Lefteri and Heike are great hosts, readily available next door if we needed anything and were nice enough to pick us up from Antiparos port when we arrived. The house is very clean and modern with all the basics that you need. And the back patio with the view of the marina is perfect for an evening pre-dinner glass of wine. The photos don’t do it justice. A few things to note: 1) Even though it says differently in the listing, there is no bbq grill and also no washing machine. Although there was a nice lady in town (Amerini’s Laundry) that did our laundry for €14/load. 2) The center of town is roughly a (beautiful) 15 minute walk, which doesn’t sound like much but in the hot, direct Greek sun it can feel like a lot more. We ended up renting a car for a couple days, and were happy we did. 3) The A/C in the bedrooms work really, really well but only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have it. Otherwise, I can’t say enough positive things about the house. The kitchen has plenty of plates/glasses/silverware and even a dishwasher. The fridge is plenty big enough and the bathrooms are pretty spacious. Plus, there’s plenty of hot water, even with 4 of us showering after days at the beach. It’s a wonderful home with the perfect Greek island feel. Highly recommend!"

This fantastic house is used to being filled with family and friends and has an extremely welcoming, cozy feel to it. There are many corners to gather for chats and meals, both basking in the sun but also in cooler shade; an Al-Fresco dining table facing the Aegean sea and another outdoor breakfast table under the pergola by the kitchen. A large indoor dining table to gather round for breakfast and an indoor and outdoor living room/seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that a guest could desire. In addition there is a small outdoor BBQ and sun loungers.

On the top floor is the en-suite master bedroom that offers panoramic views from its surrounding verandas.

It's magnificently designed - each of the 6 en-suite bedrooms a quiet, isolated air-conditioned sanctuary positioned along the beautiful open air terrazzo spine of the house which runs all the way from front door to jaw-dropping west-facing sunset view at the other end. The living area flows beautifully and endlessly - full-spec catering kitchen into protected BBQ terrace, onto dining and living room that spills onto patio and pool deck - all integrated but with their own function - there's a time for each space and you use them all through the day. The furnishing is understated, light and contemporary - and does the job of leading your eye outdoors and to the pool and the view of the Aegean - which themselves merge and mirage through the day. One of the best designed pools - a 20m lap pool joins a relaxing pool with inset loungers, steps and walls so you can loll and chill in the water for hours - which we did. The housekeeping is exemplary - towels for every function, linen changes as required, tables beautifully laid and cleared - it functions seamlessly. And so many delights - a hot tub deck, downstairs cinema, soaring ceilings, acres of terrazzo, views forever...
