This 2-bedroom house has two full bathrooms; both with walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a futon that sleeps two. The house was newly remodeled in 2015. The kitchen was remodeled in 2021. The large deck faces Lake Erie. There are lots of amenities including a gas grill, a 48" TV, newer electric stove, outdoor fire ring, and plenty of parking. The house has A/C and electric baseboard heating. We provide complete kitchen inventory (plates, silverware, pots, etc.), limited bedding (blankets, pillows, and pillow and mattress protectors), and paper products (Please note: bath towels and sheets are NOT provided. There will be an additional $150 charge if you do not bring sheets.)

- "Nice Place - Nice Host - Very Pleasant location - all in all outstanding" - "House was very nice. Location was great, island was great. The owner however was not very nice. She knew when we were arriving, we had paid in full, however she followed my friends to the property and verbally attacked them & us & actually said she thought we were “squatters”. Again, she knew when we were arriving, knew how long we were staying & yet was very rude. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what but there was NO reason for her to speak to us that way. I have booked through VRBO and have never had a problem before😖 we will definitely go back to Kelley’s island but will not book this place again. I have never been treated like that before by anyone, it was very rude and even though she did finally acknowledge that she did get my text message stating the time we were arriving, she never apologized for the way she treated us!!"

The wet bar is perfect for entertaining and is stocked with glassware and refrigerated storage for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio and living room, creating an ideal space for lounging and conversation. We provide essential items such as dish cleaning liquids, household tissues, towels, and coffee pods to make your stay hassle-free. You are also free to use the propane grill on the outdoor patio.

### Sleeping Arrangements:
Unwind in the Master Bedroom, which features a luxurious King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-size bed, with a spacious full bath conveniently located just across the hall. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with soft linens and plush bath towels, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

You’ll also find a private washer and dryer off the living room hallway, along with an iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies for your use (detergents are not provided).

### Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To secure your stay, a 50% deposit of the total reservation value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Enjoy peace of mind with our cancellation policy: reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund, while cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

- "The island was beautiful! The hotel was specious! My only complain was the toilet was not clean when we got there ! They should used Clorox to clean it ! Hot tub was never opened. Our phone had no dial tone and there was a giant hole in the wall from a previous guest by the back door. Knobs would randomly fall off the dressers, the fridge wasn’t cold at all and there was no air vent in the back part so either that person had to roast at night or the front person had to freeze. Pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and had ZERO support (I’m not a large person and all I felt in my back all night was the steel frame). Overall I was really disappointed "

The Iroquois Suite is situated on the second floor of the hotel and has two levels. The first floor contains living and sleeping areas separated by the bathroom. The second or loft level has a spacious bedroom with two queen size beds and a cozy sitting area by the dormer window that overlooks the lake. Each of these units also has access to a common balcony. This unit can sleep up to six adults. The first floor has one queen bed, and the second floor has two queen sized beds side-by-side.

- "Close to the down town area." - "Soda machine didn't work or was out of soda" - "We have stayed here since the first opening. Years ago...Rooms need updated toilet handle was old and worn ..The hot tub was closed the pool chairs were very old and worn out. I know Mayflies are out but the person using the gas powered leaf blower needed to use a battery powered one.It would be WAY quieter. We were trying to sit outside and enjoy our patio. and he kept coming up and blowing stuff everywhere."

- "I love the fact that I had a front door and a back door both were very pleasant views" - "Overpriced for service. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However the rest of the staff was packing we asked if they had water and we were told no and that they didn’t have ice. The front desk attendant was more interested in playing video ga Ed than answering questions he in fact responded with “no we don’t have any water all the foreign girls keep drinking it”. Later we found a vending machine with bottled water and an ice machine. We had a fold out bed but no line Ed or pillows for it. I again went to the front desk asking for linens and pillows the staff asked if I’d looked on the dresser drawers which I had and communicated this they said they should be there even though I explained that I had looked and couldn’t find them. They gave me linens but said they didn’t have any pillows. Outside of the property building worn and dirty and paint peeling. Guy was pressure washing the pool deck in the middle of the day while people were at the pool "

Quaint island chalet offers a comfortable and pleasant place to relax after exploring the island. The Chalet includes the lower unit for 4 people with a standard rental. Up to 2 additional guests may be added (Max 6) for $25.00 per/person per day, and includes the Upper Level unit has an additional kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom and sleeping area. This portion of the home is never occupied, however we do make special arrangements for guests with 4 or less people who wish to have added space. This area is private and separate with its own entry access. (Inquire at booking for rate for upper unit)

With so much to see and do on Kelleys Island, you will find yourself wishing for more days to explore and unwind so go all in and stay a few extra days! The Chalet offers a peaceful setting to take it all in while also offering you easy access to beaches, trails, wineries, shopping and more.
Our Chalet offers a front and rear deck for your relaxing times, along with a fire pit outside the rear deck.

Our neighborhood is a quiet, friendly area, where you can enjoy secluded time just minutes from downtown Kelley's Island.
If you are not bringing your own personal vehicle over on the ferry, Guests will be able to rent golf-cars/bikes when exiting the ferry, at the Seaway Marina. There is a lot of parking area available at the chalet when arriving.
Guests have access to cornhole games, Life size Jenga game, Outdoor pong, Live size Connect 4 game, fire pit, BBQ grill and smoker for your outdoor cooking pleasure.
