- "This was a great place for my wife and I to relax in the sun, far enough away from the local towns to give us some peace and quiet but close enough to pop down to the beach or shops (10 min drive) when we needed to stock up on supplies. Centrally located in a sleepy village where nothing much happened, but with a choice of 4 tavern's on hand we could stroll out to eat in the evening. The house is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. There was loads of space for the 2 of us with a choice of 3 eating areas (1 inside and 2 outside). Pool area was spacious and totally private. We were greeted by the owner Nick who has a brilliant knowledge of the island and the best places and tavern's to visit. A perfect welcome to a perfect holiday and we will be back !!!"

Xenos Villa 1 is a luxury villa near the organized beach of Tigaki, which is 500 meters away. It is an ideal family or group holiday rental property.

Located 9 Km from the Airport, 1 Km from Zipari village, and 500 meters from the very popular destination village of Tigaki, where you will find a large number of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.

The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors and 180 m2, allowing plenty of personal space for its residents.
The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea; it consists of 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have a direct ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.
The second floor consists of a living room, dining area and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas (6 x 3 meters and 4 x 5 meters), have alluring sea views.

We hired bicycles and cycled round the fresh salt water lake to see the flamingoes, into Kos town along the seafront, Marmari and into Tigaki. A large supermarket that sells everything you need is 5 mins from the villa and Tigaki a 15 min walk with a large selection of tavernas and a long sandy beach. One of our most memorable evenings was being taken out by Nicholas and Lydia to Zia for an evening meal looking at the sunset, fabulous food and views. This is an outstanding villa with generous hosts who even gave us a beautiful cake on our last day. Fantastic memories, we will be back."

- "The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location if you want peace and quiet. Situated on top of a hill the view is stunning, especially of the sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped for catering at home and the village offers some lovely restaurants which are a 3-4 minute drive. The North side of island is breezy which helps with the temperature in August. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Michael at Helios travel is a superstar and offers car hire and trips out. The secret island escape boat trip is a must! Car hire is advisable in order to access everything the island has to offer. If you want to cook for yourself the local shops are limited but there are more extensive supermarkets accessible by car if you drive further. We absolutely loved our stay and would very much hope to visit again & stay in this accommodation."

- "Clean, modern, excellent facilities. Close to beach. Good taverna within 10 mins walk. nearest supermarket 20 mins walk away. If you want a relaxing time, it is a great villa." - "Six of us ended our sailing charter with four relaxing days at the Theodoros house within the Hestia compound of four homes (one of which is used by the resident managers: Serge and his wife). The entrance to the compound is marked by flags of Greece and several other nations. Theodoros is the detached home at the left end of compound, making it feel slightly removed from the others. It was perfect for our needs--the pool and views are extraordinary. The other two rental homes appear to be attached in the center, which would be great for a large family needing both units. The house layout for Theodoros is a shared bathroom with washing machine for the two bedrooms upstairs (the bedroom on the right has a balcony overlooking the pool with amazing views of the sea). The two bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathroom. The compound is a bit out of the way, which is what we wanted. We did not have a car and relied on taxis. On the way in from the ferry, part of our group stopped for groceries as there are no grocery stores within easy walking distance. Ampeli wine yard restaurant is about one-third of a mile easy walk down the road, and we recommend it. We ate there twice and bought wine to bring home. A ~250 meter (short) walk through the fields behind the house, past the cows, takes you to the beach. Very nice with some shade trees. However, no services--which is also fine for us. Walking down the beach (or the dirt road that parallels the beach) to the right about .75 mile takes you to Karnagio Taverna, which some of us visited for drinks and snacks. From the Hestia homes, you can hear the waves while sitting by the pools; each home has its private pool. We really enjoyed floating in the pool and cooling off (we brought our own water floats--the house did not appear to have any, but we didn't ask). Serge was incredibly helpful when my wife became ill and needed treatment. He was quick to offer all assistance, and drove us to the hospital in Kos town about 20 minutes away. FYI, the team at the hospital rendered expert care at a tiny fraction of the cost we might expect in the US. There were also issues with the air conditioning in the house caused by electrical power surges on the island. While the issue was not resolved until the end of our stay, Serge was trying to get it resolved the entire time. Everyone in our group talked about returning to Hestia in the future for a longer stay, which is the best recommendation: wanting to come back."

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

- "This property is everything we were hoping it would be and a little more. From the moment we approached the entrance to pulling up to our unit it was just spectacular. Everything was super clean and modern but I love the overall concept; nature meets modern. There is a working organic garden and a chicken coop for guests to get fresh eggs. I felt at home there. The pool was a nice touch and was deeper than i thought it would be; about 5 feet in the middle. There was an area out in the back where the kids can run around in the grass. This is perfect for a family or for a couples retreat and was super quiet. Also, the property manager went above and beyond. We were having a hard time finding the place because I didn't have Google Map app downloaded, but he did everything he could to try to provide directions. It got to the point where I sent him our location and he came and found us on his motorbike and then we followed him in. That is dedication. They have also created a guide to restaurants, beaches and other places of interest on there site. That was really helpful. They check all the boxes. Definitely worth checking out. My only complaint is that we were there only two days. I could have stayed longer, but we had a flight to catch."

Being one of the three villas that make up the Three Graces guests at Artemis have access to the shared tennis court (rackets and balls are available of course) and the communal gym which is very well equipped with treadmill, exercise bike, mats weights and other fitness equipment. The owner also offers a left luggage facility for guests if needed in a safety locked spaceand the barbecue area with large dining table can be reserved in resort for barbecues.
NB. The taverna area is communal and can be used by all villas - it is not within the grounds of any single villa although it is closest to Artemis.
