Beautifully furnished throughout, it’s fully air-conditioned and has everything you could wish for that perfect holiday. Zoo marine with its dolphin and parrot shows is perfect for children, while water parks Slide and Splash, Aquatic and the Big One are within very easy driving distance too.
Eating: Guia boasts over 25 restaurants – from the simple but succulent to high class continental cuisine, there is something to suit everyone. Food lovers will enjoy the popular local dish chicken piri piri at The Palladium restaurant where the family will welcome you as if you’re part of the family. Or if it’s a special occasion you’re celebrating, enjoy lunch or dinner at a 2 rosette Michelin starred restaurant.

Within the leisure centre: There is not only a heated swimming pool and recreational area which is all air-conditioned, but also a well equipped gym, games room with pool table, darts and table tennis, a sauna and steam room. There are shower and toilet facilities. The roof terrace has a large sun area and a separate and very pretty decked garden section. (Please note that the condominium committee ask for a one-off 20 euro contribution to maintenance costs for use of the gym or steam/saunas. The pool and all other areas do however have full free access).
Praia de Gale is less than 10 minutes by car and offers restaurants overlooking the sea serving mouth-watering fresh fish, miles of lovely sandy beaches with hidden coves and stunning views, together with water sports in season.

The pool, patio & garden were perfect for enjoying quiet relaxation during the day & fun with a few drinks in the evening after using the well placed built in BBQ. Our daughter enjoyed the Aircon as she is not great in the heat. The WiFi was excellent. I welcomed the fly net blinds which were at every window & patiodoors, I am vulnerable to Mosquito bites so it was nice to sleep with windows/doors open with the net blinds pulled over. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery & cutlery. The kettle is a little tired & the washing machine has been well used !! We hired a car & glad we did as it gave us the flexibility to drive into Galé for restaurants & Alberfuria for the shopping (we found a great gym that you can buy weekly or fortnightly pass for) There are some good value restaurants that we walked too but we preferred the restaurants in Galé. ZooMarine is very close & we loved the Dolphin & Seal Lion shows, definitely recommend getting there before 11am as it gets really busy from midday. Had no contact from either the management company or owners, but the maid was lovely & the pool guys were discreet in maintaining the pool so it was fresh & clean throughout our 12 day stay. There was only 1 thing that made me sad which is something the owners/management company can not control but might be able to influence is the poor dog in the grounds of the Villa opposite that seemed to be left 24/7 & is clearly unhappy from the howling it did some mornings as dawn broke. I have dogs so I found it disturbing to hear the dog being so unhappy & feeling unloved. We will return to this Villa as it is lovely 😊"

Fernando was an excellent host and was more than happy to help with anything I asked, including letting us stay late on our last day as our flight wasn't until 9pm. Many other owners would of just said "sorry no" bur Fernando actually remembered that our flight was late and offered to let us stay as long as we wanted. We had an issue with the electric gate on the 1st day but Fernando got that sorted and fixed by the end of the day. I can't say enough to let future visitors know how wonderful the villa was apart from to say book it and go and see for yourselves. We will definitely be returning for more stays Fernando. - "Although we only stayed for 3 days everyone enjoyed the stay, it had all we required for a great holiday. The lounge was absolutely stunning. The only negative was that the downstairs bedroom had no ceiling fan or air con and we did suffer from ants in the kitchen. The sun loungers could do with upgrading and there weren't enough of them. A bonus would be a separate drinks fridge, many large villas only have 1 fridge freezer and catering for 10 people its not enough space for drinks and food."

Welcome to our apartment located in the beautiful village of rural Guia, 4 kilometres / 2.5 miles north of Albufeira in the warm, sunny Algarve. Nestled in the corner of the Quinta dos Alamos complex of apartments and villas, our large beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is just waiting to be discovered…..by you.

We have purposefully designed our apartment to be comfortable and homely – a place to allow you to relax, recharge your batteries, take time out, enjoy the hot sunshine and ultimately have a wonderful value for money holiday. We can comfortably accommodate six adults and children but also have a baby travel cot. Our garden allows you to relax in, the children to play in sunbath in the hot afternoon sunshine. The communal pool is situated on the other side of a wall allowing you to exercise or cool down in.

The mini complex comprises of three blocks of three apartments. Apart from one or two, the majority are occupied by Portuguese residents so is happily a very quiet location.

Guia has a number of local shops, many restaurants and several bars. The large Algarve Shopping Mall is but a 10 minute drive away, containing a very large supermarket, clothing stores, summer shops and a food hall.

Two bedroom apartment set in a quite condominium with attractive gardens, tennis courts, 2 pools and kids pool. A short walk to Guia centre and Algarve shopping with cinema, bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. Albufeira Old Town centre is only a short drive down the coast. This 2 year old apartment has a large living and kitchen area with all modern features and 2 large sun terraces. X box games console, Wifi and cable TV.

- "We had a lovely time in Guia made even more special by the fantastic 2 bed apartment we stayed in. It is only a 30 minute drive from Faro Airport. It had everything we needed for our stay including outdoor seating on two balconies, sun loungers for the pool, umbrellas, rubber rings, toys, books, dvd's and games. The apartment was clean and tidy and is the perfect location (but you do need a car) to visit Zoomarine, a must see with it's dolphin/bird shows, beach, mini theme park and water slides. Another place to visit is Fiesa to look at the sand sculptures which are amazing. A five minute walk from the apartment was our favourite restaurant Queens. We would also recommend a visit to Lourenco beach in Gale. They do excellent sardines at the beach restaurant there too! We would definitely visit Guia and use this apartment again."

- "The villa was everything we needed for a holiday with our toddler and my parents. Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped kitchen and peaceful poolside. The agents were very quick to respond to emails and when we required help they sorted things almost immediately. The pool fence wasn't up when we arrived but was out up promptly when we asked. The outdoor area was lovely for relaxing, eating and our toddler loved it. Beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Guia was a good base for visiting other parts of the algarve, we recommend gale beach and Silves. Guia itself is a bit quieter than we expected with no real central area, this will suit some people. Overall would highly recommend the villa and agency."
