- "Great hotel, highly recommend!" - "Located in the middle of the promenade, we had a sea view executive room, was lovely looking out to sea every morning. Our room was spacious with a large bay window, spotlessly clean and easily accessible via lift or stairs. The breakfast although a buffet had a good choice every morning with the opportunity to order specials from a menu. Would highly recommend the Piano bar for either a quick snack or an evening meal at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. "

The reception was able to print our boarding tickets, as apparently IOM airport doesn't take boarding tickets from mobile devices for some reason."

It's 5 minutes from Peel, a lovely town with beautiful beaches and a spectacular castle to explore with our kids. At the farm itself, the room was very cozy, the classic breakfast was excellent, the farm animals were fun to see, and as I discovered the farm is adjacent to public walking trails, enabling a quick hike to spectacular views of Peel and the ocean, with much longer walks presumably also possible. You probably need a car to get there, though if we were traveling without kids we might have attempted it by public transport: there is a bus stop in front of the farm (1/2mi to the guesthouse) that appears to be served 4x/day in the summer, or you could walk the 2mi into Peel for far more frequent options. "

" - "Its a guest house with proper fire safety, cooked breakfast and even a bar (though there are so many within a reasonable walk I didn't have a drink there) Its in the middle of the Promenade which is 2 miles long and the Prom. has busses and Horse Trams (in the summer) ...but on a side street so you miss out on the view from your bedroom window (you have to actually go out) but also miss out on a lot of the noise."

There is a lift but it is small and only takes 4 people. The breakfast was standard but service was quite prompt in the morning. The island authorities were digging up the road outside the Hotel in order to create a new Tram system along the front at Douglas. This work meant that there was a one way system in operation there and getting buses meant a detour to the bus station. The room was cleaned every day whilst we were there. We believe that the 3 stars was well earned. We did not employ WiFi whilst we were there."
