A superb 7 bedroomed detached property sleeping up to 16 guests within superior quality king size ‘zip and link' double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus additional single beds, made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels. Two of the bedrooms also have fold out bed chairs and another 2 bedrooms have futon style bed cubes, plus the lounge has 3 sofa beds to accommodate up to 20 guests, if required. The 5 high spec bathrooms all have quality fitted showers and the main 1st floor bathroom is also fitted with a large corner bath, with all towelling provided.

The kitchen comes fitted with all essential mod cons and is fully equipped for self catering with a large range style gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, an American style fridge freezer, etc and there is even a second fridge freezer if required.

The lounge also seats 20 on three sofas and pouffes, with binoculars in front of the large picture window to view the goings on in the harbour and across to Portsdown Hill beyond with the 3 sofas converting to bed settees if required.

The dining room is next to the kitchen and is home to a splendid large oak 16 seater dining table with 16 dining chairs, plus a smaller overspill table and 4 chairs to allow dining for 20 with French doors leading out onto the patio.

The conservatory is off the dining and games room and is east facing with small bistro tables and chairs and occasional wicker armchairs where it is lovely to escape with your morning tea and toast and enjoy the first of the morning sun.

In addition the property boasts a super fun games room with a pool table/table tennis table, a 50″ TV and Wii, plus plenty of games to keep young and old amused with more French doors leading out onto the patio.

Brockhurst Lodge is ideally located north of Gosport town centre. It's a quaint house, built in 1880 and typical of properties in this area. It's been fully refurbished to a very high standard with everything you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay, be it for business or leisure. The house can sleep a maximum of 5 people. There are two bedrooms, a double and a single and there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. A travel cot can be put up in the double room for one small child up to 2 years old, if required.

The elegant bathroom has a full sized P-shaped bath with over head shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the mod cons you might need including dishwasher, oven/hob and microwave plus there is free wifi and a smart TV with DVD player. There is a small allocated parking space in the street behind the block suitable for a small car but guests will also be provided with a map showing the alternative parking options in their pre-arrival information email.

Gosport has a rich Naval history which is closely linked to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, just a short 5 minute ferry ride across the harbour. If you're looking for some retail therapy there is no easier way to get to the designer outlet shopping offered at Gunwarf Quays than by ferry from Gosport - it takes just minutes and runs from early morning until late at night. Stoke Villas is a super Victorian brick fronted Townhouse with splendid Corinthian front entrance pillars and other original features situated just a 5 minute drive from Stokes Bay beach and Gosport Town centre.
The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 17 guests in superior quality 5ft King double or single beds plus additional visitors if requested and are made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels for all guests. All bedrooms have an additional single bed and 2 have superior quality adult sized bunk beds allowing a family of 3 or 4 if required plus some of the bedrooms can also accommodate children's cots where necessary.

The 3 high spec bathrooms all have fitted showers and the main 1st floor bathroom is also fitted with a generous sized ‘P' shaped bath.

The dining room is home to 2 splendid large oak dining tables seating up to 18 with comfortable matching upholstered dining chairs plus a central fireplace, chandelier, bay window and long flowing curtains.

The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 2 seater sofa and matching chair plus modern leather covered pouffees and comfortable bean bags with the smaller sofa and chair being John Lewis bed settees for extra guests, if required, with an original central fireplace, bay window and long flowing curtains.

The kitchen comes fitted with all essential mod cons, a large range style gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer.

The conservatory, off the kitchen, also doubles as a super fun games room and boasts a pool/table tennis/gaming table, a large wall mounted TV and X-box, plus plenty of games to keep young and old amused.

Finally there is the garden with decking coming away from the lounge French doors with outside table, chairs and parasol, a stone patio area, a raised lawn with trampoline area and a paved area where you can hire in a Hot Tub, if desired. (Please contact us for further details and costings)

Our prices advertised on our website are for up to 17 people but we can accommodate a few more people within the bedrooms on futon style bed cubes plus the John Lewis bed settee and bedchair within the lounge, with the additional guests over 17 being charged at a rate of £50 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.

All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates are also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding).

Stoke Villas is pet friendly and we warmly welcome up to 3 medium sized well behaved four legged friends at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please).

All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours.

​In addition to the rental cost we do take a £500 refundable damages deposit, which is fully refundable within 7 working days of your departure, obviously subject to no significant damages or excessive cleaning.

Harbour View 4 is a second floor 4 bedroom apartment ideal for contractors working within the area or sailing crew requiring easy access to Gosport's marina's that are within a few minutes short walk. 3 of the bedrooms host large 5ft king size double beds (which convert to create 2 singles) with the 4th bedroom accommodating a pair of adult sized bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 guests in total.

All beds are made up with crisp cotton linen and fresh towels with all the bedroom windows looking towards the harbour mouth.

The apartment boasts 2 shower rooms with ceramic tiled floors and walls, 2 large corner showers, toilets and wash hand basins with shaving mirrors and tall wall mounted towel rails. Fresh towels are provided for each guest and are laid out on beds prior to your arrival.

The Coach House is a stylish modern detached property with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the grounds of an impressive Georgian Grade 2 listed former Gentleman's Residence in the southern coastal town of Gosport, Hampshire. This is a modern 1 bedroom apartment with all modern facilities. The property is on the first floor entered by a communal stairs and landing. Once in your property there is a hall with a linen closet with spare bedding, duvet and pillows for the sofa bed (for your guests) and coat hook. To the right you will find the kitchen/ dinner and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking facilities and equipment to include, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The lounge is equipped with all furnishing to be comfortable and homely with smart TV and network points for any devices you may have. The whole property is heated through underfloor heating via air source heat pump and each room has its own control to set the temperatures individually through the apartment. It has a very light and spacious feel thanks to high vaulted ceilings with velux windows in the lounge kitchen and bedroom.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower with both a rain shower and shower wand. It is a Jack and Jill entrance system so can be used as the day toilet or en-suite to the bedroom. The bedroom again has a smart TV and large double bed with high vaulted ceilings. It has network and 240 volt points on each bedside. In the apartment you will find all the details of emergency numbers, taxis, ferry terminal, take ways, restaurants, wifi passwords etc.

There is parking available on request for small to medium cars, there is a locked bike store available to residents only FOC and also immediately opposite is a public carpark which is free at night and has a very reasonable day rate.

The apartment itself is less that 2 minutes walk to the high street and 4 minute walk to Gosport Ferry taking you into Portsmouth City. If you are working in Portsmouth it has a shorter commute in time than many apartments directly in Portsmouth with the added advantage of a pleasant commute across Portsmouth Harbour.

- "Had a very nice stay here. The apartment is very nice and spacious and is a very short walk from the Gosport High street and the ferry to Portsmouth. The host was fantastic and communicated well. Our flight to the UK was delayed by a day, robbing us of 1 full day of our vacation, the host offered another night (which we didn't end up needing) but allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment while we went out to finish seeing some sights on our last day. This meant a lot to us as we didn't need to worry about lugging our bags to the dockyard, or finding somewhere to store them. We got our trip right back on schedule due to Ben's kindness. I do have a couple Opportunities for Improvement. It was quite hot when we arrived, with the temperature in the apartment over 30C, we had to open all the windows for most of our stay as it remained hot. One night we were there they neighbors were outside until the early hours, making it a little difficult to sleep. A small air conditioner, or even a portable fan would help greatly. Also the mattress isn't great and a replacement would be a good idea. "

This historic grade II listed building built in 1856 is a peaceful retreat for someone who loves history. - "The property was unique. It is an old/ historic property. Some of the furnishings are old and torn such as the desk chair. The furniture needs steam cleaning. Bed in the primary was like sleeping on a hammock. The pillows were old but sheets were clean and duvet was good Bathrooms were dated."

Windbrake House is just a 10-minute walk from the village where there is a convenience shop, a post office, a Chinese restaurant and take-away, fish and chip shop, hairdressers and gift shop. There is a south facing garden to the front of the property, and the owner thoughtfully provides complimentary toiletries. There is an excellent bistro on the front at Stokes Bay which serves home cooked food at reasonable prices with big portions!

There is always something to see at Stokes Bay. The Solent, between the Isle of Wight and Stokes Bay, is used by all manner of boats, ships and water sports including Cowes Week, naval reviews, cruise liners, America’s Cup, P1 Powerboat racing, Fast Net departure and American aircraft carriers, to name a few!

Stoke’s Bay also has two cafés as well as a wine bar and a free splash park for children. There is also a leisure centre and ice-rink a short drive away. It takes 7 minutes to drive to Gosport harbour front where there is a long-stay car park (at cost) and with a return passenger ferry ticket across Portsmouth Harbour you can soon spend a quality day at either the naval dockyard or at Gunwharf Quays, a retail outlet with many designer stores, restaurants, bowling alley and multi-screen cinema and Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower, both located close to the ferry terminal.

From Portsmouth Harbour there are fabulous views to be enjoyed on a promenade to Southsea and Old Portsmouth where you can enjoy excellent pubs beside the fish market whilst watching the fishing boats or catch the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight. From the Portsmouth side you can also take the car or go as a passenger to the Isle of Wight with Wightlink Ferries or take a harbour tour as part of the dockyard visit or from Gunwharf Quays.
