This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, a few minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, & many other popular attractions, restaurants and stores. The master BR is en suite with a plush, cozy king bed and double vanity in the bathroom. The living room is a great place to relax. WiFi is available with smart TVs, including Netflix & other apps. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy & seats 6. The outside patio has additional eating space.
It is a split floor plan with the master en suite separated from the other 2 bedrooms for more privacy.

Upstairs bedrooms each have full over full bunks. Large dining room table with bar seating to accommodate everyone. 2 full bathrooms with double vanities. New appliances throughout the home. Outdoor space is plentiful with rocking chairs in the front and a pool (seasonal)for those hot afternoons in the back. Knock off the chill of the late fall and roast some marshmallows around the fire ring in the back yard. YouTubeTV included but feel free to use your streaming services on the smart TV or stream your music to the bluetooth speakers. Some in our party went to an Alabama baseball game while others explored downtown Tuscaloosa. Both were about a 20 minute drive from the rental. The Space:
Bama Farmhouse has a spacious living area with a large TV - perfect for watching Alabama Football and more! There are also board games to keep friends and family occupied. For cooler months, enjoy sitting around the gas fireplace in the living room!

Kitchen & Dining Area:
Bama Farmhouse can seat up to 16 people for dining. The dining room can seat up to 6 people. There is bar seating off the kitchen for 3 people, and more bar seating off the living room for 3 more people. There is also a kitchen table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep a meal or tailgate snacks! You will also have both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a single serve Keurig, so that everyone can stay fully caffeinated during your stay. You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats! This family friendly property sits on 5 acres of peaceful, wooded land in the Woodbank Subdivision. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife are in abundance and can be seen most evenings. This is a shared property with a small family living upstairs. The rental space is a basement apartment with it is own private entrance.

The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets needed to make a meal. You will have a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker, as well as a starter set of coffee supplies

Living Space: This newly renovated apartment has an open floor plan. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a smart TV, games, and foosball table. There is a portable crib, high chair, children's toys, and baby bath that can be brought in upon request. There is a desk in the common area with a large monitor that our guests are able to hook up to.
There is one bedroom, with a King bed and bunk bed with a Twin XL over a Queen.

Outdoor Space: The backyard is fully fenced-in, so bring your pets! There is a wood burning chimney outside that you are welcome to use, and plenty of seating. There is also a propane fire pit table to enjoy! There is also a child's playhouse with a swing set in the fenced in area.

Pets: Pets are allowed! There are 2 friendly cats that live on the premises, but they do not have access to the downstairs apartment. You may see Leo and Luna wandering around outside, and they are happy receive outdoor cuddles and scratches.

Climate Control: Please be aware that the apartment does not have it's own access to climate control. However, guests may reach out to request warmer or cooler temperatures. An electric fireplace and space heaters are provided in case of it seems a bit chilly.

This house is perfect for families and friends coming to home Alabama football games. It is in a small neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and backs up to woods.

Back patio has a tv, grill, table, and lots of seating. Inside you will find a large living room with tv and Wi-Fi. You will also find a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 6-8. There is also a dining room table that seats 6-8.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath and a bonus room. Beds will sleep 10-12 including 1 king, 3 queen, 1 full, and a Futon.
Laundry is located just off the kitchen.

Parking will not be a problem. There is a 2 car garage, space in the driveway, and if needed extra cars can park in the cul-de-sac.
