- "A very enjoyable stay in an area where there are many interesting places to visit. Chalet was warm and welcoming with all facilities you would require. Would recommend to anyone." - "The chalet was very comfortable and well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay here. The Residential Park itself is very well located, and was well maintained, clean and tidy, with a lovely pool. It was about a 15-20 minute stroll to the centre of Grandcamp-Maisy, and there are some lovely shops, restaurants, bars and bakeries there, not to mention the amazing fish market by the harbour. The chalet was a great base for exploring Normandy, there are some very interesting sites just a short drive away (don't overlook Maisy Battery just up the road ), plus the towns of Bayeux & Caen (Festyland was fun if you have children) are not far. Mont St Michel was about a 90 minute drive. It was a lovely stay, the chalet was great, the owner and landlady were both very pleasant, accomodating and easy to communicate with, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back next time we visit Normandy!"

- "Excellent" - "The house is small but very nice, especially when the weather is good and you can sit outside a lot. everything we needed was available, the friendly owner even provided us with extra baby stuff (chair, bed). the garden has an open entrance without gate which was sometimes a bit tricky with our son who loved to explore the neighbouring houses;). The swimming pool is amazing (make sure if it is open, it closes mid september if i understood well?) The village is beautiful with a fish market and great bakeries and the location is very good to visit the WWII memorials. All in all we had a very good time and we are very thankful that we could stay there."

Bedrooms were ideal (One double, one twin) and the beds were really comfortable. Shower was excellent and kitchen had everything we needed. Outside charcoal barbecue was superb and we used it every night as we did the heated swimming pool that was next to the chalet. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing which wasn’t the best was the wifi as it would only let one user and regularly dropped out, however that is beyond the chalet owners control as it is a site issue. We got all our provisions at a supermarket within a couple of minutes drive and the site was very secure with security gates. I would highly recommend the Chalet as a perfect base for exploring the Normandy area."
