Our guest house is a fully furnished 5 bedroom house located in a small town in the middle of Amish Country. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby for your enjoyment. A swimming pool, playhouse, swingset, and lots of room outside to sit and relax on the patio beside the pool. Two of the bedrooms lead out to a balcony.

The kitchen has a sliding door out to a deck. The family room has a wood burning fireplace, built in bookcases with lots of books and magazines, a TV and sliding doors leading out to a screened in porch. We also have an office with a desk and a couch that opens up to a bed which would give sleeping room for two more people. The dining room has a large table, ideal for groups, and also a smaller table w/4 chairs.

This cabin has been a very successful VRBO location for the past two years. We don't have reviews due to the fact that this property has transferred ownership recently. Prior to this, the cabin has enjoyed a five star review rating under Timothy's Farmstead.

Our cabin is a quiet location surrounded by Amish farms and amazing views of the countryside. There are no shared properties or cabins like many other VRBO rentals. Our cabin sits on 2 acres and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farm lands and woods. It is a nice quiet getaway that truly is one of a kind. We have a wood stove, wifi (although it's not the fastest), a huge wrap around deck with plenty of seats to enjoy the outdoors, and a spotless interior that is sanitized prior to each guests arrival.

The interior of the cabin is a gorgeous layout that is comparable to some of the lodge style mountain cabins with a large open great room, cathedral ceilings, and a beautiful private sunroom where you can enjoy the birds, wildlife (deer & wild turkeys) and the many other animals that will often walk by. We have a rescued outdoor kitty named Ricky who loves being fed by the guests.

The cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large open great room that has two queen beds and a half bathroom

The interior of the cabin is warm, cozy and has farmhouse themed decor. All of the beds are from Amish Country bedding and we constantly get compliments on how comfortable they are.

Our cabin sits far off the roadway and is on a quiet backroad with minimal traffic and more buggies going by than vehicles.

We gathered with our kids and grandkids for a mini vacation - there were 8 adults and 4 kids (under 4), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The basement with the huge theater, along with all the various games (ping pong, pool, fooz ball, air hockey) were a big hit with kids and adults! We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and large deck, along with the fire pit for s'mores! I highly recommend this VRBO and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you!!"

The lodge at fields of home is a sprawling six bedroom lodge in the heart of Amish country, and is nestled among rolling farm lands and pastures. The lodge has three levels, with the main gathering area on basement level. This level includes one bedroom with a private bath, a kitchen/dining area with another bathroom, a living area, laundry facilities, and a gorgeous patio area with a fire pit and an eight person hot tub. The top two levels of the lodge are composed of the other five bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom. This lodge sleeps 23, with lots of room for floor beds, and was originally built to be rented by the room, so some of the rooms have outside entrances only, however, the entrances are on a covered porch. We know you'll fall in love with the sparkling clean and relaxing ambiance of the lodge and you'll find it the perfect place to gather with family or friends. There are two smaller cabins, on the premises, but each dwelling has it's privacy. The lodge is eight minutes from Berlin and four minutes from Mt. Hope where there are many food and shopping options.

2. This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4 wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

- "A beautiful cozy cabin! We were a little limited since it rained all weekend so we were unable to use the fire pit and there is no oven. We went into Wooster which is only like 10-15 min away and walked around and enjoyed the JAFB brewery , an Italian place close to there had a nice outdoor patio we sat on , stopped at the broken rocks cafe , looked in some boutiques and ended our day with dinner at city square which had amazing food !! The back patio area is private fenced on both sides so being close to the owners house was not an issue you couldn’t even tell ! We will book again in the fall "

Location: The property is situated in a secluded area, providing privacy and tranquility. Your family won’t have to worry about encountering other people during your stay.
Outdoor Space: You can unwind on the front deck, sipping coffee while taking in the picturesque country view. A fire pit with wood, awaits you in the back yard for cozy evenings and memory-making.
Indoor Comfort: Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace and ample seating. The kitchen is well-equipped. The dining area is adjoined to the kitchen. A gas grill on the back patio is also available.
Sleeping Arrangements: There are three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of seven guests. Additionally, there’s a hide-a-bed couch and a futon in the living room (for a total of ten if needed). These are only prepped if you have more than 7 people. A comfortable cot is available upon request.
Bathrooms: The property features a spacious bathroom with a tub and a smaller bathroom with a shower.
Cleanliness: The hosts take pride in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
Outdoor Amenities: Besides the fire ring, there’s a large covered porch in case of rain.
Entertainment: We’ve recently added a Smart TV, although rural Wi-Fi can be a bit finicky.
House Rules: Smoking indoors, pets, and loud parties are not allowed. Any damage from these activities will incur charges.
Check-In Flexibility: If there’s no same-day checkout, check-in times can be flexible.
Grocery Assistance: Upon request, the hosts will purchase some groceries (like milk, cereal, local baked goods, fruit, and bottled water) to make your stay more convenient. A receipt will be left on the counter for reimbursement.
