I would recommend that a small plunger be available in each room for guest usage as my husband had to ask the clerk at the desk for one in the middle of the night and it took about 40 minutes for him to locate one for y husband to use and return. My kids loved the pool and it was very clean and stocked with towels. The floors were a bit crumbly due to the chlorine and the towels could have been a little lager to cover an adult body (I and only a size 12 and I could barely fit one around me. "

You have access to the whole house. Each room has it's own unique flare and amenities. The master has a small walk in closet and private half bath. The "Blue room" has beautiful vintage furniture and a large closet full of children's toys. The "Green room" has a queen size bed and a modern flare. The "Yellow room" is geared towards the traveler with a simple grace with a private balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or book. Downstairs enjoy a private office space, reading lounge, large family dining room, quaint breakfast nook, large kitchen, front patio and sunroom/laundry room .

The listing states sleeps 10 but I don't see how that's possible as there wasn't a pullout sofa. I would say sleeps 9 at most with one person on the couch. The house had a nice kitchen space with all you could need (foil, plastic bags, soap, sponge, etc) and laundry room with detergent. The front and back yards were large so lots of room for the kiddos to run around. The fire pit was nice, and it came with wood but there are no outdoor chairs to enjoy the space. All in all, we liked this home and would stay again!"

Travel by car is the most popular choice but being only 4 blocks from downtown Medina, it is a shorty Lyft/Uber from most venues to our home. Lyfts and Ubers are always readily available. The location is very walkable to all the events being held on the square.

Central Medina is mostly walkable from the property, otherwise Medina is mostly accessed by car, however, public transportation is available with published bus routes and there is always an Uber available!

Besides the plethora of Coffee shops, restaurants and the Medina Square within 4-5 blocks of our property, Medina is home or close to home for many Ohio businesses. Medina is also popular for family events such as:

Perfect location! Be close to everything when you stay at this comfortable house just 2 blocks from Medina's historic town square. Parking for up to 4 cars and up to 2 pets are welcome. Please note that bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and the steps may be considered steep by some.

Location and Comfort. The Chelsea of Medina is a cozy 1959 cottage with original charm and beauty blended with modern-day amenities. Arched doorways, creaky wood floors, and laundry chutes are just a few of the architectural characteristics. Conveniently located in a quiet Medina neighborhood within walking distance to the Historic Medina Town Square, coffee houses, eateries, craft breweries, grocery stores, drug stores, banks, and so much more. Love the outdoors? Relax on our spacious back yard patio or get out and explore over 21 parks and nature preserves throughout Medina County.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped to prepare or serve your favorite meals. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, pressure/slow cooker, griddle, coffee maker, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and much more.

The dining area includes a dinette set that can expand from 4 people to 6.

The large living room has 3 reclining chairs, a full-size couch, fireplace with a 55" wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV with ROKU. Wi-Fi is provided with GUEST MODE activation, so you are free to use any of the apps that appear on the television screen and also safely download your apps like Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. apps. Your personal information is automatically deleted upon your checkout date. The living room cabinet is where board games, cards, puzzles, and a few books are stored for you to enjoy.

From the living room, walk out to the large cement patio where you can enjoy a campfire on the firepit, dine outdoors, relax in the sun, or enjoy the many birds, rabbits, and friendly deer. The large fenced-in backyard has plenty of room to play badminton, volleyball, cornhole, or your favorite outdoor games.

The first-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet area, an office set-up with a computer monitor and printer, and a full bathroom.

The second full-size bathroom is located upstairs with the two additional bedrooms.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a hotel premier collection hybrid king mattress, a full-size dresser, and a flat-screen smart TV with ROKU.

The third bedroom is also located on the second floor and includes two twin beds with bamboo deluxe pillow top mattresses, a writing table and chair, a dresser, and ample closet space.

This old house still has functional laundry chutes that send your dirty clothes to the basement where the washer and dryer are located. One is in the upstairs linen closet and the other is on the main living level.

We have a two-car attached garage (available upon request) for you to safely store your bikes, hiking gear, 4-wheelers, etc. There is a breezeway that connects the garage to the house which is a nice spot to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The neighborhood and getting around - We are conveniently located in a quiet Medina neighborhood that is within walking distance of just about anything you need. Take a stroll and enjoy the many options available to you -- shopping, coffee shops, eateries, bakeries, breweries, art/craft galleries and studios, music venues, museums, cinema, groceries, churches, a public library, post office, banks, and our popular downtown festivals in the Historic Medina Town Square. There is always something happening in Medina, just visit MainStreetMedina.com for a current list of events. If you would rather not walk, Uber, Lyft, Medina Public Transit, and local taxis are an option.

Want to spend some time outdoors? Explore over 21 parks, nature preserves, and wildlife sanctuaries throughout Medina County. HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, our home will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning service. For longer stays, mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSUMABLES - We provide two starter sets of toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and coffee, creamer, and sugar. We offer mid-reservation supply replenishing at a minimal cost.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS - You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or text message away.

The weather wasnt the best while we were there, but enjoyed the inside of the house. Owner was outstanding and very helpful with quick responses to the questions we had. Would stay here again if we are ever in need."

There is no pool on the property. There is a Seasonal, Public Pool at Memorial Park in Medina and Daily Passes are available for purchase. It is open for the season starting May 1st and is a 10 minute walk and 2 minute drive for our guests. NEW FIRE PIT, outdoor SOLO Fire pit available. Wood is not provided. Smaller cut pieces are recommended, as they fit the SOLO size better. OUTDOOR GRILL: Please bring charcoal if you plan to use the Outdoor Grill. We do our best to make sure there is charcoal available, and other guests often leave some behind. However, it is not guaranteed.

There are no pets allowed on the premises. If we find a guest has brought a pet, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Forgot something during your stay? V.I.P. Mini Mart is a locally owned store a half a block (2 minutes walk) from Broadway House.

- "Senior sisters enjoyed their time in Ohio near family home." - "This home is large, well equipped and worked out very well for our annual Miller Sisters' weekend. We are 6 sisters who go away for a weekend every year in honor of our late parents. The home is clean, plenty of towels and hot water with good water pressure in both showers. The bedrooms were all decorated with different themes, and the little things they thought of made our stay even more enjoyable. Every one of the 6 bedrooms had a mirror, dresser with drawers, windows, closets (at least one per room), comfortable bedding and bedside charging stations on every night stand. We have stayed in many rental properties over the last 25 years and sometimes bedrooms don't have windows or closets, some don't even have real beds, but not this home. The updates make the home more efficient without taking away from the home's 100 year old charm. Downtown Medina shops and restaurants have beautiful architecture, with most of the businesses keeping the style as charming as it was in the 1920's. They have a wonderful Farmer's Market right on the Square on Saturday's during the summer season. We would recommend this home to anyone who has a large number of guests and needs lots of room and some privacy too. Medina is a very walk-able town, and you are only 2 blocks from the square."

We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

The home is located less than 10 minutes away from both I-71 and I-271 allowing easy access to most cities and places. It is right next to Ledge Lake Reservation with direct gated access from my backyard. The park features a large lake for fishing, trails for walking, a play area for kids, volleyball and basketball courts and a swimming pool open seasonally at an additional charge.

- "We found this gem of a property when we needed a reunion location halfway between my brother's house and mine. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious, and had amenities beyond expectations, including a large pond on premises, with one bedroom having a deck overlooking the pond. The other bedroom had an office area, which allowed my wife to get some work done on vacation. For people with mobility issues, it was also perfect for having all main living areas on the first floor, with a game room (foosball, billiards, exercise equipment) downstairs.The proprietor, Mike, lives downstairs in a separate apartment with a separate entrance. He was a prince and an absolute gentleman, and provided candles and water during an area-wide power outage after a storm. Mike also loaned us fishing rods to fish his pond, where my brother caught 6 largemouth bass on catch-and-release (or maybe one largemouth six times) and I caught nothing but my breath. Mike also has a flock of Khaki Campbell ducks, which were constantly amusing.The location, east of Medina proper, is within an hour of several attractions including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, and the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls.Trust me, it's hard to beat this place for a restful, bucolic getaway in the country."

About this space
Introducing a cabin at the river in the private park area. Nature lovers can enjoy listening to waterfalls at the custom built fireplace and fire pit. The dining area is under the fir trees. There is also a grilling area and a hot tub. The property features a sauna and a sunroom. There is a security system, high speed internet, and a generator. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, enormous windows, and a cottage design with two fireplaces inside the home. Welcome!
The space
Right on the river this cozy cabin is completely NEW! Everything in the house and around the house has been remodeled, or installed, or in some ways updated. It has 4 bedrooms (three queen beds and one king bed), which are all overlooking the park and river view from all floors, and angles of the house. There are also two futons that expand to full beds, one located upstairs in the loft area and another located downstairs next to the master bedroom.
There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, sunroom, and 4 full baths, (two of the showers have dual shower heads on opposite sides.)
Indoor also includes two fireplaces, one in the main living room and another in the master bedroom. There is a washer and a drier located in the main closet, and there are three bedrooms that have its own TV in the room. As well as the main TV in the living room.
Outdoor the property features a hot tub, right next to a sauna, and a few seating areas on the deck.
There is also, the custom built fireplace in the backyard and a custom built fire pit at the front yard. Both of the areas are steps away from the river, and completely hidden from any public with a park-like zone all around.
Guest access
The guests are welcomed in all parts of the house. Feel free to spend the time enjoying the hot tub, sauna, the fire pit and the fire place. Also since the cabin is right on the river, you can always go fishing or just enjoy the view of the water under the enormous fir trees all around.
Other things to note
The kitchen is well equipped and there is are professional grills outside with gas, firewood, and charcoal.

The house design is a split level so there are 3 to 4 steps to get to the first floor bedrooms (with no railings).

-First bedroom(master) is a king with a large soaking tub and a large shower.

-The second bedroom is a queen bed with a shower.

There are two sides of the second floor, 7/8 steps to the right side of the house, and 7/8 steps to the left of the house.

-Third bedroom is with a queen bed with no private bath but there is a bathroom with a double shower off of the seating area near the kitchen and laundry. Or this bedroom can share a bathroom in one of the first floor bedrooms.

-The loft has a queen bed (fourth bedroom) with private bath.

There are also two futons that expand to full beds, one located upstairs in the loft area and another located downstairs next to the master bedroom.
