach and thus receives its fitting name. It is a modern and luxurious property, totally private and secluded. Layout
Upper Level
A private stone pavement leads on this charming villa's upper level, with lovely flowers alongside the pavement and the entrance. This part of the house consists of a living room that opens out onto a shaded dining terrace with stunning sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a double and a twin bedroom (both with private sea-facing balconies) and two bathrooms located opposite the bedrooms. One is a bathroom and the other one shower room.(Living room area is air-conditioned).
In addition to the above, a spectacular roof- terrace, accessed via an external, separate staircase, is placed on the villa's left top. It has the relevant sunbathing facilities and non-parallel views to the South and the Ionian Sea.

Bottom Level, Pool and Terraces
An interior wooden staircase joins the upper living room with the ground floor's second sitting room and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Both of them have direct access to the semi-circular infinity pool, which dominates the sea views in front of them. This unique pool looks and if it is hanging from the house terrace.

On the main villa's left-hand side, the owner has sophistically established another sunbathing stone terrace, roofed and isolated, which is accessible via a small wooden bridge for some extra relaxation or freedom. The area resembles a small bar with a small freezer to keep refreshments handy.

Finally, at the pool level, on the villa's right-hand side, there is a built barbecue area with all the necessary utensils to enjoy the experience.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages

It is hard to believe that you step on to Barbati beach after passing through the garden gate and the blue sea is just in front of you.
