Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. We checked in close to 10pm so we didn’t see until the morning the pool was damaged with a pool cover over it. The vanity light didn’t work in the room, but the mini fridge did, as did the hot shower, the tv, the ac, and the other lights in the room. The towels were clean and the beds didn’t have any bed bugs. My boyfriend read the other reviews online and was stressing about everyone saying there were bed bugs and their card information was stolen. I personally checked the beds. The headboards, corners, sheets, pillowcases, etc were all clear of any bugs. Maybe we got a clean room, but there weren’t any in our room. There was no coffee but there was a coffee pot. We were only in for one night To sleep before we went to the hospital to visit family in critical condition. There are places to eat nearby and the hotel seemed packed. We were only there because of the closeness to UAB and $"
