I told both receptionist and cleaner not to clean room because it doesn't need doing but cleaner went in anyway. The towels were hung up, not on floor but they were still changed. I ask for a do not disturb sign, was told they don't have any. The service was awful. The receptionists were awful. It would have been a nice hotel if these minor issues in the room were sorted. "
