- "This was a great place for my wife and I to relax in the sun, far enough away from the local towns to give us some peace and quiet but close enough to pop down to the beach or shops (10 min drive) when we needed to stock up on supplies. Centrally located in a sleepy village where nothing much happened, but with a choice of 4 tavern's on hand we could stroll out to eat in the evening. The house is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. There was loads of space for the 2 of us with a choice of 3 eating areas (1 inside and 2 outside). Pool area was spacious and totally private. We were greeted by the owner Nick who has a brilliant knowledge of the island and the best places and tavern's to visit. A perfect welcome to a perfect holiday and we will be back !!!"

Xenos Villa 1 is a luxury villa near the organized beach of Tigaki, which is 500 meters away. It is an ideal family or group holiday rental property.

Located 9 Km from the Airport, 1 Km from Zipari village, and 500 meters from the very popular destination village of Tigaki, where you will find a large number of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.

The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors and 180 m2, allowing plenty of personal space for its residents.
The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea; it consists of 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have a direct ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.
The second floor consists of a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas (6 x 3 meters and 4 x 5 meters), have alluring sea views.

We hired bicycles and cycled round the fresh salt water lake to see the flamingoes, into Kos town along the seafront, Marmari and into Tigaki. One of our most memorable evenings was being taken out by Nicholas and Lydia to Zia for an evening meal looking at the sunset, fabulous food and views. This is an outstanding villa with generous hosts who even gave us a beautiful cake on our last day. Fantastic memories, we will be back."

The owner was more than hospitable, both in welcoming us to his house and in supplying all that is needed for staying there. The house has a modern bathroom and and has kept traditional furnishings in the bedroom and living area. There is a secluded outdoor area for sitting in the morning or evening. It is close, a short walk, from a tavern for meals. The coastal areas can be reached in a 20-30 minute drive. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay."

The house was completed in 2016 and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. The bedrooms are each equipped with individually controllable air conditioning.
A bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub is available to our guests.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer) leaves nothing to be desired. Meals can be taken either on the terrace with a sea view or in the house at the cozy dining table.
The living area is equipped with a spacious couch, satellite TV and hi-fi system. There is also a freely switchable air conditioning system here.

Outside is the approximately 60 m² pool for sole use.
The pool is cleaned by our specialist staff every third day.
You will find comfortable, adjustable loungers on the lying surface. A kettle grill can also be used.
The outdoor area was newly planted in 2016 with many different types of palm trees, cacti and citrus trees.
There is enough space in front of the house to park your vehicle.
In the upper floor of the house there is a small apartment for the 5th + 6th Person. (Additional fee € 50.00 per night incl. Final cleaning) The apartment is also equipped with its own air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator.
The pool is only available to guests of this house. So you can enjoy the wonderful peace undisturbed.

- "The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location if you want peace and quiet. Situated on top of a hill the view is stunning, especially of the sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped for catering at home and the village offers some lovely restaurants which are a 3-4 minute drive. The North side of island is breezy which helps with the temperature in August. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Michael at Helios travel is a superstar and offers car hire and trips out. The secret island escape boat trip is a must! Car hire is advisable in order to access everything the island has to offer. If you want to cook for yourself the local shops are limited but there are more extensive supermarkets accessible by car if you drive further. We absolutely loved our stay and would very much hope to visit again & stay in this accommodation."

XENOS VILLA 3 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Built on 2,000 m2 of land in an area made up of private villas exclusively.
Located 9 Km from the Airport, 1 Km from Zipari village, and 500 meters from the very popular destination village of Tigaki, where you will find a large number of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.
The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors and 180 m2, allowing plenty of personal space for its residents.
The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea; it consists of 3 bedrooms (with double beds ) and 2 bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have an ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.
The second floor consists of a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas (6 x 3 meters and 4 x 5 meters), have alluring sea views.
