Welcome to our lodge. We invite you to come and enjoy our vacation rental. Our goal is to create a place where you can relax and be refreshed. You will find yourself out in the middle of Amish Country, where the horses in the pasture are happy to great you. Enjoy our wicker venue on the front porch, watch the horse and buggies go by. Our spacious area was the business of Country View Wicker for 22 yrs. We are sisters and grew up on the farm down the road.
The space
You will find our place handicap accessible for anyone with disabilities. The one bedroom has a queen with master bath. Second bedroom has a king with daybed and pullout twin pop up trundle. The main bathroom has the shower and toilet with handicap bars. There is a sofa bed in the main area that has an electric pump for the mattress. Stocked kitchen with a dining table that extends. Washer and dryer for you to use.
Other things to note
Enjoy the many things in the area to do. Charm is only 4 miles where Charm Pizza is a great place to eat or order delivery. Charm is also the home of Keim Home Center. Baltic, Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek and Berlin are less the 25 minutes with lots of shopping and dining options.

- "This was a very enjoyable 6 day stay for us. While you are not totally secluded, the cabin is in a very quiet area, and you are back off the road a good distance all to yourself. The road has very little to almost no use on it a majority of the time. There are Amish that live in the area, and you will see them from time to time traveling. If you are a bird lover, you will love the activity at this cabin, as we sat for hours watching many different birds and a few chipmunks around the feeders. And you will arise to the singing of the birds also; you may even get a visit from a deer or two. I met the owner Moses and what a fine young man he is, he has put a lot of care and effort into making sure your privacy and enjoyment are a priority. You are well within distance of many Amish towns and sights. The cabin has all you will need as it is furnished with quality and charm for a very inviting experience. Me and my wife have rented cabins yearly for over 20 years, this one ranked highly for us. "

This beautiful one bedroom apartment is loaded with historic charm and located in the heart of the canal era town, Historic Roscoe Village. The apartment is within walking distance of terrific restaurants, bars and all of the shops in Roscoe Village. Immerse yourself in this nearly 200 year old building, which used to be a hotel back when it was originally built, and has been home to a number of businesses over the decades.

Downtown Coshocton is 2 minutes, Kid`s America 10 minutes, Clary Gardens 3 minutes, Lake Park 5 minutes, West Lafayette and Warsaw 10 minutes. South Second Street (5 minutes) is where you will find fast food, pizza, discount stores and gas stations. EV chargers are located across from COTC on N. Whitewoman St. in Roscoe Village.

You are staying in the restored Roscoe Hotel (circa 1856). The building was built by Arnold Medbery and it replaced Medbery’s earlier, wood framed hotel (built 1832) that burned. This building was also a stagecoach stop and was believed to have been on the Underground Railroad. The building housed retail businesses on the main level, sleeping rooms on the second and third floors, and a ballroom on the top floor.

The wood floors are from trees as far back as the 1600`s and the original plaster walls have some cracks from nearly 170 years that add charm and character to the rooms. There was no electricity or cars and Ohio was just over 40 years old when this building was populated by early European settlers moving west. Millard Fillmore was president and the American civil war was still years away. This is no ordinary airbnb apartment, we have added modern conveniences but tried to keep the historical integrity alive for your enjoyment.

- "First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. VRBO has refused to refund their fees. All on top of not being able to stay here or access the property when we arrived. The owner eventually contacted me to apologize, but that was before they re-debited my credit card. Seems kinda scammy if you ask me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I’LL NEVER BOOK WITH VRBO AGAIN. 2 months and still waiting for our money back. Investigators are looking into this for fraudulent transactions."
